I recently had an issue with a return gone bad (Via UPS). Ms. Cannon took the time to help me resolve the problem and followed thru on her promise to me. I am still not sure who is at vault, but Champs Sports resolved my issue. I am a customer for over 20 years and because of the attention Champs Sports paid to my issue I will be a customer for another 20.

The staff was quite helpful but the shoe selection is not the greatest. The overall experience was ok but this is not a store that I expect to frequent.
