Sorry Elevation Burger this location needs help! The bathroom wasn’t clean, the floor in the dining area sticky and the napkins and utensils holder needed to be refilled. Also, the burger and fresh fries I had were so greasy and the lettuce and tomato so old, I was burping half the night. Truly disappointed I am with this location’s poor quality of food and low level of customer service, come back here I don’t think I will sorry.

The burgers are pretty good and all the toppings taste fresh. The service was ZEROSTARS this evening. This location closes at nine P.M. My son went in at 8:45 and placed an order for one burger and two orders of fries. He was told they were out of fries. He stepped next door To get a burrito at Chipotle(no line) tried to get in to pick up the burger at 8:50 only to Find the door bolted. He kept knocking until a guy eating his dinner got up and let him to pick up a ready and PAID u for. I went to try To get more mayo and mustard(I had asked for extra) When they let me in I asked why we were told they were Out of fries. They offered me some that were still in the fry basket but said there were only a few left. Then another employee that was part of the conversation turned and handed them to a guy sitting seemingly just sitting, waiting And a few minutes later I saw them all leave together. Ok I get it that you wanted to leave early.

Terrible. Avoid at all costs. They stopped accepting the loyalty cards even though there is no expiration date on the card.

Something has gone wrong nearly every time I’ve visited this particular location. Usually that something is nothing more than a long wait(20 minutes for a couple burgers, seriously?) but my experience last night is enough to keep me from coming back. My boyfriend and I ordered 2 sandwiches(a veggie burger for him and a chicken sandwich for me) and some cheese fries. At the time of ordering we were the only people in the place so we were hoping our usual 20 minute wait would be significantly shorter. After about 15 minutes of waiting we were informed that they«flipped» our food and were remaking it. The person informing us simply made a turning-over gesture with their hands so I assume that means they dropped our food or something. People who came in after us started getting their food as we continued to wait another 15 minutes for our order. When we finally got our food, they had completely switched the toppings, so my chicken sandwich had the toppings that my boyfriend ordered and vice versa. We were so hungry at this point that my boyfriend was willing to just switch the buns/toppings even though they were exposed to the meat on my sandwich(he is vegetarian), but as we tried switching everything, the buns were already so soggy from sauces/juices that everything was just falling apart in our hands. At this point we were so frustrated that we informed the 3 employees that made it(that’s right, 3 people prepared our order and still managed to mess up 2 sandwiches) that they switched our toppings and that we wanted a refund so we could go somewhere else. To our astonishment they didn’t even act surprised that they got it switched, almost as if while making it they thought, «Well we have a 50⁄50 chance of getting it right, so rather than look at the order or take 15 seconds to double check with the customers, let’s just take a wild guess!» They also immediately started placing blame on one guy who just laughed it off. They never once apologized for screwing up our food so royally. Luckily they were very fast about getting our refund(almost as if they had done it many times before, hmmm…) and we were out the door. It’s a shame that the service is so abysmal because we really like their food, although the fries are usually VERY salty. We’ll be going to Shake Shack or BGR from now on.

It’s 58 degrees in the dining area and when I mentioned that to the staff they said they were warm by the grill. They had computer issues so couldn’t take credit cards and the soda machine wasn’t working. Not a good birthday dinner for my son.

I would like to introduce myself as the burger guru, but I can’t… Because I’m not. Although, I am a big fan of burgers. I stopped by this joint a few days ago with my friend. It was fairly empty considering it was lunch time. The place was clean and the staff were nice. The menu wasn’t too overwhelming and the restaurant’s air was filled with the smell of butter and meat. First things first(quoting Iggy), the fries were delicious but a tad too salty. I couldn’t tell whether it was an older batch therefore they were salty or this place just has a lot of salt. Then came my love, a cheeseburger with the original toppings and mushrooms. It was odd, my patties were warm but none of the toppings were??? My mushrooms were cold, the pickles weren’t the usual small slices but in halves and I’m still very concerned about the cold mushrooms. The mixture of it all didn’t go well together. Like really? A half cold, half warm burger? DISGUSTING. The patties overall weren’t that bad but I couldn’t finish the whole thing. The taste of it became boring after a few bites. I also saw a man eating a burger with a fork and knife… that ain’t right. But I guess a mans gotta do what a mans gotta do. All in all, I’ll stop by five guys the next time I want a good burger.

Elevation burger is a good, clean place to eat and is a little healthier than most fast food burger joints. Their claim to fame is that everything is organic. I ordered the elevation burger, added cheese and bacon. I would recommend adding toppings such as the elevation sauce. The meat is slightly dry, so the toppings will help. The fancy fry is a fry with cheese on top and then you can add whatever toppings you’d like. I added caramelized onions and elevation sauce and it was the equivalent of the west coast burger joint in n outs animal style fries. Very tasty indeed. They offer chicken options and several other healthy sides but also have shakes available for the sugar lovers. Overall it’s a decent fast food place that costs a little extra because it is organic.

Yeah, I’ve definitely experienced better. Now, I don’t eat beef, so that wipes out like half the menu for me. However, I came here because I was excited to see their chicken and vegetarian options. I got the grilled chicken sandwich with various toppings. It was made pretty well and tasted good, but it was TINY. Everyone I know can attest to my small appetite, but even this sandwich was laughable. I’m not sure if it’s their way of saying«hey, you also need to get a side» but the sides weren’t interesting at all. After finishing my meal, I ended up eating numerous sushi rolls(weird food combo, I know, but it hit the spot). As far as the service goes, my experience was fine. I didn’t face any issues or anything similar to what previous reviewers have seen. Bottom line: if you’re looking for a satisfying meal, I wouldn’t suggest going here. If you’re craving burgers, there are better options out there.

My wife and I had a burger here around 8:12pm. The burger was tasty, however was assembled incorrectly and was missing the lettuce as ordered but also included caramelized onions which we did not order. Both slices of cheese were placed on top of the patty. The fries, well we must have gotten the end pieces, as they were mostly burned with a few actual finger length fries. When we called the manager over to let her know, she shrugged it off as thats the way the fries are. Also instead of replacing the incorrectly made burgers, she brought us a side of lettuce, lol. This location needs a serious staff overhaul. Poor service. Will not eat here again.

I love the burgers. Best burgers out there. But this service wasn’t great at all They shut down at 8:50 on a Friday night. It wasn’t even at 9pm. Disappointing for us Muslim folks who want to break fast at 840.

Don’t get me wrong, Elevation Burger has some amazingly good food, but the service at this location needs a major overhaul. The employees were friendly & courteous and seemed to be trying their best to control the backup of orders, but there is no justification for a single order to take over 25+ minutes to make. If you’re on a time crunch, do not bother eating here.

It’s unfortunate that I have to give it a one star for thier poor poor service! ive been at their location twice and both times ended up having a bad experience! First time they completely messed up my order twice and to make it worse i caught him red handed putting beef patty in a lettuce wrap from a bun with his bare hands!!! second time the woman taking my order was plain Rude and gave me so much attitude. she typed my name as «FF» on the receipt and made it to go. when I clearly stated that it was for here?!! I’m incredibly upset by their continuous poor management and lack of professional behavior. I hope this review will help them fix this problem and hire people who understand customer service and can run a place properly.

It’s been a while since I’ve been in any Elevation Burger restaurant, I am more familiar with the Fair Oaks mall location and the Park Potomac location off I-270. I guess since there aren’t that many locations around, and they market their burgers as 100% organic, grass-fed, free range burgers with fried cooked in heart-healthy BERTOLLI® olive oil(not just any olive oil but BERTOLLI®), I expected lines outside the door as I would see at a typical Chipotle or copycat restaurant, especially in Tyson’s Corner. That was not the case, at least not today. I came here with the intent of buying an Elevation double meat burger and getting the last punch I needed to redeem a free burger on my next visit. Things did not work out quite the way I expected it to. The cashier, who had kind of an aggressive tone, said they no longer did the punch card program, but would honor the card I already had, which would be good for a kid’s burger(one patty) or the veggie burger. I have nothing against veggie burgers, but I prefer burgers made of beef. I was disappointed that they discontinued the Club 7 card promotion, but the funny thing is, the kids burger was enough to fill me up! It was indeed just like the Elevation Burger minus one patty. I got mine with tomatoes, cheddar cheese, onions, and extra pickles. Plus I got an order of shoestring fries, which tasted much better than what I typically get at a burger joint. I don’t remember the burger having that much flavor, but it was juicy, and I gobbled it down before I reached the entrance ramp to I-495. I’ve read a lot of comparisons on here to In and Out burger on the West Coast. I’ve been to California three times and Seattle once, but I never had a chance to eat at In and Out. I checked Google and read the Wikipedia write up on Elevation Burger, and it appears the founder of Elevation certainly intended for the burgers to have a West Coast feel to it, but I see the restaurant website and locations have an Alpine theme. So I guess the good thing is I saved $ 5.75 on a double patty burger when the single patty filled me up just right.

Really good burger, not too sloppy and not too dry. Not a great location, by the loading docks at the Tysons Mall. Totally empty at 6pm on a Tuesday. But they made it fast, used good quality meat, and cooked it right.

So I went in to his Elevation Burger with the hopes that it would meet the high expectations that the last Elevation Burger set several years ago. I remembered juicy, mouth watering patties with heaping toppings of jalapeños, onions, you name it. Unfortunately this Elevation Burger doesn’t hit the mark. Maybe it’s because the burger game has become even more competitive since the last time I went to an Elevation Burger. Maybe I came on a bad day. But what I do know is that there are much better burger options in the area. Plus not for nothing, but charging an extra 60 cents for a slice of cheese(there are no cheeseburgers) seems like nickel and diming your customers after since we already pay a decent amount of money for the food.

I’ve heard so many good and bad things about this place, i finally gave it a go and honestly is was pretty good. I was happy with my elevation burger, the place was empty when I walked in and one of the employees approached me to explain how the ordering process go. I liked the service and the burger, maybe they were on top of their game because it was slow and I was the only customer but however it happened they were on point!

So, so, so good. I had a cheeseburger with lots of toppings, and loved every bite. The restaurant is a little awkward to access; you have to go outside and around the back of the mall to find it, but it’s worth the trip!

We went here because chipotle was so busy that we were too hungry to wait for chipotle. Anyways, this is outside of Tysons mall next to Chipotle. There wasn’t a line so we went up and ordered food around 12:30. The place was very clean and tidy when we walked in. I got the elevation burger(2 patties) with mushrooms, cheese, and pickles with fries and a drink. Make sure to take a rewards card because for every patty you get, you get a stamp and you get a free kids burger or something if you fill out all of them. Anyways, the burger was very good. It was cooked all the way through(yay) and it was still juice and not dry. The fries are cooked in olive oil. Although, it still felt unhealthy, I knew it was little bit more healthy than going to McDs. Overall good place to eat. Don’t get the cookies since they look like a baby cookie. Also they have an electronic coke machine so you can get weird soda like lime ginger ale… ewww. Ahha.

Two stars for an honest approach to offering organic, responsibly-raised beef and truly vegetarian and vegan burger options, plus very friendly and efficient customer service. To me, this place is «all show and no go.» They lured a hippie at heart like me in with their promises of earth-conscious this and grass-fed that, but I really was put off by the end quality in terms of taste, size, and presentation of their food. I ordered the Kid’s Cheeseburger, which is the only way to get a single patty. Hubby ordered the standard Elevation Burger, which is equipped with two patties. I loaded up my burger with caramelized onions, lettuce, tomato, Elevation sauce, and jalapeños. In trying to be a little healthier, I opted for a side salad. They should call the side salad the sad salad. It’s $ 2.99 for a small box of wilted romaine lettuce and one mealy tomato slice, and a cup of dressing that doesn’t appear to made in-house. The salad could«elevate» their whole healthy attempt, but not in it’s current format. My burger arrived and I dug in. The salad didn’t satiate my hunger at all. Sadly, the soggy bun pretty much disintegrated into the paper wrapper and left a big mess, and the onions and cheese were one nasty, super salty mess. I tried to pick at the burger party to get some nutritive value, but it stark contrast to the bun, the party was crumbly and dry. I might also add that Elevation can only be accessed from outside of Tyson’s Mall, and the seating area is pretty cramped, but now I’m just complaining because I’m sour about spending nearly $ 20 for soggy, flat burgers and an iceberg lettuce salad.
