This location is no longer open, they moved to Oak Park. If you call the Melrose Park number it will go through to the Oak Park location.

So terrible.. The atmosphere is so bad… and also i made an online order and they didnt have my toss pan crust… and end up making me a thin crust without saying anything

Worst experience ever! This place used to be great when I was a kid. The service sucks! They are understaffed. 2 employees for a full house, the cook and then the cashier/​waitress. She hands is the menu and tells points across the restaurant telling us to sit there. Then she takes forever to take our order. While waiting I’m start observing how filthy the place is. The carpet is black full of bacteria. The tables and the menus feel greasy. The whole place just feels and looks disgusting. Then we get out food and plates. Not 1 single napkin. We had to get up to ask for napkins and Parmesan cheese. She never checks back to see if we need anything else. I’m eating taking my last 2 bites and I’m out of water. She asks if I want another water and I said yes, please. 5 maybe even 10 minutes go by and I never get my water. I get up to ask for the tab and a small box. It takes her another 5 minutes literally to find a box. Never again will I step place into this place.

Worst pizza place. Came in with Family at 7:30 pm and they would not seat us because there was only 2 people working and one of them was the cook? Whats the deal. Always under staffed and the person who helped us talked to us like we were stupid. She didnt care for our business. 4 others couples came in over a period of 10 mins and left super unhappy!

For first time at that location I ordered online and when i arrived after 25 min my pizza was ready but not garlic sticks– waited extra 20 min!!! Place looks dirty and server was wearing dirty uniform — I would walk away if i have to dine in
Pizza was soggy and my kids doesn’t like it — what kid says NO to pizza?

Ordered here once and that was enough. The pizza was weird– unlike the typical Pizza Hut. It was either old or sat in the oven too long.

To start off this place doesn’t even deserve any stars whatsoever. The reason I’m saying this is because, 1^st of all this place is always dirty. The tables have crumbs and especially sticky from all the fountain drinks. 2^nd of all, it seems like they don’t vacuum the floor. If you look around and walk more into the dinning area. You’ll see crumbs all over. Another thing is that the staff SUCKS! they are rude and LAZY! they take long to even bring you a damn drink. So if you’re reading this review please save yourself sometime on not even THINKING about going to this crappy ass Pizza Hut restaurant. You’ll save yourself sometime especially when arguing with this lazy unprofessional staff. Especially if you’re thinking about going for a pick up or thinking about getting the pizza delivered to your house. The reason why? Is because they ALWAYS mess up the orders. I don’t usually write reviews, but today this specific place got me pretty frustrated because they told me to wait 10mins for my wings, but ended up taking 30mins for some damn wings. Honestly this is a bad place people! Trust me save some time.

All I needed to do was ask for a carry out pizza but didn’t get the Chance because right away I was placed on hold for over 15 minutes.

I ordered online. It said it would be ready at 11:30am for pick up. I walk in and the lady is eating chicken wings licking her fingers at the counter. She comes over and says the system was down and they just got my order. I do not believe that. Never did she say sorry or offer anything for this. I left without a pizza. This is unacceptable and ridiculous. Never will I go here. Ever.

I am only giving one star so I can give a review. Two employees were sitting in a booth as we came in, the hostess notified them twice that there were people in the dining room. The server replied OK two separate times but never moved, her phone was more important. Another tables order was up, and it took her five minutes to mosey up and deliver. Her shirt wad unbuttoned and sloppy. I will not be visiting this establishment anytime soon. Also, there were 6 dirty tables with only one table occupied.

I avoid going to this location at all costs even though it’s closest to me, I’d rather go to the one in Norridge. One day I didn’t feel like driving all the way to Norridge, so I went there. Bad idea. First off the woman that was at the register had a HUGE hickey (yuckkk) aafter 10 minutes of waiting for a table she seated us even though there were other servers just walking around or eating Pizza behind the counter. We sat down and waited for 15 minutes the servers passed us many times never came to our table so I got up and left. I ended up going to Norridge and the quality in the service is noticeable. Melrose park is trashy, low class location. I don’t understand why they can’t start hiring better people that don’t look like gangbangers or high.

I came in here with my boyfriend and friends and the floor was so dirty !! We asked the lady to sweep under our table because there was lots of trash but she said All the tables are like that and she’s the only one server there. She still didn’t clean it and so we moved to a dirty table but it was cleaner than the other. We ordered bread sticks and they were so burnt and dry and warm not even hot. We also ordered fries and they were hard. The waiter was pretty nice as a person but seriously need to do a better job with the food. This is making me not want to come anymore.

It’s a nice Pizza Hut as it’s been recently remodeled but the service is not very good. I personally have experience waiting on tables & these employees seem to have no care about how long we have been waiting. Hopefully in the near future they can recruit some workers who are more attentive to it’s customers.

Arrived and they had my online order in the system, and I paid. I then heard them arguing in the kitchen — sounded like confusion. I overheard «but, he’s standing right here!» The young lady came back out and told me that the pizza order never went in due to a computer issue — and that it would be 10 more minutes. I was in a rush (which is why I ordered online), but decided to wait. Just then, another customer came in the front door with pizzas and said she had the wrong order. I overheard her say my name as they were looking at the label. I asked the girl at the counter if those were mine, and she then admitted that my order did go in, but she accidentally gave it to the wrong person. All she had to do was just be honest. At the end of the day, it’s just pizza hut… kinda expected. But, I’ll try another location next time.

Seriously. When you can’t even get an online order right, there is something wrong. We ordered one of those meal boxes online for $ 10 — the one with a pizza, breadsticks and cinnamon sticks and it confirmed the order and told us it would be ready in 15 minutes. The husband left to pick it up right away since we live essentially 15 minutes away (and out of delivery service). When he got there, they claimed they never got the order — he showed them the confirmation on his phone and they started looking it up — and then started making it. When he got home, I noticed that the pizza was barely cooked and the cinnamon sticks were rock hard. Nice. Can corporate please come in here and do some quality control training?
Until then, it’s time to just start going to the Norridge location.

Okay so this is Pizza Hut, so the food is Pizza Hut quality. So your most likely looking at my review and thinking, «WTF is wrong with this poor girl.» I get it, trust me I would too! I grew up in pizzerias my WHOLE life, so to me all these chain pizza places are like when you throw in a frozen pizza at home. Your craving that «cheap» pizza taste.
But the reason I give 5 stars is the girls that work here! I stopped in for some chessey bread sticks the other day after target. I walked in and almost right away turned back out the door cause the place was busy, with lots of kids. Now this is my fault for thinking a Friday snack would be a good idea here. But none the less, I wanted bread sticks!
So once I sat down, my server was there, and she informed me she would just be taking my order and the other girl would actually be my server. From that moment on, the girls worked as a team to just run the restaurant. From the two girls at the front counter (one was Asian the other a white lady with blonde hair, who were extremely nice and said sorry for the wait a couple times) to the girls running on the floor. They all came over at some point to check on me. I thought, wow, whens the last time this happen to me at a fine dinning restaurant… or any where?!
Thank you ladies, for working at a place where more likely than not, you are not tipped well or treated the best, but still making customers feel good! I also felt so bad when a big group (with three little kids) left and appeared to leave no tip but the table and floor disgusting. Remember people, although this is Pizza Hut, your still suppose to tip!

It’s been a long time since my husband and I been to any Pizza Hut. We’re not fast food junkies, but we both had a craving for something tasty and fast and Pizza Hut was just around the corner at where we were shopping at.
When we walked in, my impression of Pizza Hut totally changed. This place looks relatively run-​down. It is dimly lit, and it just didn’t meet expectations. Maybe Im just comparing it with another Pizza Hut that looked better inside. It took awhile for us to get seated since there weren’t anyone at the front.
My husband and I ordered the breadsticks without the cheese. It was okay. tasted like regular bread. We ordered the medium size Supreme pizza with hand tossed crust. I wanted a softer crust. To me I felt I was eating more crust than the pizza itself. Overall it was okay. my main question is if the pizza we ate was a frozen pizza or pizza they actually made in the back. I couldn’t tell the difference, but the price ($ 8 for medium size + $ 3 for specialty = $ 11) is a bit cheap for a pizza.
I probably won’t come back next time. I would prefer a nicer sit-​down pizza parlor with a confirmation that my pizza was made at the restaurant, and not frozen. Service isn’t bad.

This Pizza Hut is a decent, fairly clean place to get a cheap meal for the family. It is old, it’s not fancy, and the bathroom is a little jacked up. When we have gone there either to eat in the dining room or to pick up a pizza, their staff has been friendly and efficient.

I remember a time when I used to like Pizza Hut. I’m not sure if it was just this one or not, as I haven’t been to one in quite awhile,… but our pizza was just barely edible. It was so bad that I would have told them to take it back, but I didn’t want to seem like a B*. Really… we were sitting there wishing we had gone to Chuck E Cheese instead.

Pre-​ordered and drove 20 minutes to get there just as pizzas would be done. Was told «whoops — we forgot to put your order in. We’ll do it now.» 45 minutes of waiting in a gross Pizza Hut for my pizza. When it was done, it was wrong — I’m a vegetarian but they made me a meat pizza. They expected me to just pay and leave. Complained to manager who then suggested I was trying to get away with paying LESS for a meat pizza b/​c they are cheaper than vegetarian pies. Waited another 45 minutes for my vegetarian pizza. I think they agreed to $ 5 off for my hassle. WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN.
