Incredible Customer Service today! I went in to find a single outdoor spotlight replacement for the house — but I couldn’t find it anywhere. I did, however, find no less than 4 different employees who helped me to find it, some helping more than once. They were out of the outdoor spotlights in the Seasonal section, but they had 5 left on Aisle 10. Big Kudos to the staff at Lowe’s today! I’ll be back.

Got the stuff I needed Stood in line way too long. 1 cashier and self check BUT there were 5 employees and a woman who was trying to act like a manager standing around talking ignoring customers and acting like they don’t want to be there.

This place would be better organized if everything was put in bins and randomly put on aisles – wait they already did that! I spend about 2 – 3 times as long in here as I would like every time just trying to find what I’m looking for. The staff is helpful, but the aisles themselves seem designed for you to either (1) play scavenger hunt or (2) ask someone every time you’re looking for something.
The most aggravating thing is that they sometimes put things together which don’t actually go together: today I bought caulk for tile and a caulk gun, not realizing that the gun’s size was medium when all the bottles of caulk around it were designed for a smaller gun type. Sigh…

This post isn’t necessarily for this store location. I bought a $ 400 try built push mower and when I did I paid the extra for the extended protection plan. I have had the mower for 4 months and it won’t start have the first attempt. So brought it in and had them send it off to be fixed. They came back and said it was through abuse so they wouldn’t pay for the repairs, said it was «from cutting high grass.» Are u kidding me! First I haven’t allowed my grass to get high, second I’ve only used it 10 times, and third mowers I’ve had in the past could cut a hay field and keep trucking! Nobody here could help or tell me how to go about handling this. So now I’m out $ 100 for the repair because it’s been gone for 2 weeks and NOW my grass is high. NEVER BUY THE WARRANTY, they are worthless. I will never buy from Lowes again…

My husband called looking for a piece for our dishwasher. The employee was very rude, and refused to answer any of his questions. He told him he would «just have to come look himself», because he wasn’t «going to go and look at them». My husband then called Home Depot, who was very friendly and helpful, and was able to locate what we need. Guess what, Lowe’s? We’ll be using your competitor instead. Thanks for nothing.

This was the third hardware store we tried while looking for a replacement bathroom fan vent cover. Having been assured by the Perkins store that this one had the item in stock, we showed up in the bathroom department, handed over the broken one, and were promptly guided to the exact item we needed. In and out for under eight bucks. My only complaint? It’s in Bartlett, not exactly close to Midtown.

Good selection — decent prices. My wife buys tons of annual flowers here.
