I had the buffet for lunch and it’s like 9 dollars so it’s pretty great I love the staffs they’re friendly and I will go back again! Some ppl is just having high expectations and it’s not fair for some ppl, everyone make mistakes.

HORRIBLE service! I got charged for stuff I never ordered and didn’t receive some of the stuff I did order. I tried calling them to let them know what happens and no one will answer the phone! I emailed the company weeks ago and have yet to hear anything back. I’m always disappointed when I eat here but this just crossed the line. I will NEVER eat here again.

Stopped by at about 10:50 pm tonight(Saturday) and as soon as I pulled up to the drive-thru the lights on the board immediately went out. I waited a few minutes, perhaps they were having electricity problems. NO… all the employees just left… got in their cars and left. When I checked the drive-thru times on the board, it clearly stated that they were open until 12 am on Saturdays. So, I left as well. I took my business elsewhere and do not plan to return to this KFC again.

Went by KFC, because it has been years since I have had it. This KFC has a buffet, but I was hitting the drive thru. I ordered a 12 piece with 3 sides and it came out to around $ 29.00. After eating Popeye’s all these years, I was really disappointed with KFC. The service was super fast. I placed my order, came to the window, and my food was ready. When I arrived home and went to grab a piece of crispy chicken, the skin was off the chicken. It was way overcooked, but that is better than under cooked. Maybe I will go back, I don’t know. Maybe it was just a bad day.
