Typical Dunkin Donuts, recently expanded. OK service, kept reasonably clean. Only thing that sucks is the place is probably the cause of numerous slowdowns on Grand Ave from people double parking in front of the place.

This location SUCKS! Service is very un-​professional and rude! I once witnessed one of the female workers drop a bag with someone’s sandwich in it, picked it up off the floor, and attempted to give it to the customer! Just today, I ordered an ice coffee w whipped cream, when I noticed there wasn’t any on it, I asked her to put some and she said «I can’t because it’s extra.»!!! WTF? Never going back to this poor excuse of a business!

This place is so inconsistent and it makes me mad because I go there everyday. I live around the corner and do all my errands there. If the service is horrendous my coffee is good when the service is good my coffee taste horrible.

Never again will I go to this DD I was there today waiting on line the women in front of me ordered her drink the guy working there calls over a female worker telling her in their native language how fat this women is and the clothes she has on how they were too small for her and all the rolls she has they both laughed at it. How horrible this place is. I have never met such racist people in my life. They need to shut this place down maybe if people stop going there then someday they will.

As an Dunkin regular I’m positive to tell you to stay away from this location. Small slow and not to friendly. Plus me and my wife ordered ice cream and not only was the guy not wearing gloves but he had his finger in my ice cream. Just to dirty for my taste I’ll travel a bit farther for better and cleaner service.

There is usually a line and when you finally get to putting your order in they might not have what you want. (Vanilla chai tea and frozen hot chocolate.)
