Horrid gluten free pie with almost no sauce; the cheese couldnt be separated from the crust, charged $ 2.50 per topping on a ten inch pie. First visit was a lunch special with a regular crust and was good! so made the 2nd trip that much more disappointing. Mostrecent visit was a Saturday night about 8 o’clock and the doors were locked and it was dark inside

This place seems out if business. Its never open anymore. Was good when it opened. Don’t know what happened here.

Came here one night a few months ago with my boyfriend. Ambiance was decent and the restaurant looked very clean. I was excited for the pizza especially since it was coal fired. But it was gross. Sooo soggy and floppy and all my toppings were falling off. We got Nutella pizza for dessert and it was decent. Got boxes for the two personal pizzas and the Nutella pizza to take home. We just ate the Nutella pizza though. Couldn’t bear to eat the others. Our waitress seemed really confused about simple things too and got the wrong order at first. Have not returned since and don’t want to. There are a ton of pizza places in the area and I would try them instead.

Thank God we finally have a coal fired brick oven pizzeria in old bridge!!! And it’s great! Had the margarita and it was so good we ordered another. My 4 year old had 5 slices! Best pizza so far in old bridge!

I ordered two pies from this pizzeria today, it took me half hour to get home and the pizza was absolutely tasty and delicious. I highly recommend this pizzeria!

First of all, I’m «off the boat». Secondly, the sauce, the muzz’, and the dough are on point! Thirdly, don’t second guess and just go try and support this local business.

I just ordered delivery for the first time. It took over an hour for the food to arrive. We ordered and paid for a large bottle of soda, when our delivery finally arrived there was no soda. Then on top of that our garlic bread was cold and soggy. When I opened the pizza box our pizza was ICECOLD!!! Since the pizza was cold the crust was very chewy. I was disappointed all around with their delivery service. I could tell it could have been very delicious if the food was fresh, but it was not and I am very dissatisfied.

Oh Where to start. Let’s begin with online ordering from there website. Plain and simple it doesn’t work. Tried from smart phone nothing, tried from tablet nothing and yes even tried from laptop. And yes you guessed it nothing happened. So let’s go back in time shall we and call the order in. But first let’s see crispy crust huh. Sounds good I like them crispy. Good time to call. Answered pretty quick. I’d like to order for delivery. Phone number given address given wait what you need my number again oh ok. Number given a second time. What you need my address again? Hello are you even paying attention when you answer the phone? Definitely not starting out on the right foot here. Order finally taken. Delivery in 20 to 25 minutes. Sounds good to me. In fact it showed up in 15. Nice job. Especially since I’m less than a mile from you. What do I owe you. Ummmm I think it was 13 something? Are you kidding me? Do you not have a ticket with what my order came to? 13 something is not a proper bill. Whatever. I’m starving can’t wait to bite into this crispy pizza. Wait where’s the crispy pizza that only a coal fired pizza oven can produce. Mines soggy should have been cooked alittle longer. There’s a fine line between cooked and undercooked. Atleast the ingredients seemed fresh. Sorry but this place is not on my favorite places to chow down. In fact I probably wouldn’t order from here again. Too many bad things add up to a bad experience and one less purveyor of your establishment.

Was at Il Fornetto Antico this past Monday to redeem the Unilocal deal I purchased. Everything went smoothly this time w/o a hitch. Everyone at the restaurant was very courteous and quite personable. I also purchased a Panetone sweet bread w/chocolate chips… delicious! The owner/manager was kind enough to offer me some powdered sugar to take home. MUST say something about the BESTWINGS I HAVEEVERHAD… these coal fired bad boys are succulent and juicy. NO buffalo sauce needed for these… perfectly cooked, crispy, tender, juicy… whatever basting is used to ‘kick’ these up a notch is perfect! Any other sauce would kind of do a dis-service to these wings… Great Job guys! Keep it up. Thanks!

Ordered 2 large plain pizzas for pick up. They were tiny. I measured them and they were less than 13 inches across. The menu said large –16″. I called up and they said I could come back and pick up another pie. The pie they gave me was even smaller. My son happened to be doing math homework on area of circles that night. After two round trip drives to pick up the pizzas, the area of the 3 pies still didn’t equal what 216″ pies would have. There was not enough food for everyone so I ate something from the freezer. So much for an easy pizza night.

Tried this place for the first time last night, ordered over the phone for pick-up on my way home from work, and it was ready in 10 minutes. We had a pepperoni pizza and the chicken parm pannini and enjoyed both. Would definitely go back again!

What a joke! All attitude. Ordered online for delivery. An hour later called to check on order and we were told it was on its way. Waited another 30 minutes and called again. Girl answered and told us it had been ready an hour waiting for pick up. If they screwed up between delivery or pick up they could have told us the first time we called to check. Ordered with credit card so could not cancel the order. The girl was rude and they are not customer friendly. This area has alot of other places to order from. Don’t bother.

Could tell the pizza had potential but a lot of attitude during the ordering process that I didn’t need during my 11 hour work day just trying to get a nice lunch work ten minutes from the place and the pizza was cold

Let me just shut those two negative comments up. Please people. Go find something else to do with your time. This has to be on of the BEST coal fire pizzas I’ve ever tried. Seriously. I’ve had pizza all over the world and very, very few get it right. Absolutely delicious!!! Give it a try people. You won’t regret it. Bravo guys, give it some time but you will be extremely successful. I have already told many people to go here. You have a customer for life.

Came with the husband and kid for pizza. Being regular pizza eaters it was nice to have something different for a change. We had wings, sausage pizza and Margherita pizza. They could have used just a bit more sauce on the pizza, but overall everything was good. The service was fast and friendly. It was small and clean and not too noisy. The only complaint I have really is the Spanish music was a little too loud, not really background music level.

I am a huge fan of coal oven pizza and this place is one of the best pizza places in the north east. I had the personal pie and it was cooked perfectly and nice and thin. The sauce taste great and the cheese was high quality. I wish I lived closer so I can get pizza there more often. This is definitely a place any pizza lover must try!!!

We had 2 small specialty pies, Margherita and White. The service was timely and polite, and the freshly cooked pies came out in a timely fashion. The pizza dough was a good balance between soft and crispy. We had some fountain sodas. If your looking for some good coal oven pizza, this is a great place.

We stopped in to grab a pie to go and were very happy with the newest addition to the neighborhood. They’ve got a very basic menu that covers the basic Italian meals. We got a large Quattro-Stagioni pie which was ready in no time. The best part was it was handmade right in front of us. It was very flavorful and very good. A bit pricier than expected but worth every penny. The staff was very friendly and helpful with picking the right pizza. Definitely a spot to try and one we’ll be back to.
