Ordered pizza & wings on a Sat. night 6:25pm. Told delivery would be 45 mins. After an hour called to be told it would be more like 1 hr 20mins. After 1hr 40min called again and told driver would be here in a minute. Finally delivered after waiting 1 hr 55 min. WTF?. Food was cold and pizza crust hard and dry. Used to love the pizza but never ordering delivery again. This was 2nd time we had delivery problems. They don’t seem to care either after complaining.

As a fan of Bizzarro’s in general, this review kills me to write, however I have given the Merritt Island location SEVERAL chances with both dining in and delivery, and the results have never been good. Delivery order takers are rude and barely have time to take your order. Food is delivered sometimes up to TWOHOURSLATE(they say 45 minutes). The pizza has showed up every time with the crust hard and burned and with the wrong toppings several times. When we’ve called them to tell them about it, we were given attitude. The in house dining experience wasn’t much better. Great service for the restaurant owner’s family and friends, but the rest of the customers kind of get leftovers. As I said, love the many other locations, but this one needs work. My family and I will drive the extra miles to go to the Satellite Beach or Indialantic locations. Its worth it to be treated like we matter and have food that is far superior to this location. Customer service matters and they could use a refresher course.

Dirty Kitchen… smells horrible. Quality of service under par. Delivery service is a joke, unless you wait an 1.5 hr for cold pizza…

Yuck yuck yuck. I have had NO luck with pizza joints here in Brevard and was told to try here. A large one topping pizza was $ 18 and was cold when it got to my house! Not only that, they didn’t even cut the pizza all the way through. And the lady was rude taking my order. Won’t be ordering from here again, I’ll stick to papa johns.

Exceptionally rude staff and mediocre food. The staple of the restaurant is New York style pizza but the flavors fall far short of anything worth raving over. I certainly won’t be visiting their restaurant anytime soon. Some advice for the management, customer service is important.

We love Bizzaro’s! We go there nearly every Friday night! They make a great new York style pizza and pasta with specials on the weekend. They also serve beer and wine. It’s like coming home!

Ordered pizza(again). The kids are really eating this stuff up. Ordered the largest pizza they had. The slices were enormous. The food tasted pretty darn good, too. Lastly, the delivery guy was friendly. I would definitely eat here again. Reminded me of that pizza you got in college by the slice on a cold day.

A friend told me about this place so I thought I would give it a shot. First they charged me an extra 5.00 for delivery and I should have stopped there. Pizza arrived with oil all over the delivery box. Not very hot and way too oily. I won’t order again.

Had Veal Parmesan and a side of meat balls. Both really fine. The house Chianti was passable. The fried calamari was much more batter that squid.

I couldn’t even get past the counter! I was summarily ignored at the counter, I wanted a quick slice of pizza while I waited for someone to go to a store in the plaza. I woman(owner?) at the register saw right through me then walked past me — and the kid that took her place answered the phone 4 times in a row with out ever looking up at me or the courtesy of a hello. A dog that walked in would have received more attention than I did. Shame on you Bizzarros’. My suspicions were confirmed by the business a couple of doors down — they didn’t like the place, the service, or the food!

I’ve found that hole-in-the wall places that sell inexpensive pizza or by the slice are the best. This place is no exception. The place was wall to wall with locals, the guy behind the counter spoke with an accent I couldn’t place, and the pizza was great!

Gave this place multiple chances to improve their service but to no avail. Stopped going here because it became very obvious you didn’t get good service unless you were personally acquainted with the owners or their family. The owners kids ran around unattended back and forth from the kitchen throughout the dining room with no regard for customers. Wives/mothers of said children sat on their asses and never bothered to contain them. Went one night for dinner and had the misfortune of getting the wife of one of the owners as our server. She took our drink/dinner order and we never saw her again. Food was delivered by a different server, had to go to the counter for drink refills and for our check. That was the last time I ever ate there. Ryan’s in Cocoa Village, papa Vito’s or A NY pizza house on Cocoa Beach much friendlier to customers. Food much better as well.

Really good. Had an order of wings hot and a slice of pizza. I’m from Buffalo and the wings were on par with a lot of places back home. Crispy, not breaded and the right kind of sauce. Pizza was good too.

I have eaten here ever since they opened. But lately the service and quality of food has deteriorated. Pizza has been burned on the last two times. But what really set me off is I ordered by phone for pick up and they said 25 min. Got there after 20 mins and still waited over an hour the girl at the register kept saying its on the way. Finally I asked how much longer and they couldn’t find my pizza or ticket. No apologies just it will be 25 more minutes to cook a new one. So sad. It was a good place.

I have been here many times and the guys are great friendly fast and attentive. The pizza is very good and the pricing is reasonable. I keep going back because its the best in the area. I love the meatball pizza the best, one slice does it because the portion is huge.

We stumbled upon Bizzarro Pizza while we were vacationing in Cocoa Beach in October. We are so glad that we did! It is a hidden little gem that you can tell is a local favorite. Loved that fact that it was not a touristy or gimmicky place. The service was excellent and very friendly. We ordered a 24″ pizza for 5 of us. It was half bacon for the adults and plain chees for the kiddos. It was so fresh from the oven the cheese did that awesome stringy/gooey goodness when you went to serve it. There was more than enough pizza for all of us. We took several pieces back to our condo and had them the following day. While the pizza is obviously better when fresh, it reheated well. We loved it so much the first time that we went back a second time on our trip. We never had to wait long for a table and everyone at the restaurant was so friendly. They even stopped to talk to us a bit about where we were from. As I said, it was nice to find a place that was local and didn’t cater to the tourist set. The pricing was very reasonable. This is a place I would make sure to go back to if we are ever in the area again.

This is a great family owned restaurant located in a dated strip mall located off the Merritt Causeway very easy to find just look for the location where all the cars are parked. Arrived around 7:30PM on Saturday and this place was packed and loud we had about a 15 minute wait for a table they certainly made every effort to accommodate us as quickly as possible. The staff is very attentive and they completely understand the importances of customer service after witnessing the staff at work I believe a lot of these generous reviews are based on this alone and I agree this goes a long ways but… The pizza is very very good served up hot out of the oven New York Style thin crust, great sauce and lots of fresh toppings, pepper flakes, garlic and Italian seasoning table side. It’s difficult to say this is the best I’ve ever had but it doesn’t matter it’s a solid pizza for sure and I would definitely return for pizza and to try a few of their paste dishes the ones I saw being served looked very good and very large portions. If there are any negatives its the garlic knots these are very forgettable hard rolls warmed in a broiler lightly brushed with olive oil and garlic seasoning dipping these in the great red sauce doesn’t help. The second was the Coca-Cola was poured out of a two liter bottle it may sound trivial but this is 2014 at least give me my own can if you don’t want to install a fountain machine. Over-all a very good experience.

The pizza here is good. You’re here for pizza, right? I haven’t tried much of anything else from Bizarro’s so keep searching reviews. The crust is thin and crispy and they don’t skimp on the toppings. The location is medium-sized but it can get very busy which is always a sign of good food. There’s nowhere to sit while you wait once it gets busy. My only knock? The garlic knots. They’re less of knots than hard rolls brushed with garlic sauce. I’ve had better knots at other pizza places in town. On a smaller note, the side salad is ok and a bit undersized for the price. Doubt you came here for a side salad though.
