Seth’s Lighting & Accessories Inc

Wasn’t blown away with Seth’s. Didn’t really have any interaction with staff but the lights were not very impressive. I wouldn’t call it an «upscale» lighting store. Maybe if you just needed more basic items.

When you can’t find what you are looking for at the big box stores, Seth’s is a really great option. We recently made 2 trips there and bought a total of a dozen lights. The sales staff is very knowledgeable and we were quite pleased with the selection.
My 2 gripes would relate to the strict nature of returns. First, you are limited to only 3 days. Second, when my husband went to return 1 of the simple, inexpensive lights that was going to replace the existing ceiling-​mounted light in our laundry room, the man who helped him gave him a bit of a hard time about why he was returning it. We couldn’t use the new light, which was larger, because the air register was too close. He asked my husband why he didn’t just move the air register instead of return the light.
Besides the fact that it is absurd to move a register in the ceiling of a laundry room just to accomodate a different light, we spent at least $ 1,000 in 2 days there.
