We found Jacob through a recommendation from a friend. We were living in CA and we need a realtor. He was good in sending us listings. We bid on a home started the home inspections, but when we asked him if we need mold inspection, his response was we breathe and smell mold everyday. If we were naïve and stupid enough we would end up buying a home covered with mold from top to bottom. These mold were the worst and deadliest kind in Oregon. He would have put us in a bad situation for me and my family. He wanted to close to deal so fast to get his commission. Do not trust these realtors. They only will also try to recommend their own home inspectors because they are in cahoots with them. They will pass the inspection report so they can close the deal.

Jake is awesome! We are first time home buyers and we couldn’t have asked for a better person to handle our situation. We live out of state and it was very challenging to look for a home from so far away. From the very beginning jake was always willing to go out to listings that we saw online and be our eyes. If we had a list of questions a mile long he would take the time to find out the answer. If I called or emailed he got back to me immediately. That is such a great thing when you are dealing with such a huge decision like buying a home. When I began looking for a realtor I was afraid of dealing with a salesperson who didn’t have my best interest in mind and was just trying to close a deal. Jake was a breath of fresh air. He was so honest and always said what he thought about a listing based on what we were looking for. It is a rare thing to find someone like that. We bought a home with a big piece of land and some challenges that come with it. He was always talking each thing through with us and making us think really hard about our choices before we moved forward. I genuinely appreciated that. I felt like I made the right choice based on all the facts jake helped get for us. We will never use another realtor.
