The Vitamin Shoppe

A store clerk by the name of ‘Robert’ was very rude! First, he consistently starred at me in the store with a scowl and looked away when I tried to get eye contact for help. There was no one else in the store! I finallygot his attention and I asked for the location of the protein vegan cookies. He yelled at me in a short tone (from the opposite end of the store saying «we don’t sell those! That’s all we have!»
I complained to the female store manager and she went to the supply room and simply got the item for me.
This Robert character is either afraid of & too
ignorant to do his job for African American customers or he’s afraid of women?
Bad service. Very bad.
I spent almost 300! with my DEBIT card that day via a PIN purchase! Why was I still asked for my ID?
Lawsuit needed.

Went there and Gilbert was so awesome! He helped me find what I was looking for and spent lots of time giving me great tips! He was so nice, and didn’t have to spend so much time helping me understand all the different products! I will definitely be going back!

Excellent customer service. Good selection of everything I need including some beauty products too. Love the all natural no binders selection of vitamins and probiotics and orgain protein drinks. They also gave me $ 25 off after a year of spending lots.

They have the most knowledgable people that can answer all of your questions, the best selection of supplements, and is very clean and easy to find exactly what your looking for!

I have been shopping here for about two years. I have been helped by different employees. Every single employee goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Each employees is knowledgeable and if you have a question they possibly don’t know the answer to, they will give every effort to find out what you need to know. My husband appreciates they are sincere when they ask you for your feedback on the products. They truly want to provide the best. Someone is doing something right with this selection of employees. Well done! I love this vitamin shoppe.

The manger here is alway help full and kind. We like to shop here because its the lowest price we have found.

Pleased with my experience with new staff here! I noticed two new girls I haven’t seen before and both were pleasant and helpful. All right!

Stay away from this place. One of their refrigerators was broken and had no signage, yet the manager still tried to sell me something from it. He then showed me another refrigerator that worked, when I got what I needed he noticed that the product had expired 6 weeks prior.

Good selections of vitamins, pills, powders for shakes, protein bars, etc. Not a bad little shop; the prices are competitive too. Located in the corner of the Countryside Marketplace plaza, this place is a little hidden so make sure to check the corners of the plaza.
