I went into this store on the instructions of my decorator to buy two lamps, each priced at $ 495? (approx). There appeared to be at least 4 salespeople in the store; one was busy with a customer. I was in there for a good ten minutes, trying to get someone’s attention. Guess they didn’t need my $ 1k! I didn’t totally diss it in the star rating because they fill a need and have nice stuff that isn’t around here otherwise.

Wonderful selection and service. Cathy was so helpful with our search to replace a family room sofa and coffee table. The brand Lee that she recommended turned out to be an excellent choice for our space and when there was a small issue with some of the feathers escaping the cushions Cathy handled it wonderfully and promptly resolved the problem. Can’t wait to return to shop for accessories and tables for the same room.

There’s so much to love at ParkGate Home — wonderful tableware, including Arte Italica, beautiful linens, furniture and elegant seasonal decorations. They even have a section in the store dedicated to a wide assortment of fabrics. The store is setup in a way that showcases mini rooms, full of inspiration. If I’m looking for a piece of unique furniture or wall art, or simply a sweet birthday or holiday gift such as great smelling candles or thoughtful stationary, ParkGate is my first stop. Both Laura and Cathy are so friendly and helpful. Excited for this new addition to Menlo Park!

Great friendly service, amazing selection, high quality items. I had been looking for a couple of rugs for my home for months. Cathy and Laura helped find and special order two perfect rugs. I will definitely be shopping here again.
