Starbucks

This is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been too. Was about 8 people back in a line that went to the door. Stood there for 5 minutes and not one person was waited on. Walked out. This isn’t the first time that I have been to this very slow store.

Came in this morning, my partner and I ordered our drinks and pastries. The gentleman helping us with our order was Charlie, he was very sweet and to assure he got our order correct he asked questions and repeated our order back. As he was doing so, the woman Amy at the cash register got irritated with him because he was trying to assure our drinks were correct and she couldn’t enter in our order. She rolled her eyes with noticeable frustration. The problem here is that if she was that annoyed by this minor situation I can only imagine how she gets in real times of high stress situations.
I’ve been in customer service for many years and I have high expectations when it comes to the service industry. I didn’t appreciate witnessing that situation and made me experience rather unpleasant.
I will say that Charlie handled himself well. Good job dude, you did wonderfully and it was a pleasure having you help us this morning.

ALWAYS SUPER BUSYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY, and it’s small inside!!! They need to expand as you can see they definitely have space to do so. But it’s ALWAYS packed in here and expect to wait.

A mile long line EVERY SINGLE TIME! drinks take forever at this location. They definitely need to restructure here. Crazy.

Every time we come here, it’s HORRIBLE!!! They are so unorganized, it takes twice as long as most other Starbucks locations. It’s easier and faster to go across the parking lot to the Starbucks inside of Target. We have seen the line of cups waiting to be filled shuffled out of order by various employees (yes, all in the same visit), so that people in line well behind us have gotten there drinks before us. Both of the lines waiting to be served as well as waiting to get their drinks are usually all the way to the door. It would be nice if they could get their act together, or else another Starbucks should be opened in the area to accommodate the high volume.

I’ve been here several times and never once have I had a bad experience. The staff is always friendly and our orders are always right!
I love the Starbucks App so I don’t ever have to use my card. Our children love it too. My youngest Daughter (11) uses it often on her own when we go into Target so it’s so easy to use a child can. Our oldest Daughter comes here before school everyday with no complaints on how to use App.
Another thing we like about this location is their charging stations. While waiting we can plug our iPhone in and charge it! Gotta Love Starbucks!

OOOMMMMGEEE I love Starbucks, but this one I WILL NEVER EVER return to. PLEASE go to the Starbucks in Target to save yourself. The older lady that works the register is the WORST! She has no professionalism whatsoever and she looks at you all weird while you are ordering… yuck! ALL of the employees look unkempt. I will definitely be sending a letter to corporate. This Starbucks needs to get their ISH together BIG time!

One of the worse Starbucks I have ever been to. It took forever to get my drink and it was made wrong. The staff is unfriendly and not willing to help, two of them did nothing while there was a huge line. Most likely never go back to this Starbucks.

This is twice that I’ve come into this Starbucks and the urgency of getting people coffee is nothing the partners move like molasses. They’re bake case and refrigeration is so sloppy. Counter top has spilled drinks paper wrappers coffee stains they haven’t swept all day. The partners do not communicate on the floor they’re are 20 drinks with one on bar are you serious.

They’re NEVER staffed during peak hours in the morning and over staffed at night when it’s dead. Three people. One on bar, one on register, one on food. Line to the door. After waiting ten minutes while Alex on register has a long conversation with everyone while the line is not moving, I walked out. I am so tired of the horrible service. In Vista, on my way to work everyday, they always have 4 – 5 on during peak, in Corona off Ontario they have 6 – 7 on (they have s drive thru). The lines at these other two stores fly.
I rarely go to the Menifee store anymore because of this.

This Starbucks is small but clean parking is not very good on the weekend and you definitely don’t want to get anywhere close to it at lunch time because there’s seven or eight places to eat that all share the same parking lot.

I have had different experiences coming to this starbucks. There have been some times where I have walked in, had my order taken in a timely manner and walked out with the correct drink made the way I ordered it. There have been other times that it has been way too crowded with only one employee taking orders and this seems to be the time when my order is not correct and it takes way too long to get a cup of coffee

Avoid going to this Starbucks if you could, if they are still open go over to The Breakfast Club and grab one of their amazing coffees. Idk her name but there is an older woman who works here who is loud, obnoxious, slow, and rude in her own way. She will have a 3 minute conversation with someone while there is a line of 10 people… Also sometimes there are long lines and the people working there are unorganized as hell. One person making drinks while there is 10+ people is plain dumb. The coffees are of course good because those are hard to fuck up. But, the service is slow it’s almost funny sometimes. I would go here 45 minutes before my classes at MSJC start, and id be late every time. That’s not right. They have a few new people who make things go more smoothly but overall it’s the slowest Starbucks ever if it is moderately busy.

Worst Starbucks EVER! Should have used the Starbucks inside of the nearby Target.
First off, the heavy set older woman at the cashier was downright AWFUL! Personality of a wet mop! No smile, no greeting, NOTHING. She was about as warm as a cold dead fish!
The «Barista» a young blonde haired girl was about as intelligent as a bad of rocks! I had a very easy order of a hot coffee with room for cream. Well, my coffee was barely luke warm. So I when I nicely told her that the coffee was not hot, she then said «well, what would you like me to do??» Seriously! First it was rude! Second it was just a stupid remark. Serve Hot coffee that’s all! She then goes on to say they can brew a new pot, but it would be 5 minutes. Okay, no problem! But she was still nasty and just flat out bitchy! The store was very busy, but honestly if you don’t like customers then get a different job! It’s no excuse to give lousy service. I have never been to any Starbucks ANYWHERE that has such poor staff! Management needs to clean house! Hire works with a personality other than a sour puss attitude. Avoid this location!

No drive-​thru! Came on a Saturday morning around 7am. It was packed already and they only had 3 people working. Then one of the workers stops helping and goes to the side of the counter to start hugging her boyfriend and he is kissing her on the cheek. Seriously?

2:30 pm. Twelve proper in line, fourteen people waiting for their orders. One person taking orders, one person making orders and he’s so busy conversing with the young girls that he has no clue what else is going on around him and has absolutely no sense of urgency.
The windows around the barista bar are filthy, the order counter has tickets from prior purchases lying around and the floors are filthy.
This is probably the worst Starbucks I have ever been in. Shameful on their part in my opinion.
I’m waiting to see, oh only took fourteen minutes to get a chai tea, low fat, extra hot, and not to my surprise, it’s not low fat as requested.

I always order the same drink plus 3 extra pumps of flavoring, and I ALWAYS end up leaving with a drink that taste completely different the ones before. Some days it’s super milky, like I think I just bought a grande milk, and other days, it’s like diabetes in a cup. It’s not consistent. I don’t even try to get the employees to fix it anymore because the first two times I did try, I get eye rolls. There is only one guy there that is consistently friendly to my friends and I. The other lady, manager maybe? I should get their names lol… She always has a condescending attitude when I order my drink, I mean I do add like one or two things on but compared to some coffee snobs around here, I wouldn’t think it’s something to get cranky at me for.
I don’t always mind leaving with a drink that isn’t made to perfection because more often than not, it still taste fine. But the fact I always leave this Starbucks feeling like every barista/​bartender hates me because I had the audacity to order a drink during their rush is not okay with me.
Honestly, just go to the Starbucks at Target, All the girls there are so friendly to me, and I never hesitate to fix a wrongly made drink with them because they don’t give me evil stares (to my face at least).

I just don’t get it. My daughters will pay $ 5 for a drink that has about 25 cents worth of product to make in it. Having a little bit of a mild background in coffee, the Starbucks bean is bitter and harsh. Take a bean and with the cracked end upwards, push down on the bean with your thumb, if it crumbles in fairly whole pieces its a fresh bean. If its grainy and brittle, well not so much. Its also a blend of beans from different parts of the world. Ever wonder why you have such bad heartburn?
This location is almost impossible to get to, parking is horrible at the Menifee Market Place Center.
Save your money and buy a pound of good coffee beans, grind it and make it at home. You will get 20 times the value!
The only great thing about this Starbucks is a Wingstop has just opened next door.

I already don’t care much for Starbucks. Overpriced, flavorless drinks. But, sometimes it’s that’s around. Anyhow, this was hands down, the worst Starbucks I have ever stepped foot into. Terribly dirty and appears nobody cares to clean, the bathrooms looked worse than the plublic restrooms at the beach, and customer service rivaled that of prisoners serving commissary to fellow convicts. Extremely rude, loud, and obnoxious. Not to mention the stupid customer that, while I stepped away from my table for a moment (with my drink and computer on table) took mu chair for herself, without asking, forcing me to then leave. Horrible location on all levels and somebody needs to evaluate this store and send everybody here to the island of dumb fucks, never to be seen or heard from again.

I was in today to get my pumpkin spice latte. The young man at the cash register was very helpful! He explained how I could get soy in my latte. He was patient with me because I had two gift cards and both had different balances. He showed me how to register them online. I did not feel like he was trying to rush me at all.
I got my latte and it was delicious made with soy milk and no whipped cream.
I can’t say enough how impressed I was with the service and the quality of the drinks they served us. I will definitely go back to this location.
The seating is limited so make sure you are ready to find yourself during outside or sharing a table. Most people are willing to accommodate.
They blast the air condition so it’s a great place to escape the heat and enjoy some delicious treats!
