Bad service. Waitress was not friendly at all. She rolled her eyes. Couldn’t get anything right. Never come back again

First of all, I understand that this is a chicken place so I don’t expect too much as a vegetarian.
My daughter wanted to go here for her 18^th birthday, so that’s the only reason I went to this awful, overpriced place. Service was good, but that’s about it.
They got my sister-in-law’s order wrong and gave her the wrong sauce, but the manager came over and made things right for her at least. This is the only reason why 2 stars versus 1.
I was trying to figure out what to order. I asked my server if I got one of the salads without chicken, would it be cheaper (the meat of course being probably the most expensive part of an almost $ 12 salad). She said actually that $ 12 was the price without chicken. How friggin much is it WITH chicken??? That’s ridiculous! Besides that, the menu is very misleading for this salad. There’s one price and the description starts with chicken. They wouldn’t give me a lesser price for the other options without meat, such as the spinach flatbread.
Then I saw they had a black bean burger. Yeah, cool until she tells me they cook the burger with meat right next to it. They could’ve microwaved it and I would’ve been fine, but please for the love of God realize that a vegetarian doesn’t want her veggie burger to taste like meat. So I didn’t get that.
For the hugely inflated price of $ 9.99, I got the «garden crasher» with hummus, veggies, and pita chips. It was okay, but that ¼ cup of hummus was not worth the money. I came home and ate some leftovers. Shouldn’t have to do that after spending $ 70 (pre tip) for my family of four.
One more thing just as a side note — there’s a sign in the front, something about bar and dining areas. Dear BW3, it’s AREAS, no apostrophe (not area’s). When you hang up a sign with bad grammar like that, you give people a bad first impression when they enter the restaurant. You should be ashamed if you don’t know proper apostrophe use.

DO NOT order salads to go. They gave me two choices of dressings in little cups for my chicken Caesar salad, ranch and Caesar dressing. At first it looked like a big yummy salad and since I wanted it to be healthy I only poured half of the Caesar dressing onto my salad. As I began to mix it I quickly realized that the entire salad was already drenched in dressing and it was disgusting. Obviously my extra dressing I poured on didn’t help. I didn’t notice this because first of all I’ve never seen a restaurant already drench your salad in dressing before, especially on to go orders because it makes it soggy, so I didn’t even think to look. And I also didn’t see it because the chicken was on top and covering most of the salad. I don’t know why they even gave me ranch and Caesar dressing to choose from if they already chose for me and drenched it in caesar. Bottom line it was inedible and gross. Don’t order their salads it’s definitely a chicken wing place.

Typical Buffalo Wild Wings. We were traveling and stopped here to eat. I’m not a huge wings fan so all of it was just ok. The waitress was nice and quick service.

If you go here you need to download Soundog on your phone. This is a great sports food place and that app makes it better. You can listen to any of the channels they are showing when you connect to the Soundog WiFi. I just listened to a basketball game that was not being blasted as the speaker sound but could with my phone.

I currently live in Cincinnati and every time I have gone to Buffalo Wild Wings there it has been an awful experience. However, I was home for the holidays so I thought I would try the one here with my family. We went last week to watch the football game and drink a few beers. It was two dollar pint night so we thought we would give it a try. Our experience started out fine & we had a very nice waitress. However, as time went on it was clear she was annoyed we continued to order beers and she just wanted to go home. The weird thing was she had other tables and we weren’t the only reason she couldn’t leave. At one point we asked for four more beers and she completely ignored us and walked away. I am very disappointed with my experience and I do not recommend going. There is a frickers and Jed’s right up the road which I would strongly recommend over this place.

My lawyer took me here after my last accident. I hadn’t been here since before the remodeling. I love the brighter lights and all of the TV’s. I do wish they had more UFC shows and a few snuff films playing. That’s all great fun to have when drinking lots of beer with buddies.
The remodeling gives the place a much more anesthitized vibe, which is perfect. The food is some of the most popular reheating and deep frying in the area.
My greatest dissatisfaction with B’Dubs is that the shape of the seats keeps banging on my SCRAM anklet — Oh well, I guess a lot of us have to put up with that.

We told the waitress (who wasn’t friendly at all) we needed to be in and out, so we ordered our food as soon as she came back with our drinks. We ordered the chicken buffalitos and 10 dry rub wings. It took AN HOUR for a food to be delivered. The waitress brought us the check and said «I’m gonna go check on your food» after 45 minutes! She came back with nothing. When our food finally came, the tortilla wrap was hard and the fries weren’t warm. The wings were good. The manager came over and took care of our meal and gave us coupons which was very nice and appreciated. For that customer service, I give the second star.

Decent service. Food was not great. Theyve recently renovated so it looks nice, but theyve still got some work to do.

Wings are small like three inches. But great sauces. Servers are great. I had the Asians zing salad and the diced chicken breast was nasty. Had the texture of bad octopus.

There is a server, Sarah, who is amazing! She knows her menu, appropriate recommendations and is FAST on her feet.
Been coming here for a couple of years and always ask for her. Our food comes out just the way we want or she makes sure it’s corrected immediately.

I really think BW 3’a lacks value. The wings are OK, not as good as some bars, but when you get the bill I just think I paid that much for wings and french fries. The TV’s are all on the wall so hard to see if you are in the middle. The service is average generally but I had good service a few times.

I like buffalo wild wings, but the maumee one has given me subpar food more than once. I have had nasty looking cheese strings on what was supposed to be an order of boneless chunks to go, with no cheese in order. I have had cold chunks which looked like they were left over from a sales night. I still go, but only because of their sauces. The service isn’t bad either compared to others in area

Ultimate Nachos aren’t good at all… Going for the regular wings and service is so great on Monday evenings as its not busy or crowded.

Oh God the wings. I just love the wings. They are done to perfection. Some wings are dried out, NOT these wings. Moist. Meat is very flavorful.
I’m a sports kinda guy — LOVE the whole atmosphere here. The big screens are awesome. I’d like to have a house like this place — wings, beer, big screen. They need recliners here.
Prices are good. On par with other places.
It’s a great place to meet the guys for a couple beers and some wings.

Absolutely the ONLY wing place to go around here. Wing Express, Fricker’s and Jed’s have awful wings and although BW3 is more expensive, I will choose it any and every time. Only complaint is that each time I’ve gone, I’ve been charged for water.

Let’s start with the good:
Amazing wing sauces that they sell to go
They have more TVs then costco
They do run promotions
They do hire some hot wait staff and bartenders if that is ur thing
The less than good:
Some wings and a beer and ur looking at $ 20…no exaggeration
The wings are tiny
Service can suck sometimes
Lots of players in this Industry and B-​dubs is about Avg

Bad. Bad. Bad.
I honestly have nothing good to say about this place. Do not bother coming here. Unless you’re coming here for a drink, this place should be avoided. Why you ask? Let me tell you:
Food: took forever. And I mean about a half hour or more between ordering and getting it. It was a disaster. My kids Mac n cheese was way too hot, you might think its a good thing, but trust me, it was ridiculously HOT. My buffalo chicken sandwich. Cold. Dry. The sauce was only in the center of the sandwich. The buns I could have used as hockey pucks. The cheese, just a dry piece of rubber stuck to the chicken. Fries-​cold. My husbands Reuben burger: I actually laughed when his plate came in. The meat was this burnt disc slathered with sour kraut. Suppose to have corned beef in it. He had to eat half of his sandwich to find it.
The service: ooooh the service. To say the least, if we were served by a kindergartner, things would have been better. First of all the restaurant had run out of cups (that’s what we were told). Apparently my hubby ordered the last burger there, because they also ran out of them. The refills? Total joke. Hubby had to go get his own several times. Kids didn’t get refills on their pop. It wasn’t just our server. Another person brought in appetizers, he was also totally unprofessional.
I would never come back here. Food gets an F and service gets a D.

Over priced bar food, lunch is over $ 14, wings are horrible, chicken Caesar was so spicy that I couldn’t eat it, not sure why the place is so popular…

Their Chicago location kicks this location’s ass.
The wings are okay. They taste like they were broiled and then sauce dumped on top of them. (Maybe the Chicago location broils too — but the end result is much better.)
I’d go on a cheap wings night or if I was hard up for some wings. Not sure I’d return otherwise.
