Chipotle Mexican Grill

Your standard good quality delicious Chipotle. They were out of napkins and hadn’t replenished them until I wasn’t almost done with my food. They were out of a few other food options and the service as a bit slow. The bathroom and tables were not very clean. I still enjoyed my food though.

Horrible service! I ordered online and waited 10 minutes to get my food and once I got my food it was cold, only filled up ¾ of the way and the rice was very undercooked. They were also out of fajitas and the crew were rude

Worst Chipotle I’ve been to. Management must be terrible because service is always crawling and they are constantly running out of things. The only reason I come here is that there isn’t another one near where I live. Sometimes the terrible service isn’t even worth putting up with and I leave if the line is more than three people deep because that’s honestly the largest capacity they can handle!

The food was ok but this place is getting real dirty. Clean the floors please. No body except the customers wipe the tables down. Very sad

Super day at chipotle today! The line was long and the place hopping We stopped in today to pick up our 2 free entrees for buying tofu last week. The meal was freshly made. The service was quick and we moved through fast.
The manager walked around asking about our food and quality of service. We told him about the large amount of crumbs in the nacho sack. He insisted that he fix the problem. We were full and said not to worry. He said okay and walked away.
Meanwhile, the cashier stopped by and asked how we are doing. I thanked her for being the second person to ask about our experience. She said it was their task to engage the customers. I had some poor experiences with chipotle in the past and this was welcomed customer service for me!
I give a good review for chipotle: hot food, two hard working female line workers, and great customer service!
And finally, I thank the manager for coming back to our table and fixing the crumb filled nacho sack even when we said not to.

Consistently the slowest Chipotle I have ever been to. There is no sense of urgency with the workers here and it always seems like they’re high. There always seems to be a spice or something missing in their food… I’ve definitely been to better chipotle locations. Last time, the line was to the door and right as I was about to order, I read a sign that said there were no more tortillas LOL! Honestly it would be quicker for me to go to the Chipotle an extra 15 minutes away than this one.

I use to stop in here all the time but over the last four months it seems different. Did they get new management? The crew was rude. I watched an employee itch his butt and then put gloves on to make my food. The bathrooms were soooo nasty. The food was ok but the lettuce looked out of date. It’s just not the same anymore. There is trash and gold in between there is chipotle.

Pretty good chipotle. Nice workers and good portions. Be sure to get there before noon or after 1 though. Gets busy at lunch time.

Don’t get me wrong, I love chipotle and will enjoy it at least once a week. However this location is not great. Not many seats, always a long line due I slow service and hundreds if fax orders. Employes are less than friendly. If you are craving chipotle and there’s a location besides this drive to it instead!!!

Only one star because I found that one of the employee did not wash his hands after using restroom!!!
I went there on my way to Cincinnati, this was first decent place to eat after starting from Columbus, OH on I-​71.
It is a typical Chipotle near an amusement park, thus busy all the time. I found this place to be not that clean as other ones!
Nothing very specific about it.

As usual at Chipotle, the food was great. It was the service here that left a bad taste in my mouth! The staff was aloof, & loudly complaining that they’d have to be there past closing in order to take care of the customers coming in from Kings Island. Management should prepare their staff for the fact that since the nearby theme park closes at 10pm, they’ll likely have some late night guests.

I went there in search of the legendary «Quesarito». Immediately after I ordered there were hushed whispers followed by a call in the back for a woman named, «Danny». She came out and asked, «if I was the one who ordered the Quesarito». I replied, «that I was». She then proceed to make my Quesarito with the entire staff huddled around her. Felt like a boss. A++

Good as usual. Went on 5÷31÷2012 and their cred card reader was down so they had to credit cards manually. Had a longer wait to the technical difficulty but still worth it.

This is a good quick stop with pretty good burritos.

You can get a burrito bowl for like under 500 calories ! ! ! ! ! ! !

{Edited on 4÷21÷11: We went here for dinner on Saturday night at about 9pm… and they were out of GUACAMOLE! :(I am understanding of things happening like that… I work in food, and sometimes things are out of your control and it sucks… but it’s just how it is. My only problem with it was that there wasn’t an apology for it. At all. It was just kind of like, «Meh. We’re out of Guac.» We love their guacamole… it’s a pretty big part of why we eat there… take that out, and don’t apologize for the inconvenience… and well, that leaves a bad taste in my mouth. :(Instead of the good one when it’s filled with guac. So… I took off a star. Just apologize when something is wrong… it goes along way when you act like you CARE.} :)
My husband and I are huge fans of Chipotle… we can’t understand why anyone would go anywhere else for a burrito. I mean, have you ever HAD one of their burritos??! They are so fat and flavorful. I’ve never tasted a better burrito. :) We were overjoyed to the max when we found out that one was opening in the Kings Mills area, not far from us in SoLeb. Like, within 5 minutes. Eeeee!!! Needless to say, we’ve visited quite a few times. And I have to say, this is probably my favorite Chipotle! The décor is so cool. The tables look like they might not be comfortable (not sure how to explain that… high top tables, and really low tables, as well as regular tables), but they are! It’s very minimalist and modern, more so than your typical Chipotle. And the music at this location is great… we’re alt-​rock people (like new alt-​rock) and we’re always hearing something fun and familiar here. Makes me happy. The people who work here are stellar. Everyone is SO friendly… friendly enough that I want to recruit a few of them to work @ my place of business! (Chick-​fil-​A!) They are just very smiley and always genuine. Love that. The service is quick, even when the line stretches to the door. And if I haven’t said enough about the food already… THE FOOD. I always get a steak burrito (or bowl… burrito without the tortilla in a bowl), no rice or beans, green salsa, mild salsa, sour cream, cheese, and lettuce. Then my husband and I split chips and guacamole. Their chips are so wonderful… crisp and crunchy, with salt and a hint of lime. The guacamole is just divine. I’m not super fond of cilantro (I don’t know why… I’m just not!), so as long as the cilantro chunks aren’t too huge in the guac, I am all over it. We tend to fight over it, hehe. :) I crave Chipotle on the reg, so it’s nice to know that I’m only a stone’s throw away from fulfilling my longing. Thanks for coming to the area, Chipotle!!! We’re so happy to have you!
