Buffalo Wild Wings

The wings are as good as to be expected, with a good variety of sauces and serving sizes. That was the good part. The bartender and drink service was atrocious. They made drinks incorrectly twice, and the ‘correct’ ones were not much better. The description of the food and our order was ambiguous; I got boneless wings unexpectedly… was expecting traditional ones. Our soft drinks were forgotten also. All in all, if you want a wing and a beer, it’s ok… anything more than that, pass. It didn’t help that all the bartenders looked like they were 12, and completely inexperienced.

I loved this place and will go back.

I went here on Saturday night to watch a football game and was impressed by the service and the food. Wait staff was very attentive and accommodating. The food came out very quickly and tasted great.

I don’t know what everyone say about this place but it was great! Wings were the best, Nacho is better then other places I ate at. Burgers were juicy. My favorite was the onion rings. The service was awesome and they had tablets with free games and poker where you can compete with others. The waitress would always check up on us to see if we needed anything and was the food ok. One waitress was pregnant but was so hard working.

I was so excited a couple years ago when this place was opening up near me. What more could you ask for with lots of TVs, wings, and lots of beer?
Where to start? I guess with the wings since its in the name of restaurant, they suck. The wings are so processed, all of the meat falls off the bone on the first bite. Let’s not forget there are 20 different flavors and of the 5 or 6 I tried, none of them are good. I would never even attempt to get something other then wings on the menu.
Next, the place brings out the worst people, WWF fans, UFC fanatics, and try-​hard bros. The place is always busy and never brings anything to the table, no matter the occasion.
The beer prices and specials have never grabbed my attention enough to even consider going here, even taking into account how few bars are in the area. I’m sorry b-​dub fans, but this place has all the right assets and don’t know how to use them.

Although the ambience is pretty entertaining with all the big screen TV’s and games, it doesn’t take away from the food being so mediocre and service beige down right awful. I don’t think I will ever come back!

Really horrible service. We walked in to a practically Empty establishment with a party of 5 and you would have thought it was everyone’s first day on the job. Everyone looked around all confused like they didn’t know how to seat people. It took way too long to be seated (almost every table was empty)
Every table had their own waiter which you think would be a good thing but it still took over half an hour to get our drinks. We left after our appetizer bc THE SERVICE WAS SO BAD. Wings are EXTREMELY OVERPRICED. I’ll never go back.

Lousy chain food. If you want a truly good wing go local. Don’t buy in to the shallow hype.

Eh. Nothing special about this place. Service was fine, but the place is as loud as a heavy metal rock concert and the servers literally had to yell to get our drink and food orders. As for the food, there’s a lot to be desired. Premade food straight from the freezer microwaved and sent out. They have a variety of sauces to choose from but expect hot sauce or salad dressing jazzed up. If your looking for a late night coming home from baseball practice place to go, this is it, but for a night out, your better off going to a Chinese restaurant instead. Probably won’t return.

I just left this establishment very agitated. We were asked to wait 5 – 10 minutes to be seated. Ok, I get it, a little busy, but yet no one was working hard. The staff was sitting around socializing with each other. Then when me and my wife were finally seated no one said a word to us or to our drink orders or anything for at least 15minutes. After waiting so long long we grabbed out coats and were getting up and a young waitress walked smelling strongly of marijuana and said «sorry I was in the bathroom» I didn’t make a scene or complain, I’ll save that for the next unhappy guest. We just walked out of there and went to red lobster!

Ok so I’m a big wing fanatic and honestly I would give a higher rating if it was only about the wings .!the wings are simple .no breading which I love. Putting breading on a wing is unnecessary and kind of gross. That’s my personal opinion because I hate breaded wings. But they are juicy and cooked perfectly. What I really love about eating wings here is they have some really great sauces. anything from sweet to super hot .my favorite is mango habanero and jammin jalapeño. The spicy garlic is really good too. The wedge fries are crispy but nothing special the burgers SUCK!!! it’s literally a thin frozen patty. the salads are mediocre. To sum it up the food is OK but the wings are really good hence their name. The service is awesome. they always check on you and never rush you :-)

Decided to stop here on the way home from the mall. We chose to sit at the high top tables at the bar. We were quickly greeted by a waitress named Emily. We were unsure of which blue moon to order so she helped us out and let us taste the blue moon IPA. We also were very undecided on what to order for dinner and which sauce to get. She quickly gave us some recommendations and let us try a few of the sauces which was so helpful! We really enjoyed our meal as well! Being someone who is a waitress I would highly recommend Emily to anyone!

We stopped in for appetizers and drinks and the food and the service were both good. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. However, we had three other employees stop at the table to ask us if everything was alright. Is this really necessary? Each time they interrupted our conversation.
Our main complaint is the restaurant itself. There was a strong musty odor that was very noticeable as soon as you opened the door. The strong smell was throughout the entire restaurant and made it difficult to enjoy the food. We have eaten in musty old restaurants before, but this Buffalo Wild Wings is only a couple years old. Also, the lighting in the ceiling is poor and the glare made it difficult to watch the televisions. It was like someone shining a flashlight in your eyes while you are trying to see.
We won’t be back.

The hot wings were pretty hot and tasty. Good service and a nice break from the AC Expressway traffic.

Worst wings ever. a friend once said they taste like butt.lol.ok. yea I will say really bad. but the huge tvs are great!

Service blows at this place… Servers have been drunk on occasion. I don’t see how they could remain open for more than another year. I would eat my own ass before I allowed myself to be served here again.

They have a standardized menu for all restaurants across the chain. They specialize in wings and the sauces, but they also have a lot of other options.
Typical sports bar. They have TVs everywhere with the games and ESPN on all the time.
The mozzarella sticks were amazing. I also ordered the fried pickles for an appetizer but the waitress forgot. My boyfriend had the chicken tenders (he is a picky eater) and I had the pulled pork. Because sauces are such a big deal, they ask what kind of sauce they want you to use.
Overall, pretty good. Definitely a sports bar. Some of the staff were amazing, but some others — like our waitress — were subpar.

Well, this is the first place to be blessed from a 1 star review from me.
I been here a couple times and both times, I had bad experiences. The wings hardly have any meat on them. I wonder what kind of chickens are being raised at where they get their wings from. The 2^nd time we went, there was a long entangled hair in my mom’s chicken. GROSS Deep fried hair.
Moreover, the service just sucks here. Unfortunately, the wait staff is hard to get a hold of, they don’t ask half way through your meal if everything is ok, they don’t check from a distance if I need a refill, and when they got my mom’s order wrong, the server was trying to make an excuse. When we asked for our check, it took 20+ minutes for the server to bring it to us, come back to us to pick up the c/​c then bring it back to us — on top of that, it wasn’t even busy during lunch time.
The training for the servers here is the worst I’ve ever seen from a chain restaurant. If they want to look «loose» or «laid back» that’s fine, but do the job right. If they want to give off that type of vibe and do their jobs right, maybe they should go get some customer service lessons from Hooters. It’s always a big turn off when a server makes a hundred excuses when they messed up on an order.

After a movie, lunch was in the mind, so went to Buffalo Wings as it was newly opened and give it a try and im not disappointed at all ! The place is huge ! Took a sit and ordered my meal accordingly and everything came on time, wings has choice of bone or boneless and it was tasty acceding to what sauce you want on it, i had BBQ Spicy. and woohoo it was spicy ! Beer was nice and has a WIDE choice ! Menu was not too big and food was tasty ! Will be back soon !!

I’m a BW3 fan so I’d like to qualify this review. Typically I’m a boneless wings fan but this time I decided to try something new. I asked our server his opinion on the jerk chicken sandwich and he stated that while he’d never tried it, he’d heard it was pretty good.
Despite my reservations, I decided to give it a shot. Sadly, I was left wishing that I’d followed my first mind. The sandwich was hot and fresh but there wasn’t anything jerk about it. They just dumped a mound of pepper on it and attempted to pass it off as «jerk.» Just awful… I tried to eat it but could only stomach half of it. Each time I took it a bite it was like swallowing a teaspoon of pepper.
I let my server know how it tasted because he’d mentioned that he was planning to try it for lunch. He then told his manager who came over to the table but it wasn’t removed from the bill.
Long story short, skip the jerk chicken sandwich and stick to the wings.
