StatClinix Urgent Care

Both my son and I have been here several times and we have always found them to be pleasant and thorough. We have usually gone on a weekend when our regular doctor was not open. I actually like them better than my doctor.

Dont go here. They billed my insurance 395.00 for a lady Dr. to come in for less than 5 min to tell me I had a virus. No Labs, no Xray for my cough. I only left with a HUGE bill. I should have just gone to the ER.

The nurse who initially saw me was insulting and almost mocked my concerns. I told her what was going on, and she immediately questioned me and told me they cannot help. Mind you, this was prior to any real questions being asked. Totally unimpressed. The lady hates her job and it shows. I would definitely go to another clinic.

I’m here on a Sunday morning and have seen 3 ladies on staff in addition to the lady up front. The lady at the front desk is busy and looking productive, but the ladies in back walk around and say a few words to each other, drink their soda, look in their purse… There seems to be nothing urgent about this place. I’ve been here an hour and only 3 people have been called back. I’m never coming back here again.
I’m changing my rating from when I originally was seen (1 star). Having never been to the UC before, I didn’t know what to expect. I did think I would be seen by an RN, but it turns out every patient is seen by a doctor. There was only one doctor on staff when I went, so it took a while to see her. I did appreciate her attention and care even though she ultimately did have to send me to ER. Still… I do hope to never have to go back.

Checked in online with their 30 minutes guarantee and still had to wait for 2 hours before being seen. When I arrived at the location there were only 3 people in the waiting room which made it seem like the wait would not have been so long but that was not the case. Also had to fill out forms again at the location. Once in the examining room it took another hour to be examined and get prescriptions.

I checked in online. Im the only person here. Its been 30 minutes and still no doctor. He’s out rhere bsing with the staff but is in no rush to come in and help me.
