Our HVAC was going out. We went to Costco looking for a deal. In the past I bought a Subaru through their auto program. We loved the deal we received so we went back looking for a HVAC comp. We were directed towards A1. I was quoted a great price with a GREAT brand. I was very impressed with the professional contractors who installed our new units. I would recommend going through Costco because we received a gift card to Costco for 10% of our total bill.

Installed our furnace before we purchased the home but never checked air output. Temp difference in the house is remarkable. Duct work was unconnected & is still messed up and they won’t stand behind it. We will have to spend $ on fixing a problem they should have dealt with before cashing the check they received from poor older woman who owned the house. Customer service is not a priority.

Just had my older furnace checked out by A-​1. The service man (Nate) was right on time, polite, happy and very knowledgeable. He found the problem, fixed it, answered my many questions, and showed me how to use my heating system most efficiently. I highly recommend A-​1!
