Reasonable scope size, newer store design, would be 5 starts but is very hard to get in and out of this shopping center.

Abby was super kind and very helpful! Made my sons Bday dessert perfectly perfect. HE was even more impressed with her superb customer service skills than me, and mostly her kindness. Thank you Abby for showing my newly 12 year old son that there is nice, trusting people left in this world.

Don’t know why this place has such low ratings? The service was great and gave me lots of free tastings and answered all my questions even tho they’re were a little busy, and even offered us ice waters :) Although they do need some more space!

I feel bad for my server, since she was excellent and very friendly to my grand son. The place, however, should reconsider new management to prosper. I came in and people kept going to the end of the store looking around. The setting does not allow much space to move, but having no line or concept of who is next did it for me. I waited, in a civilized fashion, keeping in mind the group that came in right before me. But to one of the ladies on the other side of the counter people were just a big blur and nothing mattered. She approached the person behind me, thus the newest in the establishment and started to help. After that person she skipped to the one that had just come in, and so on. I asked her where the line ended/​started and she gave me the first of a series of «don´t you bother me looks» and stared at me, spaced out, as if I was from Mars, and daring to address her, from Venus. Bottom line, everyone was mad and trying to find out who was next. When, finally my turn came, I declined to be served by this self appointed Artemis, and waited for the other smiley server. And to my surprise, while she was serving our cone (by that time the store was almost empty) the mean queen kept whispering in her coworker’s ear stuff (probably about me) and laughing annoyingly. Walk out? I thought about it. I did not, since it was not my ice cream I was getting. But I will never go back to that place, as long as I live. A slushy at Seven Eleven can be as refreshing, for one fifth of the price!

Horrible customer service !
They served us our shake literally ½ filled then responded to our complaint by saying «that happens sometimes» what the hell is that so after we complained more she just added a scoop of ice cream into our shake which made it ¾ and called it good !

Great Location. The service was prime. Can’t go wrong with 31 favors and top of that they got ice cream cake! It is located in Menifee Countryside Marketplace amongst other stores, restaurants, and many more. We arrived there on a Tuesday and was not crowded at all. If you are trying to have a cheat day that would be the place to be.

Went there a few minutes before closing one night — their open sign was on and a customer was walking out the door. One of the girls cursed under her breath as I walked in and then yelled «we’re closed» at me while walking to the back. Horrible horrible customer service.

I went in tonight with my family. As we walked in the girl was changing the trashes and asked if we were ready and I said no hoping she would wash her hands after because she just changed out the trashes. Then another guy who worked there came from outside we passed him when we were coming in and he was the one who took the trash outside. I waited to see if he was going to wash his hands and guess what he didn’t either!!! Absolutely disgusting we walked out! I called to get their names to report them to management their names are Jacob & Kaiya. I suggest if you visit this location you make sure their hands are washed first.

Great selections of flavors and how to eat your ice cream! So many flavors, cones or a sundae, dipped cone or regular? They even have flavored cones! Yay! Ice cream cake selections are great and you can design one too! I come here pretty often with my daughters on a hot afternoon. Place gets packed when it’s hot out and there’s limited seating so plan to get your ice cream to go and sit outside in the Country Marketplace court yard.

It was very busy tonight and it took so long just to get a scoop of ice cream. There were two employees but only one was actually helping customers. The guy was restocking cups and cleaning. The girl at the register was rude and seemed annoyed when I asked her for napkins. I understand that they were busy but they seemed unorganized. I mean why wouldn’t they help the customers first then clean?

This is a pretty standard 31 flavors. They have all the modern stuff. It’s clean inside and unlike a lot of locations they actually have a restroom. That was a welcome surprise because I normally stop by these places while commuting on the 15.
On the night I came here there was only one employee working, which made things rather slow.
Not a lot of seating. Two 2 person tables and a two person bar.

Just left with my beautiful brownie sundae. Sorry, no picture, I dug in too fast. The place was very clean, I had great service, portion size was better here than some others I’ve been to and they even have clean bathrooms.
It seems like a well run business. I’m in the area visiting family and we will definitely come back!

I came here with my mom to pick up some ice cream for the family. It was a friday so they were very busy and short handed. The girl working (I didn’t catch either employees names) was friendly. The guy however, seem friendly but I guess he didn’t realize my mom and I were looking right at him when he rolled his eyes and sighed when the female told him she had to scoop out a qt. for my mom and I because the flavor we wanted wasn’t in the freezer where they were already packaged. That alone ruined my whole trip to this baskin robbins. I wasn’t trying to make their job harder, and it didn’t take her very long anyway. Maybe they should schedule accordingly and work on their customer service skills. At least the ice cream was good. But that’s just the Baskin Robbins name.

Good ice cream and you get to try any flavor before making a decision. Get a cone or a sundae or a smoothie or any type of frozen treat. How can you go wrong. I like it better than the overpriced Cold Stone. My favorite is peanut butter and chocolate. Mmm
