Dunkin’ Donuts

I loved DDs growing up. Still think that they have great coffee. I’m also partial to their donuts over Krispy Kreme and Gibson but it may be because I grew up on dunkin’ donuts. Of the times that I’ve visited this location, it appeared clean and the staff was friendly and productive. I think that they deserve a 5 rating.

It is terrible they lock side front entrance because of someone trying to steal a darn coffee cup & coffee. They don’t even have sign letting customers know the front door is locked now. They’re making you walk around if you’re getting off the MATA bus. I think this store has gone downhill and the staff is worse in my opinion.

The new management has really turned this place around. It is cleaner, the staff is friendlier, and the overall experience has improved.

Is it not a barista thing to know that if someone asks for sugar in their iced latte, you pour the hot coffee over it instead of putting it in the cold beverage so that the person ordering doesn’t get an unsweetened beverage and a mouthful of crunchy sugar? Up your game, Dunkin Donuts. Yuck.

What they do have tastes good, especially since you are so much hungrier from waiting for so long.

This place needs some serious improvement in their breakfast hour service (or lack thereof). The food is pretty good — if you are fortunate enough to be able to purchase any. They are apparently either seriously under-​staffed or poorly managed — or both. Nearly every time I’ve been there in the morning hours (6 am to 8 am more specifically) there has been some kind of drama — either they won’t let anyone inside because there is not enough staff to cover the front counter or the line in the drive-​thru doesn’t move.
This morning it was BOTH. People were trying to go inside and the doors were locked. I drove to the drive-​thru and was asked to «hold please». I then waited and waited — and waited some more, but no one ever took my order. I was trapped there until all three cars behind me backed up and left. Then I left as well.
They are losing a lot of business due to lack of service. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place in the mornings, especially if you are in a hurry and/​or have to go to work.

The location is convenient, their coffee caramel coolata is right up there with Starbucks Frapuccinos. The donuts are NEVER fresh & the morning employees are great… the evening employees act like they hate their life and serving their customers. I stop by for a coolatta but if I want donuts im going to Krispy Kreme!!!

Outstanding customer service. After being given the wrong order, they apologized and give us the correct one. Plus let us keep the wrong order and then gave us donuts. Nothing beats free donuts!

If you don’t mind waiting in a mile and a half drive thru line every morning, then this is your morning stop… Obviously I don’t!!! Med coffee with several egg n cheese wraps is my fill, they have pushed MCDonalds to a far 2^nd… welp! #shrugs

Great service… You get what you pay for is the best way to describe the quality of the coffee and food… I ordered the Angus breakfast sandwich… The meat reminded me of the unidentifiable meat they served in hot lunches back in elementary school… the chai tea I ordered was clearly coffee with some heavy «chai flavored» syrup… Save your money and if you really like the coffee buy it at the grocery store…

Great place! Wonderful happy employees! Priscilla helped us this morning. We had so much fun with her after we left we went thru drive thru to buy a coffee mug with her signature! Great coffee and donuts!

I’m not a Dunkin Donut fan, but my girlfriend loves it, so I’m here a lot more than I want to be. They’re very consistent with their friendly service and food. This review is more for the misses, she really likes Dunkin and we’ve never had a problem with this location. The drive thru spacing is very limited and tight, so if you drive a Dooley (commercial 6 wheel truck) I advise parking and getting your food on the inside.

Staff super nice. Better service than 83 restaurant! They were patient with my order. So many options! And who doesn’t love donuts! Yes can I have one of each donut. Ok thanks

It’s a really great and convenient location. During the day I have never had a bad experience. The day staff is great and helpful but the night staff… needs some help. I’ve decided that once the sun goes down I won’t be visiting. From getting the wrong coffee to even the wrong donuts, it’s been a disaster.

It’s a Dunkin Donuts, but the staff is always really awesome, which helps a whole lot. My only negative is that the donut variety can be hit or miss. A lot of things were out today, for example. Kind of a bummer.
Still, great place for a quick and easy snack!

I feel obligated to write a review simply because over the past two years I’ve eaten at Dunkin Donuts waaayy more than anywhere else. Most of this is due to the fact that I love starting my mornings off with a large coffee, and it’s very good coffee here. It also helps that I have a three year old that considers getting a donut in the morning to be the biggest deal in the world. The overriding thing I feel I need to point out is that they are always consistent and efficient. When I go inside with my son, they are always great with him, and often sneak in a extra donut hole (or three… hope that doesn’t get anyone in trouble).
Only complaint is that I usually order my chicken biscuit with cheese, and I get that cheese maybe only half the time, but maybe they’re just looking out for me, keepin my calorie count down and all. If that’s the case, appreciate your looking out, Dunkin Donuts. But you don’t have to. The coffee is all I need.

This place is pretty consistently good. I really only get iced coffee and the occasional donut. But if you join their rewards program you will rarely have to pay full price for either of those. On most mornings there is a drive thru line and it is much faster to just head inside. I always wish I had more time because the interior is pretty inviting and there are large tables to use for studying or getting some work done.

Pretty typical Dunkin’ Donuts, but the employees here are, 99% of the time, so friendly and helpful that you almost forget you’re at a chain.
Good donuts — a little pricey, but the store is clean, the people are nice, and it’s in a convenient spot. The parking lot and drive-​thru are kind of crazy, but pay attention to the signs and use common sense and they aren’t too difficult.
All in all a nice place to stop and get some coffee or donuts.

Confession time: I know I’m supposed to be all gaga over local, «hidden gem» breakfast spots, but I love Dunkin Donuts. In fact, I think I love it more than Starbucks, and you know why? The breakfast sandwiches! Plus, amazing coffee.
I’ve always experienced good service at this location — a cheery «Good morning!» is rare in Midtown, but I get it here. My coffee is prepared just how I like it, my sandwich comes up quickly, and the store is clean and spacious. And I do get a chuckle seeing the police cars parked outside…
Last time we were here, a panhandler came in the front (the main entrance is in the back) and asked us for change, and when my boyfriend declined and then said he was surprised the guy would come in with cops there, the panhandler politely said he didn’t know, thanked him, and headed out. I think I can live with that.

Whenever I’m in a rush and don’t feel like waiting in the ridiculous line at the midtown Starbucks, I’ll swing through this Dunkin Donuts for my coffee fix (and the occasional bagel). This is what I have to say about this location — they are lightening fast! Every. Time. I’m never intimidated by the number of cars in line, because I know I’m going to be on my way outta there in no time.
Forget putting on your make-​up while waiting in this drive through line — I made it to work with eyeliner on one eye only, thanks to their speedy service! But at least I made it to work on time, and caffeinated!
