We convinced mom that Oregon was amazing, so she came back to Oregon B4 we did. Mom found this Wonder Woman… She found Elle. She this great job with mom that my husband choose to use her services too, while I was stuck in AZ selling our house. Elle has always kept me in the loop & made sure we had our docs signed to turn in on time. While I struggle to seek my house in AZ, Elle was always ahead of her game. In January of 2014, we found out we would be relocated from So Cal to Southern Oregon. In April, we started working with Elle long distance. We visited a total of four times during our home buying process and each time spent days touring homes with Elle. We always had our kids with us and Elle brought snacks and drinks for them on those long days. But that does not even begin to count the hours she spent working for us. Since we were so far away, I would see a home online and ask Elle to visit. She always did, within 24 hours, and sent me extensive pictures. She answered my texts day and night. When we finally found our home (in July 2014) we entered into escrow knowing we would be relying on her once again since we were so far away. She recommended an inspector and helped us navigate our escrow and even collected our keys on the day we closed. She then checked the home periodically until we moved up two months later. It was amazing service. And even though I felt like we had to be her only clients based on how much time and attention she gave us, we weren’t. We now refer to her as «our realtor».

I’m not really sure if she’s (Liz/​Elle) a good realtor or not. I worked with Liz/​Elle for months before moving. The day I was supposed to look at houses Liz wasn’t available and pushed me off to her mom who is also a realtor. All of the sudden Liz/​Elle Powel wasn’t in the area, but her mom was. After driving 8 hours up here, we really had no choice but to deal with her mom instead of her. Would have been nice to meet Liz instead. We did buy a home but felt like Liz was working with her mom for her reputation.

Elle is an amazing realtor! She stuck with us for 9 months while we sought the prefect house, struggled with a VA Loan appraisal issue and switched lenders to a conventional loan. She is incredibly knowledgeable and was fully dedicated to us closing on our new home as fast as possible. Spread the word, Elle is the best realtor in town!
