Outback Steakhouse

I was a little worried when I saw the reviews for this location. But we had to go there based on time and location.
We arrived and the staff was very friendly. We had a large party of 6 and were able to be seated right away!
Waitress was attentive and nice. Food was great and prepared as ordered.
My only complaint would be that my meal came a little after everyone else’s dinner was delivered.
But not a long time after. Maybe 10 minutes.
Bill after tip was 110.00. I little stiff but had a great experience.
I’d go back again.

Getting worse. Order well done get medium burger. This is a steak place right? Delivered again this time correct but with fries not done. Gave up. Probably wont be back.

Service was beyond slow! Took 10 minutes to get drinks another 10 for bread 10 more for a onion and 25 after we ordered our food. Waitress was almost nonexistent. Food was editable but barley blooming onion was more like tumble weed burnt and crispy potatoes were like paste and steak was like a shoe sole! Won’t be bAck to this location again. Save your money and go somewhere else

Visited this outback last night. I sat at the bar. The service there was below standard. I ordered the 14oz sirloin medium well. Side salad with ranch and a baked potato. They tried to give me a side salad with French instead of ranch. The baked potato must have been cooking all day because it was over cooked. The steak was very plain. Thank goodness they had A-​1. The steak was also cook more medium rare than medium well. The service at the bar wasn’t very good they were more worried about stocking the bar and being on their cell phones than servicing they’re guest. I watched a guy come up to the bar and he sat for five minutes or better before anyone helped him. I would not recommend this place and will not return to this location. I decided to give this place another try. Came away disappointed once again. The service was better than the previous visit but the food wasn’t cooked the way I asked. Asked for a medium well steak it was closer to rare than medium well. The baked potato wasn’t cooked well either. It was about half way cooked was all hard from being under cooked. The waiter asked if I wanted to get the steak sent back to be cooked more but we all know that dilemma. No tell what they’re libel to do too it because you sent it back. Sad you have to take your dinner home from a restaurant to finish cooking it. That was the final straw with outback. Lost a customer for good.

I’ve been to this location several times and each time the service is pathetic. Whether it is a long wait or inadvertently trying to push our party from the restaurant by turning up the music. Overall the food quality is good which is the reason I continue to attend this establishment.

Service was good. But the food was awful. Won’t be back. Couldn’t even finish my steak.

If it weren’t for our appetizer, this would have been a complete waste of our time. We had a gift card, that’s why we came. We realized we could have gone to Carrabba’s and they would have honored our gift card also. We should have. Slow service, bad food. Blah.

I absolutely love to eat here for two reasons. The service is always good & the food is just as great! My boyfriend and I went the other day for a quick lunch. Our serve was super nice and was on top of his game! The food came out in good time & it tasted awesome! I have been here a few times and I would highly recommended it!

It was New Year’s Eve. Our ‘call in’ was for 5:30 PM. My wife and I got there about 5:10 PM. The parking lot was full. The waiting area was over full, but the holiday spirit was still alive and quite a few nice little chats were shared with the other folks waiting. We finally got seated around 6:15 PM (sort of expected for a busy holiday evening). Our server was a very pleasant and polite young man. Cocktails were good, the onion petals and crab-​filled mushrooms were good, the chicken tortilla soup was good, and the house salad was good. My prime rib (ordered medium) was well done, dry, hard to cut and barely warm. The au jus could not add any flavor or moisture to the meat. My wife’s ribeye steak (ordered medium) was nicely chared on the outdide, but it was served well done, rather difficult to cut, and not much on the flavor and juciness. Rather disappointing. Will not likely order these entrés again. May not go back… haven’t decided.

In town for a family thing and staying next door. After family event, we were all hungry, so we called around 8:25pm to ask about two tables for our group, a kids table for five beside a table for seven adults. They said it would be no problem. We got there about 9:00pm, and asked about the tables. That is when the went to get them ready. There were only a handful of tables occupied, but lots dirty. Our waiter was nice enough and did a fair job with our group; however, many of the items were wrong.

TERRIBLE FOOD AND HORRIBLE SERVICE

I hardly ever give negative feed back… THE SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE. I was w/​family traveling through Ohio we were all in a good mood. The waitress ($$&5;) had some kind of personal problem I don’t know what was going on with her THE ONE THING I KNOW WITH 100%
CERTAINTY the problem didn’t start with me or my family. So as a understanding person I said maybe she is having a bad day that happens to everyone. Maybe it was a isolated incident. IT WAS NOT! I informed my husband we should leave. He said we are already here we should stay. This (5@98;) attitude got worse I’m NEVER rude with waitress/​waiters handling our food for obvious reasons. This (7 $ 57,$), I counted to 10, then to another 20. From this point, all dialogue came from my husband. We ordered Aussie fries and Hot wings as appetizers. THE FOOD WAS TERRIBLE! The Aussie fries was ALL DRIED OUT like potato chips with old melted cheese, plastic like, I ate 1 fry and it was like eating l*ys potato chips. My husband asked her to take this order back because it WAS NOT EDIBLE. This ($&8:4) asked what was wrong with them WITH A ATTITUDE! I started to count again I TUURRNNED and looked at this (46 $&7) IT WAS ABOUT TO BE ON… My husband said please bring check quickly. Everyone at the table including the (7 $ 4:48) knew how this was going to end. (I should have taken a picture) My husband stated they are not FRESHLY MADE AND THEY HAVE BEEN LEFT OUT ALL DAY AND NIGHT. THIS (5743?) THREW THE CHECK AT HIM. My husband told me to go to the car. I WANTED TO SNATCH THAT BI*CH UP… EVERY ORGANIZED RELIGION IN THE UNIVERSE SAVED THIS BI*CH. He said to me we are not from here. If you «handle» this (5?&7.) they will call the police. I’m in the car pissed ALL THE WAY OFF. The more I thought about it the more upset I became
I got out the car walking quickly to the door my husband stopped me. To keep me from showing this (457?6) what a REAL ATTITUDE LOOKS LIKE! I wrote this review instead. IF YOU ARE HAVING A BAD DAY KEEP YOUR ASS AT HOME! She has received a holiday blessing from me and my family (17% tip). Her family should not be punished because (87/:4) had the disposition of a teething baby’s dirty diaper.

I am giving 3 stars because the sides saved my Dinner with my husband. His steak was cooked as ordered and the mixed veggies were good too. I love lamb and had been looking forward to having lamb all day. The dinner contained 3 lamb chops and I ordered them cooked well done. Thank fully the sides of mashed potatoes, and mixed veggies were very good. Unfortunately 2 of the 3 chops were nearly rare. They were bloody as I cut into them. The first one I eat was cooked correctly and I enjoyed the sides. When the sides were gone I started on the lamb again only to be greatly disappointed. I will be sticking to getting lamb from Rosie’s on McCord and no where else.

I ordered the flat iron steak and it comes out the way I wanted it cooked but has a strange marinade sauce on it… When the waitress comes back and I question her about it she says «it’s the marinade that’s on the rack of lamb and you can change it next time. «and walks away…
I wanted a steak and no where on the menu it says that this was a rack of lamb sauce…
The manager comes over and I made my complaint with him and took my plate. He gave me a steak that was cheaper than what i ordered and didn’t give me my potato back. I get the bill and they charge me for the more expensive steak that I sent back and told they were sorry and walked away from my table…
So I paid for the more expensive steak without a side and was basically told «tough luck. «
Now I know why the other steak place next door was packed and Outback wasn’t. .

Honorable mention to bartender Christine who «primed» this review! Lol… Seriously tho, it shouldn’t make a difference which franchise you go to (that’s another discussion), but what a wonderful experience on Dussell for the food!

Ok forget the hot TU chicks. Service sucks here. Double graygoose 18 dollars? And salmon salad instead of salmon dinner.? Look at me. Do I look like a salad guy.

So I had to wait 24 hrs before I wrote this review bc I was thrown aback by our craptastic service at the Outback. First, our waiter was slow and dopey. Secondly, he asked my KID if he wanted a filet, not me the person paying for the meal. Etiquette dictates you ask the parent not the child with big eyes and small stomach. Third he ordered his now upgraded filet as medium and it came to us RARE. I guys RARE — blue in the center is medium here. So beware. Finally when I questioned said dopey waiter he said I should have spoken up sooner. No manager, no fix, nothing. So beware of your wallet and digestive system. Enjoy.

Absolute worst Outback we have ever been to. We travel a lot for work and have frequented a lot of Outbacks in a lot of various states… we like sitting at the bar.
This Outback started good, bartender was nice, but slow. We ordered, new BBQ ribs for my husband and coconut shrimp and a sweet potato for me. Food came out, my shrimp were greasy & the plate was full of grease too, my sweet potato had more geese on it than cinnamon and butter and my husband’s ribs were ice cold even though his plate was too hot to touch.
The bartender was no where to be found. I was famished, so I started in the potato and my husband picked at the fries waiting for her to come over… it took at least 15 minutes for her to even ask us how the food was. So I was almost finished with my few pieces of greasy shrimp before he could tell her that the ribs were cold… we didn’t even attempt to say anything about the greasy shrimp. She said she send out a manager and get us new ones, but that didn’t happen.
Another 15 minutes later we asked if we could just have the check to go and she didn’t know what to do since we didn’t even want to wait on the ribs. The manager FINALLY came over apologized and took the ribs off our ticket, but that was only after she tried to get us to wait on them some more. If you’re on the fence about this Outback… just keep driving
Only good thing is the Fosters was cold

Great place. The sangria is amazing. Dinner was wonderful. I had steak. Hubby had ribs. The only downside was that there was a 45 minute wait… good thing we left the kids with a sitter. We sat at the crowded bar and drank until our table was ready. Gotta try the blooming onion!

Nice place. The bar staff was very attentive, but it was a very slow night. It was convenient for me since my hotel was right next door.
The chicken on the barbie was good as usual, but nothing fantastic here, but most aren’t.
