The food has never been a problem. But the delivery wait times are ridiculous. We live in a small town, wait times should absolutely not be more than an hour. I placed an order at 6:30 this evening and the order confirmation estimated that it’d be here at 8:10. If they’re experiencing long wait times, that information should be made available before the order placement. If I had known delivery would take over an hour and a half, I would’ve found any other option.

Ordered the large size of wings and they wouldn’t give me a side of ranch for free. Insane. What wing street makes you pay for the (one) dipping sauce? After arguing with the manager about it she still refused to give me one. Horrible rude service and stingy. The one in hills borough is where I go from now on. Also I live on buckhorn road, that is 1.3 miles from them, one exit up from me and they have refused to deliver to me saying they don’t come my way at all and to try the hillsborough one, (11.6 miles away)

The very worst service ever! We have never received a correct pizza order from this location… never. We have ordered from them about 20 times because we love the pizza but why oh why can’t they ever get it right? They need serious help but we will continue to order since we like the food even if it’s not what we expected.

We really enjoyed carryout from here until they stopped accepting online orders. After calling and ordering the same thing at $ 10 more we now go to Papa Johns who does online deals.
