Upper Cut

Excellent barbers there. Particularly Randy the owner. If there’s anything this shop excels in its most definitely diversity. From the first time I walked in there a year ago until today I’ve never felt uncomfortable. Barbers change from time to time but they never changed the level of comfort. They also show love to military which was a HUGE plus for me. Best barbershop I’ve ever gone to.

great place to get a haircut !! The place gets full so make sure you know your place when you walk in so no one will cut in front of you. You might also want to write your name on the white board located almost right behind the door as you walk in. The barbers are really good. Best place to get a haircut in town. !! :))

A great place, comfortable atmosphere, and a staff that treated me like they’d known me for years. You can’t beat the price either. They take their time and make sure they get it right, not rushing you in and out like other places. Thanks a lot and I’ll see you again next time!

I just had my hair cut and a hot towel shave by Raheim. I have also had my cut done by a couple of the other guys there. This is the only way that a man should get his hair cut! I have never had such a professional haircut before… especially at this price! Very reasonable. The guys are super friendly. They’ve got sports on the tv, a pool table while your waiting, and lots of laughs. It even looked like they have a fridge filled up with something. It’s a real man cave.
I couldn’t say enough good things about my time here today. Not to mention my wife is totally gonna dig my new cut!

Went here a few days ago and got my haircut by Randy I believe. Sorry if I got it wrong. They only do walk-​ins and I was happy that they remembered the order of who walked in first. I told Randy what I wanted and he just surpassed my expectations. He did exatcly what I wanted. He was very honest about what whether I wanted would look good or not. My hair turned out awesome. This place is very good for males. They had all kinds of customers while I was there. They had a few younger guys, a few older guys, and little boys as well. Every detail about my haircut was done very good. Highly recommend this place.

Hands down the best set of Barbers in the area and rival any shop. They can go old school with a heated face wrap and straight razor shave in addition to old school cuts like the pompadour, fade to a zero, military, flat top, business or freestyle with some of the sickest lines or designs you can think. Run by the owner and master barber Randy, you will never leave disappointed. Ultimate care, service and experience is what drives this shop. Do yourself a favor and go to the Upper Cut. I’ve been going here for three years and will never let anyone else touch my lettuce when it’s time to get the ears lowered.

As a mother with two small boys I find Upper Cut a great choice! The guys here are very friendly and provide great service. I never feel out of place being a mom in the shop. On top of the service I always get compliments and asked where we went for my kids cuts! I have referred many friends, other moms, our military friends, etc. and everyone loves it as much as we do! Thanks for making a working moms life easier!

I find them to be very skilled at what they do. Randy is always very professional when I go in and does quality work. He actually takes his time and always leaves my hair very clean cut. I recommend him to everyone. For a great barber cut at a reasonable price, you cannot beat Upper Cuts!

A couple of weeks ago I went to Upper Cut and there are all new people there! I learned that the owner sold the shop and the guys who worked there before had all left. There are a couple of new guys there that cut my hair OK but were not nearly as friendly as before. No one asked my name or hos long I had been going there.
I won’t go there again.
I did find the guys that worked here before. they moved down the street and were genuinely glad that I found them.

Totally new ownership and barbers. Miss the old barbers. Found them down the street!

My husband went in there and asked the guy to just clean it up… he shaved his freaking head! His hair was about and 3 inches on top enough to spike up with a close fade in the back…$ 14 for a shaved head I could have done the same thing at home and saved the money if my husband wanted to buzz his whole head… obviously they don’t listen to what the customer asks for and just does what they want!

I brought my son here Sat October 2, 2010 for a hair cut. Prior to coming here I had taken him to Super Cuts in Yuba City and I was treated so rudely I vowed to never go back.
Thankfully a male friend of mine recommended Upper Cut! It is definitely a masculine environment, Maxim Magazines and Automotive magazines for the waiting customers. Sports paraphernalia lining the walls and ceilings and a PS3 across from the barber chairs.
That being said and my being female, I did not feel uncomfortable in there at all. The gentlemen that were their, both employees and customers were very polite and conversational.
My son (almost 4) loved it in there and had fun getting his hair cut. Normally he could care less about getting his hair cut. This time he has not stopped telling me how much he likes his hair cut!
Thank you gentlemen for a job well done! I will definitely bring my son back here for his next hair cut!
