I don’t usually eat here, my best friend and I love their molten cake so it’s always. A dessert stop for us. It’s big enough to share, and for $ 7 it’s super chocolaty.

Came on Veteran’s Day expecting it to be packed(bc they offer a free meal to military) and have slow service but was on a date with my son with nothing else to do so I was looking forward to the wait. However, I was pleasantly surprised how quickly we were both seated and served. Food was fresh and our waitress was nice and very attentive. We had 2 for $ 20 started with Texas cheese fries. Out entrees were honey Chipotle chicken finger and the classic bacon burger. We also had a coupon for a free desert so we ended with the molten lava cake. We could barely move but were very happy with our choice.

Had the bowl of chili. Uninspiring. Wasn’t even a full bowl! Nothing to get excited about here.

Before I even sat down the hostess had to use her bare hand to brush away crumbs that were all over my seat. As if that wasn’t bad enough I looked on the table and there was a long hair staring through my soul. We left and immediately took showers

Was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food and drinks at Chili’s. I think we were expecting yet another chain restaurant but found the food to be very good. For a drink: Got raspberry iced tea, definitely good, As an appetizer: I wound up getting the fried pickles, which were really good and would definitely recommend getting, if you are considering getting an appetizer. And as for dinner I got a half rack of ribs which comes with french fries. Came out fast and was hot when arrived at the Table. And for dessert had a peice of cheese cake that is a pretty nice size. The service was great always coming back to the table to see if there was anything I needed. If ever in the area I would definitely come back for a lunch or dinner.

We love this place, never had a problem with the staff or our orders, curb side or internal. This is my preferred place for work lunches after meetings, hanging out with friends and family. I wish this place was closer to Somers Point though. Keep up the good work!

I understand Chili’s is a chain restaurant and you do not go there to receive gourmet food or white glove service, yet I personally believe regardless of where I go for a meal it should at least be an enjoyable experience. I went here with my boyfriend a few weeks ago and from the moment we walked in, it was a bad experience. First, the hostess tried sitting us in the middle of the loud, crowded sports bar when there were obviously tables in the regular, quiet dining area available. I’m here with my boyfriend for dinner, not a rowdy group of people ready to party, why would we be sat in the middle of a noisy bar? Anyway, before we even sat down at the table I asked if there was anywhere else we could be seated. The hostess was clearly not happy with this request, grabbed up the menus, walked over to the quieter dining area, dumped the menus on another table and walked away without a word or even a glance back in our direction. Our waitress was alright, nothing special. My boyfriend got fajitas in a skillet and the pot holder they put on the handle of the skillet was so dirty it pretty much ruined his appetite. I got a steak which was the same thin, lame piece of steak they use to cut up meat for your tacos. The icing on the cake though was when I got my plate there was burnt piece of frozen Texas Toast on it. Never in my life have I received Texas Toast in a restaurant and I hope to never again. Like i said before, I understand it is a chain restaurant and my expectations were already low when I went in, but for a $ 75 meal I expect a little bit more than what i recieved, oh and also no frozen pieces of Texas Toast. Lastly, as we were walking by the hostess stand to leave, the same miserable hostess who had seated us earlier made sure to turn her back to us so she wouldn’t have to say goodbye or tell us to have a nice day, as is custom in most restaurants. But I guess that would have been asking too much at this place. Bottom line: save your money and don’t go here. You’re better off at Taco Bell than this shithole.

Chain review: I hate to rate chain restaurants on the same scale as other restaurants so I’m starting out every chain restaurant review with this statement: The review is based on a comparison with other chain restaurants and a 4 star on a chain review does not equal that of some of my other 4 star ratings. I enjoy Chili’s for two reasons. 1) I love the Black Bean Burger and Fries and 2) I enjoy the margaritas. The place is clean but sometimes it doesn’t feel that way. Not sure why, maybe the décor? The staff is always friendly.

Went to Chilis again after a while. Not a big fan of chain restaurants but we were hungry for dinner. Honestly never liked anything in Chilis that particularly much aside from their ribs. However, even then you could pull a recipe online and make them yourself. Ribs were tasty as usual, a bit charred on the ends but not that bad that I had to grab my waitress’s attention. Service was alright, a bit eh in the beginning but got better. We were given wet utensils and napkins that look like someone chewed off the corner. As the night went on, the waitress seemed to have slowed down and became more attentive to the table. Overall, same old chain restaurant food. If you like ribs and lava cake but don’t wanna cook tonight, I say give this place a try.

Most-disgusting-bathroom-anywhere award goes to this restaurant. Overflowing toilets. How could anyone who works here bother to be in the restaurant business with the state of this situation. Just walking into the dining room from the bathroom ensures contamination. Completely fowl state of indifference and health hazard.

Yup it was the very first time we went to Chilis. I know, I know. I tend to stay away from most chains because they are basically they are the same with their own«unique» twists. So whatever pocessed me to pull in to the big red pepper I cannot be sure. Maybe it was hunger, memory loss, or my 85 year old dad stating that if he didnt eat soon he was going to wither and die(if you knew my family you would know we could safely not eat for the next millenium before there would be a problem). Anyway my son and I tried the onion straw and jalepeno appy and my wife tried the corn roasted guacamole. The onion appy was delicious though I was less then impressed with the guacamole. Dad went with the potato soup and half sandwich which he really enjoyed. Gina enjoyed her ribs. I had the crispy shrimp tacos. Don’t bother as they are a bit of a disappointment, at least here they were. Mike had the chipolte chicken strips and thought they were good. Service was very good. So all in all I rate this a 3 star, ok if you are hungry type place.

Chili’s has better food than most large chains, and this is no different.

Went to Chili’s last night — food was great, but the service was terrible! The waitress was in a big hurry and couldn’t wait to get back to the kitchen. Kept forgetting things, and was real pushy!

Sometimes I think if you switched the signs outside Applebee’s, Ruby Tuesday’s, Chilis and TGI Friday’s, I wouldn’t notice the different with the food. I’m not crazy about any of those places, but Chili’s does have really yummy fresh tortilla chips and salsa :) I’ve gone there for lunch a few times just for the chips and salsa.
