Domino’s Pizza

I must say that I love the great personality of the young lady that was at front desk She was training another young lady. She had a great smile and personality. But my smile turned into a frown to see unsterile these guys were. I seen a young lady answering the phone while in the middle of fixing a pizza then when she was done answering the phone continued without washing her hands. You can tell me all day that, they are trained to wash their hands when they get on the line, but it matters what they do while on the line. I asked to speak to the manager to just let them know the situation. Not in a complaining way, just letting her know so she can bring to employee attention to be careful because customers can see that she did that. I have a stomach condition I also explained to the nice lady at the register. When she asked the so called manager to talk to us, her response was «DO I HAVE TO TALK NOW?» I thought that was unconcerned and rude. So since she didn’t want to talk in confidence I posted this on this really cool app. where everyone will know to be careful. And I will be calling the general manager. Since she was labeled the general manager at the time. Normally I would have acted out of character because I hate filth. But it was Easter and I was trying to have a great day. So I will be calling the BIG office maybe they wouldn’t mind speaking with me. And I was from another state which make the hospitality worse. I just feel that those people are blessed to be working on a holiday and I have to be here visiting St. Jude with people that have appreciate life everyday on a holiday because everyday count for them. If my niece didn’t really want this pizza i truly would have went some place else. But she wanted pizza before her appointment at St. Jude hospital. So all this gets really personal for me. U really need to count your blessing. Have great day.

I’m giving this location 5 stars for the awesome delivery people… And just not because we love the thin crust pepperoni with extra cheese. After my teen daughter and her friend came home from a concert they were hungry for pizza. The girls added a special delivery request to «Draw a cat on the box.» Silly girls but Dominos actually DELIVERED! Check out the picture! Too cute! Turns out our delivery guy’s wife draws cats all the time — drawing them on presents, etc. That’s serendipity!

We use the app to order and love it. We always get great delivery service! Once we had a problem with our order, called, and they quickly sent us a new pizza. Can’t really complain when they try so hard to fix there mistakes.

It was some of the worse pizza I ever had. There was no cheese on the the thing. I wish I could post a picture because if you could see it, you would not order this.

What has happened to this location? We used to order pizza from the Union Ave location every other week sometimes weekly. Lately, though, it has been a lot less because they can’t get our orders right. Even the online tracker is not accurate. Then when you call to check on your order, you get hung up on during transition through the menus and have to call back. As if that isn’t bad enough, the last two times after getting our order finally delivered, we sat down to eat it and opened the box only to find the wrong pizza! I sincerely hope they get this straightened around. They used to be SO reliable and their pizza is really good. Management… fix these issues so we can love you again!

I have gotten take out and delivery from the location several times, and have always been pleased. Pizza is hot and tasty.

Wow… RUDE. Ordered two lg 3-​topping pizzas on carry out special: $ 7.99. When I got home I discovered that there was no regular sausage, just the sliced sausage and mushrooms. When I called to tell them, it took about 5 minutes of trying to explain the problem before being passed on to someone else. She was VERY rude and basically told me that’s was not CLEAR in the three toppings I wanted. WTF?!? How clear do I need to be? I had asked for a three topping, after all! She he said that «a lot of people come in and order the $ 7.99 special but then only get one topping.» Uh, huh. So, then she put me on hold, and after 5 minutes hung up on me. Pissed at this point, I called back. The phone was answered, and then immediately hung up when I said who I was. Called back again… no answer. F-​you, Dominos! Next time I crave pizza, this WON’T be the place I call!

First. Yes, this is a chain. But the food that comes out of here is still pretty awesome. The deals they’ve come up with recently also make it more affordable. My roommate and I usually get a medium pizza with two drinks and cheesy spinach bread. The pizza is good, but the spinach bread is what I really love. I could eat that every day.
We usually get it delivered. They’ve always been prompt except for once, and the food has always been hot and delicious. I also like how ordering online is made more personalized to you.

We ordered in this evening and since Domino’s is one of the only places in Midtown with consistently good food that delivers and is open past 9pm, they got our business. Not much has changed in their food department, though I’ll attest to their new artisan pizzas being pretty killer. The whole reason for this review update however, is that I was impressed when we received an automated phone call alerting us that the delivery dude had left the store. As if the automated online pizza tracker wasn’t enough, now you don’t even have to stay near your computer to see when your food is arriving. Especially convenient for those of us with fur children that need to be locked up before anyone comes to the door, lest they be mauled with jumping and dog slobber.

I have ordered a variety of pizzas from this Domino’s. The pizzas are delicious, the staff friendly, and delivery prompt. My ‘go to’ place for fast food pizza. Time was when I would never have thought that possible for Domino’s.
