Four Corners Inspections

We are going through the home buying process right now, and we had Bryan come out to do the inspection.
I was blown away at the level of meticulousness. No joke, Bryan could find a needle in a haystack. He got to the house early and went through EVERYTHING. As he walked us through and around the house, he pointed out and explained all of his findings. He never rushed us. He answered all my questions no matter how stupid they were.
Rarely am I truly impressed by a service. His inspection saved me thousands in the long run, and I wish I could give him more than 5 stars.

I had e-​mailed several home inspectors to see if there was any availability within a week in order to meet our contract period for our new home. Bryan was able to squeeze us in his schedule and was great about communicating with us via phone and e-​mail. He also worked with my realtor and gave her the information needed to negotiate with the sellers on fixing some of the deficiencies in the home. Bryan went to the house and inspected for about 3 – 4 hours before we met him up and he walked us through everything he found (even a crack in the tile on the kitchen floor). He also did a termite inspection and luckily found no issues with that but it’s definitely a peace of mind. In addition, Bryan took pictures and documented everything so that we would have access to the information even after the inspection. Now that we were able to negotiate with the sellers on what to fix, we will know what other minor issues to tend to. Bryan’s home and termite inspection were very reasonably priced!

Four Corners Inspections did a great job finding lots of little items wrong with my half-​way built new home in Frisco. The home builder, a reputable one at that, told me it wasn’t necessary to hire my own inspector, as the city would would be doing its own inspections.
As Bryan told me, «of course they don’t want you hiring a home inspector.» Sure enough, Bryan found lots of deficiencies– none significant, fortunately– in the builder’s work. Bryan also educated me on new home builds, «A house is only as good as the actual guys building it.» I learned a lot after he was done, as he walked through the entire house with me, showing all of his discoveries. He photographs with his digital camera every single discrepancy, and those pics end up in his final report (which he emailed me that same evening).
You won’t be disappointed hiring Bryan. Google his business; all of the 5-​star reviews on Google are spot on. Hiring him was the best thing I did in the building of my new home.
