What’s not to like. Reasonable rates. Pet friendly. Breakfast and dinner included. Professional and friendly staff. I’ll be staying here again! I like that all locations are pet friendly. I just wish there were more of them.

Overall, this is another great Drury Inn & Suites. The layout here is identical to the one in Greenville, SC. However, one thing I did notice right away was that this hotel was definitely newer. The hotel is located right off of I-20/I-59 in the heart of Meridian. We got to the hotel around 3 pm(we gained an hour switching to the central time zone). It was a fairly quiet afternoon. The staff at the front were friendly and courteous as always and the check in process was very easy. Once we got settled into the room, we started looking at what places were around the area for dinner. The hotel has a 5:30 kickback with food and drinks, but that was still a few hours away with the time change. We ended up walking next door to Logan’s Roadhouse for dinner. However, once we got back to the hotel, around 5:45, we went down to the 5:30 kickback to get some drinks and snacks that are available as a part of it. The kickback includes three alcoholic beverages per person. There’s no other hotel that I know that offers this amenity. After having a few things there, I went back up to the room to change and go into the pool and spa for a little while. It was a quiet evening at the pool, so it worked out well. The pool is part indoors and part outdoors, where you can swim under to go in and out if you like. After having some pool time, I got back to the room to relax for the rest of the evening. WiFi is free and no passwords are needed to log onto it. In the showers, they have the shower gels and shampoo in a dispenser in the shower as opposed to individual bars of soap and small bottles of shampoo. This was definitely a nice touch. The rooms are very clean and had nothing to worry about. In the morning, they do have the free breakfast, but we weren’t able to stay for that, as we needed to get to Brandon, MS and then turn back around to Greenville, SC on the way back home. Since we left so early, there was no traffic to deal with getting out either. If you need to stop for the night in Meridian, this is definitely the hotel you want to stay at. Be sure to come early enough to get the 5:30 Kickback and free drinks(5:30 — 7 pm). The popcorn and soda stations are open from 2 pm to 10 pm daily.

Stayed here for one night and had a pleasant stay. Very clean, has gym, pool, and all that good stuff. But I was extremely happy that it was pet friendly! I would definitely recommend it if you’re driving by and need somewhere to stay.

Very nice, great breakfast. Clean bathrooms and Buffalo Wild Wings is next door. Much better than the other motels nearby.

Clean, updated room. Beautiful, well kept lobby. Close restaurants. Pretty quiet as early as 9pm. Great price for what you get. Around $ 140 including the pet fee. My usual road hotel with the pets is in Cookeville, TN. Trying a new route and new rest spot was a great choice.

I’m a member of the military and have been staying at this location since it opened a few years ago. The staff and management staff are very friendly and accommodating. Additionally, we often use their meeting rooms for training and they always exceed our expectations. The rooms and lobby are clean and well kept and it still retains a «newly opened» feel. The free breakfasts and evening weekday meals are always fresh and tasty… and the free drinks appreciated ;-) I would have given them five stars but, the occasional barking dogs in the rooms can be frustrating.

I’m in total agreement on the four star rating for this hotel. The lobby is nice and pretty — the beds and rooms were also very nice. I had never stayed in a Drury Hotel before and I was pleasantly surprised. Marble in the bathroom, and instead of individual mini shampoos they had a wall hanging dispenser for shampoo, conditioner and body wash. I didn’t try any because I was traveling with my own but that’s not something that you see often. The shower pressure was also nice. The free breakfast in the morning was actually really decent considering most hotel breakfasts in the U.S. They had a huge spread of hot and cold items plus hot and cold drinks, donuts, dry goods, etc. etc. I was actually really impressed. The only thing that wasn’t up to par was the banana that I got was super gross. it was old and actually was a bit crunchy? I don’t even want to contemplate why that may have been. Anyways.four stars, we enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again. Right off the highway too, can’t be that!

The drive along I-20 from Texas to South Carolina is a long one. Occasionally I take the road trip instead of flying, the drive really clears my head. It’s so awesome that I’ve found a great place to stop right at the midway point in Meridian MS. The Drury looks like it’s pretty new. The lobby is very clean, the marble floors very polished and shiny. The staff is very helpful and friendly as well. It’s nothing too fancy, but it’s nice, and does the job. Both times that I stopped, they offered me suggestions on how I could get discounts in the future. They serve a full breakfast that I didn’t partake in, but those of you who like to do so, it’s there… eggs, biscuits, cereal, bagels… pretty much everything. It’s nice when you find a hotel that you feel comfortable in. A place where you can really get a good nights sleep and relax. I have no complaints at all. Whenever I take that long road trip in the future, even if I’m not tired… I’ll most likely take that exit in Meridian and spend the night at the Drury.
