Wait time maybe on the slower side at certain times of the day. Their staff are very personable and management staff are incredible. They take time to get acquainted with regular customers (even regulars customers in the drive thru, too). Customer service is important with this crew!

Waited 11 minutes in drive thru for them to tell me they ran out of wraps :(
There’s no room for me to just get out of line since it’s a double drive thru that merges into one. I didn’t really want anything but ended up getting a kids meal. It took over 15 mins to get my food. The other Chick Fil A is much more efficient and quick. Even though there’s two lanes to order, the drive thru cannot keep up. I didn’t go inside because I have an infant and I hardly get fast food unless there’s a drive thru now!
The food tasted like Chick Fil A– just want I expected, which is great! They got my order right and gave me more sauce than what I needed. I was just really bummed they ran out of wraps at 3pm on a Thursday. And that I waited 11 mins for them to tell me that. Womp womp.

Drive through can be very long. A little bummed that I was told to go back through the very long drive through to correct my order that was delivered wrong

These people are so nice and they keep their restaurant very clean. This is impressive when you consider that there usually a line wrapping around the building. They always cook the food fresh, they are very fast, and the manager is always walking around talking to the customers :)

I adore this location because it’s managers and staff are amazing. The food is always hot and fresh and they go above and beyond to accommodate your needs.
Yes, the drive thru sucks, but moves quickly. My biggest issue is the lack of parking and the way congestion forms here; it makes it hard to be «in and out» but I honestly don’t care because this location is THAT good.
Love the new superfood salad too.

Consistent in all aspects: food, accuracy, customer service and cleanliness. I’ve only experienced the drive-​thru so this review is for that.
Always cheerful employees, always smiling and always friendly. I’ve never had my order incorrect and it’s always been fresh at an appropriate temperature.
Don’t come here if you expect variety, because this is a very specific restaurant: fried chicken. They have a couple of grilled chicken options, but the focus is fried chicken on a bun (or in nugget form). Keep that in mind.
It’s always clean and well-​maintained. The line is usually fast-​moving and they keep it moving.

3 out of the 4 times I have been to this location they have left out food that I had ordered and paid for, very disappointed and will not be returning. I usually check my bag to make sure my items are accounted for, but today the employee who handed me my bag was rushing me and too busy talking to another employee to make sure I had all that I ordered.

The managers are so nice here. Always friendly and welcoming. The place is always packed but the wait is never too bad. The food is delicious too!

The food is good but they are slow as hell. They need to hire someone from McDonald’s to teach them how to give orders to customers in a timely fashion. I was in there once placed order with the cashier she took my money and just kind of stood there. And nobody was going to get my food very frustrating. They spent money redoing the drive-​through lanes when it was a waste of time the food is still slow as hell which is pretty sad to say it it’s already premade

Amazing food, amazing service. People that care. This place never lets me down. The managers are just so nice. Their happiness leaves a great influence on my day.

Polite employees. Clean store. Fresh fast food. Pretty much what you expect at a Chick-​fil-​A. As long as you don’t need to go west after leaving this location you are fine. The only light out of this plaza grid-​locks (the entire parking lot) worse than any you will find.

This is a really good location. They get my orders correct every time. The only problem I have with them is that the food is always cold when I get it.

Great customer service! I just stopped by to let my kids burn some energy in the play place on a rainy day. One of their employees, Larry, offered me a complimentary beverage and said «we take care of our moms here!» He also walked us to our car with an umbrella as it was pouring out! We’re definitely regulars now.

Not only does this location have the best service of any fast food restaurant I’ve been to, it has the best service of any restaurant I’ve been to. By that, I mean, it’s bloody consistent. Service most places seems to be getting worse, but gosh, they keep on their toes here.
The Chic fil-​a sandwich, and breakfast biscuit are incredible. I could eat them all day every day. Not sure what the seasoning is on the chicken, but it’s ridiculously good.

This place just reopened after a remodel and food is excellent where fast food is concerned. The only thing keeping me from giving them 5 stars is the lengthy amount of time I spent in the drive thru. Bet I sat in line 10 min before I even placed my order. Fortunately I was not in a hurry. My whole house loves Chick-​Fil-​A and we are so happy to finally have this location back open! Best fast food chicken sandwich hands down. Great sweet tea too.

Went for lunch had the grilled chicken wrap. It was very good. The line was very long but it didn’t take any time at all to get through it. Customer service was great and the place was very clean.

This store is CLOSED for remodeling until Sept 22! Unbelievable and so disappointed as this is our regular Saturday morning breakfast place! And the one in Allen on Stacy charges more for simple substitutions. So sad right now. Can’t believe they couldn’t keep the drive thru open. Six weeks seems like an extremely long time for a current-​store remodel!

Lemonade! Love it! Perfect combination of tart and sweet. Sweet tea is awesome too.
The #1 is always a good bet. Fried chicken on a toasted bun with just a couple of pickles. The teenage son likes it because it has no veggies/​condiments and he always takes the pickles off… he’s so plain! The teenage daughter loves it but would rather have a salad… she’s our vegetable eater.
The hubs usually gets the grilled chicken sandwich and enjoys that one quite a bit.
We all L-​O-​V-​E the waffle fries and just can’t get enough of them.
Whatever you order, don’t forget the Chick-​fil-​a sauce… it’s amazing and you’ll wonder how you ever lived without it! No joke!
There always seems to be a line at this CFA but I don’t think it’s EVER taken more than 7 minutes from getting in line to ordering to driving off with FRESH, hot food.
This is one of the best CFAs I’ve been to and I’ve been to A LOT of them.
They also hold up my Christian beliefs and don’t back down so I will continue to patronize them on that basis alone… it’s a bonus that they are SO AWESOME!

The drive thru line is sick… even with two lanes. But, my strips were hot, my order correct, and he gave me just the right amount of sauce (friendly fellow too). I’ve not dined or ventured inside this location but it was just as packed as the drive thru line. A glance through the window showed smiling faces munching away on waffle fries, along with the usual crowd of kiddos. I will return.
Cons to CFA: the prices are above average for fast food, and they don’t serve breakfast all day — with a limited product menu (chicken), they would probably score even more business if they served chicken biscuits all day.
