Dunkin’ Donuts

Only giving it two stars because the employee had a good friendly attitude, otherwise it’d be 1, zero if possible.
They had a better selection of donuts in the afternoon as compared to the one on Medina Rd, but again they were stale and old. Definitely not baked daily.

We got a dozen donuts. After we got home we were disappointed to find them dry and stale. Not only is the selection poor but the quality isn’t even as good as the grocery store. We’ll be getting our donuts elsewhere. Qe expected the donuts to be cooked at least within the last 24 hours but it doesn’t appear that duckin donuts care.

I have been going to the dunkin donuts for years. My wife and I both. The iced coffee’s with a turbo shot have always been really good. The past couple weeks however I don’t feel the coffee has been worth the money we pay. When my wife and I have been getting the coffee the coffee either has been watery as if they were using hot coffee and added ice to it. Or it has tasted almost burnt. We are not picky. We don’t like to complain but the coffee we have been getting is almost worth giving it back and having them make another. And being we have been going there for years I’ve noticed it gotten worse both with the food and drinks we received. And even the friendliness of some of the staff. You can tell some of them just don’t want to be there. I love dunking donuts. It’s always been my coffee of choice. But now I’m doubting if I even want to waste my money anymore.

I must eat twelve donuts a day here. Best thing is when I saw my boss in there with a box of his own and we made eye contact I knew he wouldn’t say anything, everyone else would figure out he wasn’t just big boned

I ordered a bagel through the drive-​through window because I didn’t want to go in. I got home 15 minutes later and discovered it had been sliced and toasted AND it was too dark now for me to retoast it. I did not ask for it to be sliced and toasted. Panera always asks – they don’t make assumptions about how soon I am going to eat my bagel. I called and asked about it, and they said this is what they always do. They slice and toast unless someone specifically asks them not to do so. How are you supposed to know to tell them not to? Weird. They offered to replace it, and I will probably take them up on it, but I will have to remember to tell them not to toast it. Also, they are not baking the donuts in the individual Dunkin Donuts stores now, and they are always dry and unappealing. Dunkin Donuts used to be good when they actually made them in the stores. Now they are really not very good, adctually disappointing. I’ll get my donuts at Hawkins Market.

I drive by this place daily. I would stop 2 – 3 times a week to get a bagel. and 2 – 3 times week they would get the order wrong. I stopped in to express my frustration after the 10^th time they had messed up my bagel. The representative their said that stinks and offered to replace my bagel. Not only had she seen my face for the same thing 3 times in the past week, but she didn’t acknowledge my constant problems. I haven’t been there in 3 months and will never go again.

LOVE! their iced coffee. I drink an iced coffee every day, and this is one of my favorites. I can’t have too many of these because of caffeine (it’s not watered down like other iced coffee’s I’ve had), but I love to get them on my drive to work. I never go in, just through the drive thru — so I can’t give any info about the inside of the place. I do like their sandwiches too, I got the ham and cheese last time I was in. Quick drive thru service and they are always friendly!

This Dunkin Donuts used to also have Baskin Robbins with it but they have been closed for over a year and just reopened as just Dunkin Donuts. They seem to be busier now and their drive-​thru is busy. Of course the coffee is very good and you can also buy it by the lb. to take home and brew. The donuts are great and they now have breakfast and lunch sandwiches. The sandwiches are very «fast food» tasting but will suffice for a quick place to sit down and eat. If you’re looking for atmosphere this isn’t it, but it’s convenient and I hope they make a go of it in this location. They have a quite a few tables, a TV and also have WiFi.
