Not sure why this place has such low reviews. It’s Starbucks. In Medina. Be happy we actually have one in Medina. The staff is friendly and the drinks are pretty standard compared to any other Starbucks across the country that you would step into.

I normally wouldn’t review a Starbucks as they’re the same from Seattle to Akron to London to Istanbul. The currency might change, but you generally know what to expect when you step into a Starbucks. It’s not the crème de la crème…but it’s consistent. Except when they’re not. Except when their associates are too busy socializing and goofing off to get a simple triple espresso out in a timely fashion. Or to even take my damn order. On the bright side, the condescension was free. Trust me, dear barista, if I wanted your opinion, I’d give it to you. Next time, I’ll stick with the Starbucks in Akron that I’ve been going to for 10+ years. They’re pleasant, quick, and focused.

Oh wow… Not a good wow. The cashier was too busy reconnecting with her friend in line in front of us, which took a good 5 minutes. A line has formed. No big deal though, gotta reunite with her buddy here. I see where this is now going. Extremely. Emphasis on extremely, slow service. Waited 10 minutes not to get my coffee. Four people in back of me got theirs, oh, they completely forgot about mine. Had I not said something I probably would have been waiting a lot longer. Screwed up my girlfriends order THREE times. She is a Starbucks junkie, and loathes this location now. The crew seem to look at the register in horror, pretending to clean, as more people file in. It seems like all the employees are more focused on the people in the drive thru, which is great, but you have paying customers waiting inside while cars roll in and out. The drive thru seems to make things slower, and disorganized. I got a free drink out of it. Probably full of 5 girls spit after complaining. It met the garbage basically immediately,

Like others have said. Its a Starbucks, if you’re looking for a cup of coffee then you should be in good shape. That said, I can’t tell you the number of times that I’ve been in there and they have been out of something.

Typical Starbucks. Service was slow for a Starbucks. They do have a drive through which is great. Convienietley located next to Chipotle.

Worst Starbucks in the area. If it were possible to give zero stars I would. Poor service with awful attitude. Many people working behind the counter but no one willing to help.

I personally love starbuck… this place is actually horrible. They always mess up my coffee… I order a peppermint white mocha size grande they end up give me a Venti which I don’t mine but after drinking it… it taste nothing like coffee I though I was drinking milk this’s not the first time .I hate to complain because I don’t want people to spit in my drink but that’s the experience I had with them every visit. It’s such a waist of time and money for starbucks and not starbucks quality

It’s a Starbucks and it provides what you expect: good coffee, tasty food and courteous folks. I’d say the staff is professional without being over the top friendly. I wish Ohio locations had the sandwich offerings that I have had in larger cities. Tuna sandwiches in JFK, for example. I’d be there for lunch for the sandwiches, but they only have a small selection. Not a knock on this particular store, but all stores in the state that I have visited.

Okay, I am only NOT giving this Starbucks location 5-stars because they never have the vanilla powder and non-fat milk at the condiments counter(or whatever you call those stations). I always have to ask the barista for it. But I’m still a fan, the employees are always very friendly.

To be honest, the thing that prompted me to write this review is that(after waiting for yeeeeears!) Starbuck’s now has coconut flavoring! Not only does it taste like summer, but it’s a flavor that will send you to a happy island in your mind on even the worst weather day. This Starbucks location is small, but friendly. The service is hit or miss. Not in hospitality(really sweet staff here!), but in accuracy and consistency. I try to give them a lot of grace, since they are the only Starbucks in town(outside of Target) and everyone wants a piece of them. Did I mention the Mocha Coconut Frappuccino? Yeah, I’m hooked.

This Starbucks defines the Starbucks experience. Great staff that enjoyed being around each other and engaged customers. I was a visitor, but they all knew the names of the others. Nice area to sit and sip some coffee and plan my business.

The place is dinky inside but they do have a drive through. if you want a large spacious coffee shop I would recommend going down the street to the coffee shop inside of border’s.

I was running early for a meeting and went to The Stubbuck for a quick eggy sausagy sammidge and an iced tea. (We all know Stubbuck’s; I won’t bore you with the«they sell coffee!» and«they have their own names for small, medium and large!» details, just the nuts and beans about THIS one, okey-doke?) I grab The Times. Yeah, I was WAY early, and reading the entire Times is about the only guilty pleasure I have left. That and short-term memory loss. Oh, and reading the entire Times. So, eggamuffin, Times, jumbo tea, but wait. She’s charged me for the USA Toady, which only runs a buck, which is exactly a penny a word. I mention that I would love to pay half price but I have the recessive honesty gene, so she re-adjusts accordingly. Brings the total to Seven Thirty. Hand her a tenner. She hands me back Seven Twenty. Get out your Number 2 pencils, kids, and tell me: what simple math error are we dealing with? I looks at the money, I looks at her. I looks yet again at the money, and say«I think Homeland Security would consider this a Code Orange math mistake.» She didn’t get it, so I ‘splained. «The change was Two Seventy, but you reversed it. Seven Twenty.» Next! I just saved her bacon, the evil empire of coffee and my honor from a severe undercharge: two bucks eighty for an eggeroonio snack, beverage, all the news that’s fit to print, and I get NO thanks? Good-night Corporate America, and all the ships at sea! And for the love of GOD, you people in the drive-through. I understand how you have to grab that coffee and get RIGHT back home to watch more tv, but could you maybe just pause, if only for a moment, for the people who have have actually taken the time to park, walk in, order, and walk back out? I was nearly roadkill, in BOTH directions.

They finally put a Starbucks in Medina, however the bad news is that it’s a small one! Even called a drive-thru, although there is limited seating inside. I was hoping for a nice, large, comfy Starbucks, fireplace and all!!! After all Medina is one of the fastest growing areas in Ohio! And we like our coffee too! Well, of course, they do have the wonderful selections of hot and cold, plain and fancy coffees and also offering a good array of pasties. But it’s not the most comfy place to spend time. There is outside seating for in the summer. Free WiFi hotspot, AT&T WiFi.
