It took a little over a month for hansons to get here. But i orginally had talked to i believe chris was his name and he sold me on the product. Heather has been the customer service who has been calling and giving updates on when they would show up and she called multiple times the week before. They showed up on monday and stayed till the job was done! One day and my roof was installed and finished! Looks great! Amazing service.
