This Papa John’s consistently sends the wrong order or makes our pizzas wrong. We’ve had to complain several times about it. The managers can either be very helpful or very rude. Thankfully Papa John’s customer feedback survey allows for the company to comp you a large pizza on your next order. But even when you order your «free» pizza the staff still has reservations about delivering it to you.

Ordered a pizza, an hour to get it, and when it arrived, it was cold. Called store, asked to have a hot one as replacement, been waiting another hour, still no pizza. Guess I’ll have to file a complaint to the company.

Papa John’s is my favorite neighborhood delivery place.
The pizza always arrives timely and hot. The garlic sauce is delish.
They usually have good deals online as well.

This location isn’t the newest or most well manicured branch of Papa John’s. However, I do not recall a single incident in which my order was over cooked, incorrect or otherwise unsatisfactory. The only thing that has changed over the years is that they’ve stopped taking carryout orders after 10 pm. I’m a bit of a night owl and tend to stay out late, so that disappointed me a little. There aren’t many restaurants open after 9 pm on the Island. There is also a shortage of convenient parking in front. Of course, if you’re going to Papa John’s, you’re probably about to eat pizza. Which means you can park in the rear or alongside the neighboring ABC liquor store and burn a few calories on your journey to the front entrance.
I’ve been ordering from this Papa John’s location for well over 10 years. Their crew has always been polite and helpful, be it on the phone or in the store.
So, if you’re in the mood for Papa John’s pizza, I highly recommend ordering from this location.
