Buffalo Wings & Rings

As I write this review, we have been here for an hour and just got our food. Had to get it to go. Not a good place for lunch if you have to get back within an hour. On top of it, no apologies at all. Very poor service.

The time here was ok. The food quality and taste was quite excellent! However the time we waited for the kitchen to get our food out to us was a little bit too long for my liking. It took maybe about 25 to 30 minutes, in a nearly empty restaurant. We had the bartender for a waitress, she was very nice. However she did forget about us. So we did not get very much service from her. It was not a bad trip, however it was not excellent either.

I love the boneless wings in comparison to BWs. Although I hands down prefer BWs wedge fries compared to these. Will be back.

I will never step foot in this location again. We showed up for a fund raising event around 7:30 pm not that busy but had a lot of dirty tables. We needed a 4 top with a high chair was told it would be a few minutes we then watched 5 other groups come in after us with 4 or more in their party get seated right away. After 15 minutes we finally got seated. 20 minutes later no one ever came to greet us or take our dink order. After 30 minutes of no waiter I notice a single person that just got seated and get waited on at that point it was time to go. As we left the place I noticed the manager started to laugh at us thought it was funny that they made our 3 kids wait to be served we asked for the regional manager to call us have not heard a word from them

This place isn’t bad. It’s not our go-​to place for wings (we more like the local chain Mac’s or Clubhouse in Middletown), but they’re a fairly solid option. The hubby and I agree we prefer this place over BW3s. We visited on a Sunday around 3, and as expected it was pretty empty for an off-​time We were seated right away and we both put in orders for water when the server came over. Since it was our first time there, it took us a few minutes to peruse the menu, but she kept watch on our table and once we had both closed our menu she came over to take our order. I went with 3 fried chicken tenders with the cool wasabi sauce, medium and a side of onion rings. I like the varied types of sauces they have as well as the fact that you can get each sauce at a mild, medium, hot, extra hot level (they appear to add hot sauce to whatever sauce you choose to increase the heat). The hubby went with the buffalo chicken salad, mild with extra ranch and a tall Yeungling.
The food came out pretty quick, probably since the hubby went with a salad vs. more fried stuff. My chicken strips were pretty good… but the tenders were pretty much swimming in the sauce. I hadn’t asked for the strips to be «extra wet» (you can order this option) and it was almost too much sauce, they were covered. The sauce was good, just way too much. An upside to the excess sauce meant that I had extra to dip my onion rings in. And the onion rings… very, very good. Crisp and hot with a breadcrumb-​type batter vs. beer batter. I much prefer a breadcrumb crust over beer batter so these were right up my alley, and they were good dipped in the wasabi sauce. The blue cheese dipping sauce that I opted for with my tenders was also really good… thick & made in house.
The better half gave a thumbs up on the salad and the bite he forked over to me had me in agreement. Thankfully, not just iceberg lettuce with a smattering chicken. The ranch dressing was also good. His only complaint was that his beer did not come out until several minutes after his salad. The bar didn’t look too swamped so I do not know what the reason for the delay would be.
All in all, we’ll be back. Though I think I will ask for light on the sauce next time… or maybe see if the traditional wings have less. And sports fans? They have TONS of TVs to watch virtually any sporting event you would ever want to watch.

I agree with another reviewer above. We sat and waited for our food as well, place was not crowded, received a bowl of sauce and some tough chicken pieces in it. I had to flag down another waitress to get a refill on our drinks. The Mac and cheese that the kids were served were the 1 dollar boxed Kraft crap. At one point a waitress walked by the serving area and started screaming for a manager and throwing the «f» word around as I sat with 2 small children. She then came out and started bragging to a customer/​friend about doing it. I will never go back and would urge others not to either horrible food and service. By the way the famous rings tasted like crap as well. Save your money.

I am biased in that I love the sauce at this chain far more than others in the area. It’s the closest thing you’ll get to the original buffalo wing sauce from the Anchor Bar in Buffalo NY. This new place was a welcome departure from the dirty, dingy places that seemed to plague this franchise chain. The mason store is bright and clean and the service is prompt and friendly.

Good food, a little expensive. My wife and I went there one afternoon. The waitress was nice and helpful. We will probably go back.

First off the wings are very unsatisfying often times tasting way over cooked to the point of being burnt. The side items are better but still not enough to make up for it. The only reason I ever go here is because I have a kings card giving me 6 free wings otherwise it’s simply not worth the money. There’s not much selection especially compared to Bdubs, and most wings just taste like they coat them all in the exact same garlic sauce giving the same taste. All in all if you just want to watch a game and get some below average food then go right ahead, but I would recommend Buffalo Wild Wings, Putters, or Eli’s instead

I was surprised to see the attempted resurgence of this chain. The place looked new and nice, so we gave it a shot. We had a simple order of wings and fries. They’re either that new, or the service is that bad, b/​c you think we would have asked for a Lobster to be fresh caught. It took 30 minutes or more and the place wasn’t crowded. I saw one server with way too many tables and she decided it would be us that she would ignore. My food was stone cold, but I don’t think it would have been any good if I received it fresh out of the fryer. It was sauced to death, stringy and cold.
When I got home, I found it hard to ignore my farts.

Everytime we come here it gets a little worse. Too little staff and too much mediocre service from what little staff and management there is. Tonight I ordered the fish & chips sandwich. …it came with no chips and soggy cold fish. Manager half ass apologized and told me it would take 20 minutes or more to make another one. So much for fast food. When I said that wouldn’t do because everyone else already had their food and would be done she just walked away. No apologies no offer of something else no offer of free dessert. Nothing. If it were a busy Saturday night I’d cut some slack, but a Thursday at 6?

I hope their kitchen is cleaner than the rest of their restaurant. There is something about coming into a restaurant and having 90% of the tables dirty and not flipped– nor is anyone trying to clean them. My food was fine, nothing spectacular. I like that they have grilled wings. The service was okay… I wouldn’t rush back.

No major issues with this place. Food and service are solid. In fact the blue cheese here is really good. The issue I personally have is the wings are not spicy enough, I have tried 3 different sauces at the «atomic» level and they were at the «hot» level at best, one could argue could even be less. So if your looking for a nice safe family meal, go here. If you are looking to challenge you pallete and have fun with the guys, I’d recommend someplace else

Ordered wings at noon for pick up at 6. Not ready when promised and complete chaos picking up. Dropped our food and did not replace!

I couldn’t wait for this family favorite sports bar chain to open! I was sooooo excited. It’s only 5 min from Maineville. :) Happy to wing it here any day!

Boneless Wings, salads, veggie quesideilla, bloody mary and outstanding service! Great atmosphere and lots of happy people.

I have only been to this location once. I went with my brother before a Christmas Eve service at my church down the street and was very pleased with my whole experience.
The building is new so obviously it is beautiful and clean and very welcoming! This was def the case and they didn’t spare expense on tv screen size or amount! WOW everywhere you look had beautiful tvs with all the games you could ask for and I’m not even a sports fan.
Now to the service… This I expected to not be quite to par since they only been open for a month or so but they proved me wrong! They were on top of it and did a wonderful job serving! Thanks Shawn I think was your name…
The food: was what you expect from the franchise and it was great!
So over all everything was very good and in my opinion worthy of five stars from me.

Huge boneless wings great sauces to chose from … Cold beer & lots of tvs. Good service!

We’ve been here a few times already since their opening day. The wings are huge and always fresh. And more importantly I think they serve the coldest draft beer I’ve ever tasted. All in all good value for your dollar.

The place had a good selection of beers. The food was ok, nothing spectacular. The service was lackluster. I waited for a while at the bar before I felt like anyone even noticed I was there. It was clean. Price was comparable to most places I’ve been that are similar. All in all, if you just want a drink and have some time to kill, not a bad place. If you’re looking for great atmosphere, food, and great service, keep looking.
