I don’t know what’s the big deal about this restaurant. I mean they make chicken tenders or fingers. Yeah, chicken fingers! No big deal really! Okay the chicken fingers are good but can you like add something else on the menu!!! You know so u can come back in 2 – 3 weeks instead if 2 – 3 months like I do now! And I hate thier fries! I like regular simple regular French fries! The sauce is OK and make the chicken taste a little better. The pricrd, however, are out of whack! I think it’s a little bit high for chicken fingers you know !! It doesn’t really matter. It’s not like we eat here week. anyway, the staff is nice wad pleasant. Especially sandy she was extra cheerful. And that, s why I am giving the restaurant three stars instead of two stars. So we will back in august or September to get more chicken fingers !!! Lol

So overrated! The cicken is just ok… on the chewy side and not the best batter. The sauce is very meh but tangy. Honey mustard would be way better. The fries are soggy, limp, short pieces, and cold. Even the cole slaw isn’t very good and you don’t get much. The lemonade was great though! Canes needs to make their food better. It’s even overpriced. $ 12 for the 6 piece boxed combo meal?! I know you get a big drink, but still. I should’ve just eaten at a restaurant!

The food is good, and the serving sizes are decent for the price. The big issues are the wait(long), seating and parking(limited) and the entry/exit into the parking lot(a pain in the a$$).

They do a good job in this raising canes. It is clean and consistent. We have never had any issues. We go pretty frequently and it is a good place to take the family. You can add extra strips to the meals and make it affordable solution to taking the family out.

Consistent fast and friendly service. I like their sweet tea, pink dipping sauce, and coleslaw. It’s better than the normal fast food restaurant.

Ordered a Box Combo and received a used piece of chewing gum nestled in with my chicken fingers. Was this supposed to be my after-dinner mint? I’ve never been more shocked, which is why I didn’t get a photo before I took it back to the counter. However, the response I received shocked me even more. Not an «I’m sorry,» «Let me give you a refund,» «Kiss my A$$,» nothing. They remade the combo, but told me that it was a «fry». I’m pretty sure I know the consistency of chewing gum compared to that of a French fry, but thanks for playing kid. Not surprisingly, I’m turned off of Cane’s for quite a while.

We had never been here and we had been wanting to try it out. The chicken fingers were really good! Whatever that sauce they give is really good too! Staff was friendly and food was ready hot and fast. Good job! Highly recommend it!

Love their short menu… Four choices and quick service. The chicken fingers and sauce(one choice) are great. My brother likes only BBQ sauce so he brings his own!

It’s just chicken. Relax folks. It’s all clear in my posts. SERVICE wins the day. Not here. Won’t be back :-)

This place is so overrated. The reason they promote the sauce so much is because the chicken sucks. Try eating the chicken by itself it’s dry and flavorless. They claim to marinate the chicken for long time but I question that I think they are lying.

I went to Raising Cane in McKinney and for a fast food type restaurant, the food was quite good. The chicken fingers were fried to perfection and was a good size portion(I had the box combo which came with four chicken fingers, fries, coleslaw and toasted bread and drink). I got all of this for under $ 8.00. So if you are ever in McKinney and looking for something cheap, quick and good stop by. Also the service was good and the bathroom clean.

The chicken is very good. The sauce is good, but they barely give you enough for one strip, if that. The slaw is decent, but hey, it’s just slaw. The toast was toast before it sat in a steamer for who knows how long. Now it’s just soggy floppy bread with old and cold brown crust. The fries are even soggier and limper, but there’s nothing brown about them. They should have stayed in the oil at least another minute, and the oil should have been at least 10 degrees hotter. Ketchup and salt would have helped a little, but I’ll never know. Apparently you have to ask for those. There’s not much better chicken, but there are much better chicken places. I’ll go to one of those next time.

My husband and I love this place, we drive from Austin to Tulsa and this is always the perfect place to stop and grab a bite. The chicken is always so fresh, tea is sweet, and sauce is fantastic!

I always enjoy coming to this Cane’s. The people are always nice and the food is consistently good. I usually swing by on my lunch break and grab a combo box to go and am always happy with that. The strips are moist and tender, and the sauce is yummy.

Their fingers are really good and they taste homemade. I have never had an issue with food at any of their locations. The menu is simple and that helps keep them consistent. I cannot comment much on service, because they take your order and not much more. This review is for a specific negative experience I had recently at the McKinney location. I ordered a combo which includes a drink. The employee filled my cup too much and caused it to overflow. She gave me some napkins to clean up the mess, but refused to take the wet napkins back. You made the mess. If you cannot accept trash from a drive thru customer, then do not serve me a mess. The employee should have served me a fresh clean glass. I did not want to bother over a small mess, but next time I will ask for a clean glass. Maybe I should ask for a refund on a interior cleaning? I will try to avoid the McKinney location from now on.

I have tried Cane’s twice now and I really don’t like their chicken. They use some kind if weird marinade before they bread their chicken and I just don’t like the flavor. I also don’t like their fries. Very bland. The also don’t have ranch… what kind is chicken place doesn’t have ranch as an option. I know some people love this place but I just don’t. I would rather eat Chick-fila.

I still love Raising Cane’s! Went to this one again this afternoon and had yet another awesome experience. They can always be counted on to serve consistently good food with great service. Brought the dog this time and he got some treats… happy camper! Can’t wait for the next trip back…

I hope my husband is ok with having a 400lb wife. I like chicken strips as much as the next person but these are so damn good! They’re sauce is addictive. I swear they put crack in it. The best sweet tea I’ve had in a long time. Great service, clean restaurant. My only suggestion would be thicker napkins, or wet naps.

380 and 75 is the chicken lovers jackpot. Chick fil a and Raising Canes are across the highway from each other! Their menu is about the same premiss as In and Out burger. They serve one thing and serve it well. The chicken strips are perfectly golden fried and served with a heavenly dipping sauce(reminds me of comeback sauce). Your sides are texas toast, fries, or slaw. They do have a chicken strip sandwich that is tasty. If you don’t like chicken strips then this is not the place for you. If you have a pooch bring them along in the drive thru, they pass out dog biscuits to your four legged friend. The restaurant is named after the owner’s canine.
