Starbucks

Locked myself out of the car in this shopping complex in the pouring rain at 38 weeks pregnant and came to Starbucks to stay warm and dry. The sweet ladies working here were helpful and kind and one purchased my drink for me. These employees are kind and generous and I would recommend them over any other coffee shop I’ve ever been to. Thank you for your kindness!

What a great Starbucks! So fast and efficient, even during the morning rush! I pass by A LOT of Starbucks on my way to work but this one is perfect! Plus there’s no drive through, which would be a negative for some people but I love it!

This is my first visit to this particular store in over a year. There was a new Barista being trained and he is going to be quite good. Today appears to be his day 1 or 2 but the team appears to be working well together. Received smiles and a welcome when I entered. This was a pretty busy store at 4:30 pm.
Quality of Coffee was solid and made properly by the trainee. He also rang up my refill.
Only issue would be the bathroom required attention and the cooler /​sandwich bin could use a little TLC.
This is one of the older style stores and the furnishings are a bit worn. This will be a stunning place after it receives the updates we have seen at other stores.

This location is fairly convenient to get to as it is right in the middle of the shopping center in McKinney. However, even though it is still a corner location, they do not have a drive thru. Very weird for Starbucks for sure. So if you are in a hurry, stop at the Starbucks near Eldorado road. Over all great service and tasty drinks.

This place is by far the best Starbucks I have been to. All the employees know my name and my drink order. I get my coffee really fast with little to no wait. They even took the time to remember what I always want to order. Very clean location as well. I enjoy stopping here on my way to work everyday.

Usually not much point in reviewing chains the size of Starbucks, you know what your getting. This location has exceptional service and the staff is extremely friendly and I am always impressed how they remember the names and drinks of their many customers.
The new Flat White is a great drink!

This Starbucks is horrible. I don’t know why I keep going to this one but it’s close by my home. I order the Chai Tea Latte and it is watered down chai. It is very disappointing.

It’s not where I like to stop at. But I need a coffee early sun morning and they were open. Service was good and place is clean. I had a pike coffee and it’s was good. What you see there is what you get. Big chain coffee shop.

I don’t typically review chains, especially national «everyone knows what to expect» chains, but with this location being my «home» location, I had to give them some love. The baristas at this location are always so nice and friendly. There are plenty of tables and outlets for those bringing a laptop. There are 6 comfy leather sofas, and it’s roomy!

It’s a Starbucks. Not my thing, but I agreed to meet someone here to sell something that I had listed on CL. Service was quick and friendly, prices are high… That qualifies as A-​OK in my book.

This Starbuck’s location does not have an oven, so they only serve food that does not require heating. (One star deduction)
My drink was made perfect to my order, and seating was available to sit and enjoy the a/​c and iced coffee creation.

The staff here always remembered my mother and I. They even remembered our orders! I miss living in Texas. I just wish this was drive through so I could stop when I’m in a hurry!

Great service. Morning staff is always on top of it. They remember all their regulars drinks.

Ehhhhh. Maybe I caught them on an off day but this is probably the worst customer service I’ve received since I moved to McKinney. Everyone seemed so angry and irritated. I was trying to pay with cash at the register and when I asked her how much it was and didn’t have the cash immediately ready, the cashier pointed to the girl behind me and had her pay. I had to step to the side and get the money together and then wait until the cashier was willing to take my payment.
That already had me in a sour mood, and then I tried their coffee and it didn’t seem to be made right. Maybe they were rushed (it was crowded) and didn’t put in enough syrup, but my caramel latte didn’t seem to have any caramel in it.
Dissapointed, and for that I’ll probably just go to the Starbucks inside the Target across 380.

Gave their new drinks a try, pretty good.
