Just go to the Mosaic district location to get quality customer service. While you can’t beat lulu clothing; it’s just great all around however this location doesn’t have the best customer service. Perhaps there’s a certain look they cater to but nonetheless, the employees at Mosaic down the street are way more personable, helpful and genuinely nice.

They were super helpful on the phone, with the young man assuring me that they could take care of my return even without a receipt because it was a really cool item that he just knew someone would love to have their hands on! When I came to the store, he went out of his way to take care of the return and answer all my questions. When the gentleman helping me didn’t have an answer, he directed me to his manager who did have an answer.

Follow up was great. I went in again and was helped in an exemplary way.

I had a great experience at this location, even when I had to do an exchange. I have been greeted and helped promptly all of the times that I have shopped here.

I’m here WAY too much. This location is probably one of my favorite Lululemons. It is conveniently located right in the Tysons mall and just a few doors down from Bloomingdale’s. I feel like they always have the stuff I’m looking for (and the stuff that is sold out online is always there in store!). Plus, the service is just stellar. All the sales associates are really friendly and helpful and they make it a very hassle free experience. In addition, they just did a great store makeover. It’s bright, happy, and I just feel like doing chaturangas all day everyday. I love it!

Great newly remodeled location for everything lulu. Staff is so friendly and helpful and remembered me by name after just a couple visits. Ask for Tanya! They often have mark-​downs on items that are full price online– you just have to stop by every week to make sure you don’t miss anything. ;) Careful, it’s easy to become an addict.

I walked into Lululemon at Tyson’s Corner fully aware that I could NOT spend a dime because I recently rescued a dog whose owner died. Two weeks after rescuing him, I found out that he had skin cancer and have had to pay for two surgeries and 12 weeks of chemotherapy which has been astronomically expensive and for which I was NOT prepared since he had been vetted with a clean bill of health prior to being transported from his deceased owner’s home in VA to my home in NC. Anyways, I came into Lulu just to peruse the items and help my sister pick out some uniforms for her personal-​training business. The store was more of a «pop-​up shop» as Lulu is relocating within Tyson’s but the staff still kept the small store well-​organized, clean, and inviting true to every Lulu store I have ever visited!
I tried on a few things just for fun and, of course, fell in love with all of the items. I am a Lulu addict and know the names of all the products. Along with my sister and mom, I got to chatting with a few of the educators (one sweet girl was named Michelle) at Lulu who were complimenting me on how cute I looked in the new Picnic Play dress and the new navy High Times pants that I had tried on in a size 2. I was so excited to fit into this dress because, just 3 years ago, I was a size 16 to 18 and weighed about 200 lbs. The educators at Lulu were shocked at my transformation! My sister helped me lose over 80 lbs over the past 3 years and we showed the Lulu girls before and after pictures and shared some of the fun experiences we had along my fitness journey and they were so excited that my sister and I had bonded so intensely over my journey and that Lulu had been a constant theme along the way. I told them that I had promised myself a pair of Lulu pants once I reached a size 10 and bought my first pair of Lululemon Wunder Unders in a size 10 about 1.5 years ago and have continued to shop there as I kept working to get fitter, stronger, and healthier. The educators were so excited for me and inspired by my story and relationship with my sister that they asked me if I would like to receive one item as a promotional item compliments of Lulu! I almost cried on the spot!!! How kind and generous of a group of smart, fit, beautiful women to offer me a chance to get a new pair of pants that I would not have been able to purchase. I am now HOOKED on the High Times pant thanks to these girls!!! The full-​on Luxtreme material is amazing, completely opaque, and shapes your legs and booty so well. The customer service, personal interaction, and kindness of the Lulu community is one reason that I am willing to drop a small fortune on their clothes. The way the clothes fit, feel, and make my body look also keep me coming back!

Love, love, love lulu clothes! They perform really well through all of my workouts & many pieces look super cute as street wear. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. The store is neat, clean, and well merchandised. I shop here regularly and have always had a good experience.

This lululemon location is a bit larger than others that I have been in– and the first one I have made a purchase in! It is uncluttered and relaxing. The fitting rooms are small, but clean and have great lighting (marketing tactic?!). I find some of the merchandise to be organized illogically and would roam in circles looking for a specific item if it weren’t for the helpful staff members. They’re all extremely nice and helpful, but are SO ‘chill’, that they seem like they just woke up from a nap. I don’t think this place would hire me since I talk fast and am fairly anxious a lot of the time haha!
The Tyson’s lululemon has a lot of items that are out of stock online (score!). The merchandise is expensive, but, as other reviewers have said, you get what you pay for. You also get a recycled tote when you make a purchase. Fun.

Yes, I know Lululemon is on the more expensive range of workout clothes and the CEO is a pompous idiot… but I’m addicted to this store.
I used to be so envious of the yoginis in my bikram yoga class draped in head to toe Lululemon and couldn’t find myself to pull the trigger because I didn’t understand what the hype was about. BUT, this past birthday, I received a gift card and I literally went to town. Once I stepped into bikram class with my new gear, I understood why yoginis love it. Their clothing was breathable, stretchy, comfortable and had great support!
I’ve always had good experiences at this location with friendly, helpful sales associates. My sizes are always in stock and when I ever needed an exchange, it’s always a swift experience here.

Friendly, helpful people here. I walked in looking for a couple things that I’d scoped out online already. Immediately I was greeted and offered help, which I declined since I knew what I was looking for. Still, it was nice… I didn’t feel like an outsider despite being a guy in a store that sells about 90% women’s stuff. I got a fitting room without incident and tried on my pants, which fit great. I then walked up to pay and noticed they had some very nice yoga mats which were also less expensive (and trust me, that’s a rare thing here) than the one I’d planned to buy online. I had the saleswoman explain the different types of mats to me, and picked one out and bought it!
All in all, I like lululemon’s stuff… but goodness is it expensive. I paid a tad over $ 200 for one pair of pants, a yoga mat, and a pair of under armour type shorts. You get the whole boutique shopping experience for that money, and the products are generally of high quality… just don’t expect it to come cheaply.

I like it because I can just drop by here during lunch or after work if I need something for the gym or my bike. They also can have some good sales.

Just made a holiday return here and could not believe how rude the staff was. Made me miss my Durham southpoint men and women. Would have rather shopped online!

Overall: It’s expensive and the CEO sure does love to put his foot in his mouth… but i love it. Please don’t hate me!
The service and size of this store is good all around. I was able to get some help finding sizing for myself and suggestions for a gift for my mom as well.
It’s great quality clothing that looks great on pretty much anyone.

I had the worst experience ever! There was four associates on the floor along with the manager and not one person greeted me! I was shocked! I walked around a few times in the store made eye contact with the manager and NEVER was asked if I needed help. These girls were very unprofessional. One girl seemed so involved with her folding the entire time! Then she walked right by me as I went to the dressing room and didn’t even ask if I needed a room. While I did buy some yoga pants (only cause I really wanted them) I will take my business to another store.
I was also thinking about working seasonal just to get a discount but after seeing who I would work for, that’s NOT gonna happen!

If you want your expensive yoga and exercise wear, this is the place to put down your dollars. I like some of their workout stuff, but really dislike their sports bras! I just don’t feel like dishing out upwards of $ 40 for something that seems like it was made for $ 5. I do like their other cute post-​workout/​lounging clothing, though.
I’ve moved onto more affordable places like Road Runner Sports for my quality running gear. For yoga (I mostly practice Bikram), I like shopping at my local studio.

Super quality workout clothes with cute fabrics. I like the way the stoe is set up. All the bottoms are in order from the the tightest to loosest fit and are organized in cubbies based on size. Yes, they are super pricey but you pay for what you get.

I’ve shopped here twice and have always been greeted by what seems like genuinely happy sales associates. It’s quite nice to enter a store where the staff always seems to be in good spirits. The fact that they are helpful and friendly without being pushy is also a plus.
The product speaks for itself… LOVE!
