Azalea realty was the selling agent in our recent home purchase, and they went the extra mile to close the deal for us. Kept all deadlines with their client to help get the deal to the table and worked with everyone involved, from home inspectors to pest people to sub contractors. Always working with my agent to insure their client met all time contingencies in order to close on time.
They worked with my mortgage broker as well making sure everything he needed in order to close the deal was delivered to him in a timely fashion. All of this was done through the holidays as well, and never was closing on our home put on the back burner.
