So I ordered a pizza and wings on the way home from work waited the 20 mins to go get it. Well went inside and she asked for my name and said oh we’re out of medium crust til tomorrow well for customer service wouldn’t you went ahead and made the large and not charged the large price? working with the public myself I would of went ahead and did it to keep my customer happy and keep them returning to my store. I guess that’s I go to domino’s. And I may say the same order was 3 $ cheaper thanks Pizza Hut

Not very happy with our visit. Ordered the pizza online and once we arrived to pick up our pizzas we were told that they were out of pineapple and hadn’t even started making the pizzas yet. This was 25 minutes after we ordered it… and no one could take the time to call and ask what else we’d like on the pizza? No, they admitted they «forgot» to call. Had to sit and wait another 20 minutes for the pizza to be made. Incompetence. They did give us a free pizza… that’s the only reason I’m even rating 3 stars.
