Exterior looks nicer after the recent renovation, but the service is still terrible. Food is Wendy’s food, not better or worse. The staff working here are not trained well and obviously not motivated or supervised. Check your order before you leave, I’d say 50%? of the time my bag is missing an item.

Slowest drive thru. Expect to wait at least 10 mins Even if there are only a few cars. If you see more than 3 cars in line, don’t bother going. They have a hard time understanding orders. When you finally get to the window they are rude and practically throw the food out the window.

So I was really hesitant to go to this Wendy’s after reading all the bad reviews but after smoking A LOT of weed, I went against my better judgment and went anyways(only place close that was still severing ice cream) I pulled up to the drive thru and there was no line Order was taken promptly Food came out fast and the order was correct The only bad news is that I wrecked my Mercedes on the way home because I was trying eat my frosty and drive at the same time while I was stoned to the bone. I can’t really blame that on Wendys though, but hey that’s what insurance is for… All in all great Wendys. SIXSTARS!!! This weed though

The guy on the drive through tonight(Sunday, September 6th/2015) was extremely frustrated and upset! While ordering he told me the soda machine was down, I told him it was ok. He did not hear me and went on saying what drinks he had. I told him that I would have the meals without the drinks(sandwich and fries, no drinks). The order was 2 kids meal and 2 «adult» meals(he even asked me what size of fries for one of the adult meals). When I got to the window, I asked him if every meal had the fries, demonstrating lots of frustration he said yes. I got my bag with food, look inside and there was only the 2 fries for the kids meals. I asked him where was the other fries, his answer was: «everything is there, I saw her putting the fries in». I took everything of the bag to show him that there were 2 fries missing, and he called that as me having an attitude, and goes on saying: «tell me what you want». I told him:“I want the fries for the other 2 sandwiches”. He then interrupts me saying: «stop with the attitude and just tell me what you want!!». I repeat that I wanted the fries that come in the meal of the«adult» sandwiches, just to hear: «STOPWITHTHEATTITUDEANDTELLMEWHATYOUWANT!!» At that time other staff of the restaurant comes to see what was going on and he tells them: «You deal with her, I can’t». I went on to explain to them the situation, and even apologize if I had an attitude, but they needed to deal with their employee, because for sure he was having some issues tonight! Result: me and my family will look for another Wendy’s to go to when we feel like having some of their meals.

If I could give this Wendy’s a ZERO star Rating I would!!! I work on the road and when I don’t have time to make a lunch for myself, I sometimes will stop at wendy’s drive thru and grab a burger or a salad. They are very slow and sometimes rude and my order is constantly screwed up. Most of the time the person handling orders sounds like they are on drugs or mentally impaired. I went inside yesterday to use the Mens room so I figured I’d order inside this time to-go BIGMISTAKE… the young kid taking my orders was looking around like he was on another planet and he finally acknowledged my presence … I ordered the Apple pecan salad and a 6 piece spicy nugget with bbq sauce. The poor kid(Im calling him poor because he looked like no one had properly shown him how to do the job, and or he had the IQ of a moth) he put the order in wrong … he put a 4 piece instead of 6 so I said… «sorry but I ordered a 6 piece not a 4» he looked around like he needed help deleting the wrong order ! HOLYHELL are you serious… so his manager strolls up and looks at me dead in the face like I’m the problem.(he’s lucky I didn’t say what I was thinking.) he hit one button and poof… the 4 piece nugget was gone. so The kid carries on and finishes ringing me up. he then stands there oblivious that he’s supposed to be doing something. so he looks at me and I give him the«rocking back on my feet whistling» gesture and he snaps into action like«oh yeah I’m supposed to be getting his food ready» he grabs my salad from a fridge and gives it to the people in back prepping chicken. he goes to get my nuggets and hands them to me in a separate bag and I look in the bag and there are a couple fries in my bag with my nuggets. So I say. hey im sorry but I didn’t order any fries with that. do you mind getting me a new bag with no fries in it. He looks at me like I was speaking another language. the manager comes over and I just said the same thing… I don’t want fries in my nuggets. sorry. is that too much to ask? so they say that the nuggets will take a few minutes to cook,. I say fine. I’ll wait for the fresh nuggets. this is just one example. but I have always had trouble there. they are the worst wendys I’ve ever been to. They just don’t care. the only pleasant one was a young girl who actually took the time to say sorry. NEVERGOTOTHISWENDY’S THEYAREHORRIBLE! the manager looks like a nasty man.

I’m sitting in the drive thru right now. I have to deduct a star. To paraphrase Huey Lewis: I’m afraid you’re just too darn slow. I can’t understand why they are so much slower than any other Wendy’s around. I guess the joke is on me since I know it’s slow but I keep coming here?

Aggravated… pulled up to drive thru, I waited a good 5 minutes and starting saying Hello!!! Before finally getting someone. I ordered and pulled to the window. They told me sorry a few times. I accepted. Got home to find 2 sandwiches missing and the sour cream. I usually check the bag because this is not the first or second or third time this has happened. But I was exhausted. They must make so much money off of us not checking.

Its good food fast. Its always fresh, hot and tasty. Drive thru is sometimes a little wait, but once you take a mouthwatering bite of that spicy chix sandwich. its sooo worth it!

went for a drive thru, not the first time, but every time sucks, the last time, i ordered 3 burgers, and asked for 6BBQ sauces, it ended up only 2BBQ sauces in side, than went inside, asked for more sauces, back to my car and tried to hand the burgers to my friends and found out only 2 burgers in the bag. went back to store again, and the lady realized i came in for my missing burger. i thought to myself«okay», at least, you know it’s missing, but she said, «just take it». Thought the way I was served here was maybe just me being anal(like I am about most things), but after reading the reviews later that day, ITSNOTME… This store sucks! First off I ordered my son a kids meal with Oranges & they gave me Fries — Guess thats too much to ask for(a change)… They screwed up the order I had(they charged me twice) and then the Oranges just threw me over the edge… If you go here just be specific & double check your bags… Otherwise, the food was Wendys — you know what you are going to get!

I went through the drive thru tonight. At first, I ordered a couple of items including a Medium Fry($ 1.99), then changed my mind and asked for a large fry($ 2.19) instead. I didn’t see the order change on the drive thru monitor and asked the female staff if she received the change. She confirmed and I drove up to the second window. I paid with a credit card. At first, she didn’t give me my receipt. It’s odd because I always get receipts from Wendy’s. It looked like she was hoping that I wouldn’t ask for my receipt and waited until I asked for it. I look and I see that I’ve been charged for a Medium Fry and a small Fry. I asked why was i charged for 2 orders of fries when I only wanted one Large one. She said it was my fault for changing the order, so she had to add on the extra charge. This is unacceptable. She charged me an additional $ 1 because she didn’t want to change the order and then hoped that I wouldn’t notice by NOT giving me the receipt. Then when I confronted her, she blamed me for her actions. This is basically stealing from me. I’m giving 1 star for the service at this location. The food is just like all the other Wendy’s in the USA.

This Wendy’s is relatively new and clean. I’ve eaten here before and had horrible service, but this time it was alright. Wendy’s as a whole needs to work on throughput and assembly line. Not hiring coke addled workers would be a start. But the Spicy Chicken Sandwich is so good. And the lovely lovely frosty. The food was hot and fresh this time, however, they did mess up our drinks, apparently«Sprite» can be read as «Diet Coke» in some languages. The dining room was clean and stocked well for a change.

I have had so many problems with this Wendy’s, I don’t even know where to start! Everytime I’ve eaten inside the restaurant, I have noticed the trash barrels constantly overflowing due to employees not being apt enough to take out the trash. The floors are sticky, the staff is sluggish and the food is not always what I ordered. When I attempted to complain to the supervisor, she yelled at me then resumed to say something in Haitian creole to someone behind her. She REFUSED to give me her name to complain elsewhere. I have tried to frequent this place(I love Wendy’s) on so many occasions that I’ve finally just given up. I don’t even want to go to Wendy’s anymore because of my memories of how awful their staff is. It’s ALWAYS some young Haitian person behind the counter who doesn’t fully understand the menu process with a cook staff who takes forever to flip a burger on the grill and add the condements. I’m done with them.

This fairly new Wendy’s has problems. Lots and lots of problems. Jim’s review is spot on. Be prepared to wait and watch your order very carefully. You will most likely have to advocate for your order so you get it right. After waiting and being frustrated, enjoy your fat filled meal.

Oh Wendy’s, will you ever get it right? I’m not a huge fast food eater, but sometimes when it’s late you don’t have much of a choice. I can’t comment about Wendy’s during the day, just their late night drive thru… but c’mon! Last time I went our order was missing a chicken sandwich so we went back in the drive thru line, told them we were missing a chicken sandwich, they asked for a receipt but they didn’t give us one to begin with, and after some huffing and puffing they surrendered our rightful chicken sandwich. Then tonight my 5 piece chicken nuggets was missing a nugget… I optimistically searched the bag hoping that a nugget hopped out… but I was unsuccessful and I didn’t have the energy to get back into the drive thru line. Goodness gracious. I’m giving it two stars because it’s open late.

Joe and I stopped for a quick lunch at this Wendy’s during a very busy lunch rush. We were paying separately, so he was ordering first.
Joe: I’ll have a double cheeseburger. Poor Unintelligent Kid Employee(PUKE): «What king of drink?» Joe: «I just want the sandwich.» Puke: «I already rang up the meal.» «I don’t want the meal.» «It’s already in there.» «I’m not paying for the meal.» «I already rang it up, you have to.» «No, I don’t, I can just leave.» «I can’t unring it.» «Get a manager.» «It’s too late. They’re already making it.» «Well I don’t want it.» (this continues for another minute) «Whatever. It’s like $ 2.89 or something.» Joe hands Puke $ 3, gets change, walks to end of counter, gets bag with burger. Kitchen crew continues working furiously, glancing at Puke expectantly for the next order. I order fruit & yogurt & Caesar side salad. I get to end of counter, Puke meets me there, he is sweating and panicky, he throws all sorts of food from the bagging area in 2 bags, shoves them at me; «Just take it. Things are all messed up. The food won’t stop» Joe & I sit down and enjoy our burger, yogurt, and salad. And fries. And another fry. And a chicken sandwich. And a garden salad. And a 5 piece chicken tenders.
