Excellent services and fast. They replaced my chimney wood with Hardiplank and also expanded the soffits for better air flow. Felt they did a very good job for a reasonable price.

Terrible service. After a quick response to my call I expected good things. They were out that day to provide quotes on a total fence replacement and residing of my house.
They promised a quote the next day on the fence. After a week I emailed them and got the response «we aren’t doing fence work». No apology. Apparently they just decided I wasn’t worth following up with.
After another week I emailed the owner, Ward, about the siding estimate. He promised he’d have it in a few days. He finally sent it over, I agreed, and we decided to move forward.
After a month of no contact (I know they were busy) I emailed for an update and he said «sorry, we can’t do your job». Again, apparently didn’t think it was worth letting me know. I had $ 20,000 waiting to give these guys and they couldn’t even give me a courtesy phone call.
I see the other good reviews so maybe their work is good but their «head salesman» is a lair and Ward is completely unreliable when busy. I would recommend avoiding them.

We have been using their services for many years. They are my first choice for home repairs beyond my skill level. Especially if it means getting above the first floor outside or the roof. Window cleaning, sun shade screening, fence repairs, minor plumbing, tile flooring and attic insulation are many things they have done over the years. Most recent was repairs following a hail storm. They did the finish work by painting the entire house and fixing broken window frames and screens. If they can’t do it Kangaroo can provide an excellent referral.

I had a critter hole in my roof and called Kargaroo to take care of it. They got it done quickly and efficiently!

We hired Kangaroo Contractors to add insulation in our attic and add soffit vents along the outside of the house. Our insulation was woefully lacking, and KC brought us up to R50 after adding more than 14″ of insulation. We are amazed at the immediate difference in how often (or how rarely) the heating unit kicks on now. It’s literally running half of what it used to. We had several spots in the house where there was a noticeable temperature difference and now the house is evenly heated. Another surprise for us was the dampening affect the insulation had on outside noise — traffic, wind, etc. The house is *quiet*. Ward and his crew had the job knocked out in a matter of hours, were a pleasure to deal with and we would recommend to anyone. They were very careful to lay down cloths between the front door and the attic stairs and left absolutely zero mess behind. Great job!
