I ate here a couple times but me and my 2 daughters got sick back around Christmas Eve! I don’t know what they did but it had to be some old ranch dressing! Won’t eat here again!

This is the first time I have ever written a review about a restaurant, but this place has pushed me to the limits. When this establishment first opened, I placed a order for delivery. Just to hear the delivery driver TELL ME that its a minimum 5 dollar tip for him to deliver 5 minutes up the road (which I always tip anyway, but didn’t want to be told how much). It took 2 hours and cold food delivered. No sorry no nothing!
I gave this place 1 star because I gave them several times to redeem themselves. Each time they have messed up a whole order, and they don’t have a care in the world. Worst customer service, and no management skills.

I like this place. They are cheaper than Roma’s with the same quality. I think the portions are huge. The only minus for me is that salads are pricey.
I do like that they have delivery from five pm to nine. It makes it easy when I’m craving it but can’t get away to grab it.
I also love that they accommodate my special orders and remember it better than I do. Vodka sauce, penne and veal, yum! I am going to miss this place when we move.

I placed an order for delivery tonight at 5:37 pm. They informed me that it would be about 1 hour for delivery. If that was true, my order should have been to me by 6:40 pm. My husband called to check on the order at 6:55 pm and they told him the delivery driver was on the way and «they were slammed». I finally received my order at at 7:23 pm. I will never order from this establishment again.
