We had room service. It was wonderful! Fast hot and all made from fresh ingredients. We ordered the potato skins, two salads and the BLT. The BLT had a ton of bacon perfectly cooked. The salads were fresh, crispy and full of veggies. The skins had fresh chunks of actual bacon and real cheese. I highly recommend!

Had a horrible experince at another resturant on Valentines night and ended up here. The service was excellent for how busy it was and we got in without a reservation. The staff and manangment were excellent. Would def be my first choice

We go there for Brunch at least once a month. Some of the complaints are real, but overall it’s good food at a reasonable price. You can order away from the buffet also; which is why I give it 4 stars. If it were based only on the buffet it would be 3.
I recently had my wedding at HI and will say that their Chicken Cordon Blu is awesome. Not the prepackaged item you find in many restaurants, but hand made and delicious.

We’ve been playing cards at Heatherfields for a number of years. The service has always been very good and the luncheon buffet was always reasonably priced. The food was not always so outstanding. Recently, however, the quality of the food has skyrocked! The buffet choices have expanded and the food is delicious! If you stopped going there for lunch, you should try it again!

The Sunday Brunch is to be avoided at all costs. When this was a Sheraton Inn it was an awesome buffet. Since the take over many years ago this has continued to disappoint. Gave it one more try Sunday. We were there when it opened at 11:00 AM.
All of the food had one thing in common. Cooked to death and old. The prime rib was tough, fried chicken way over cooked, even the shrimp had been boiled/​steamed to rubber and was also extremely bland. Green beans from a can, baked beans had the top layer caked like it had been under a heat lamp for about 12 hours. The rest of the food which I didn’t try had the same look. The only fruit in sight were a few canned peaches and the berry mixture to put on the waffles. Not a single piece of fresh fruit in the place.
I have been here for evening event dinners and work training sessions during the day. The food on those occasions has been much better.

Décor is out of style and could seriously use a makeover. The food is bland and tasteless. The menu options sound good but in results we were not happy.

Prime rib dinner will make you feel like a King in West Virginia. Don’t forget the PriorityClub member discount. The bar side has limited selection, but you can get Yuengling on tap.

Came here with a group for a luncheon, so this is based on one visit only.
Soup and salad bar is a pretty good selection at $ 5.95 if they have a soup you like. They also have a $ 7.95 option that includes hot entrees and vegetables plus a dessert bar. There are only a couple so everything depends on whether they have what you want.
They had an attractive dinner menu, but those items were not available at lunch, so a return visit at dinner is in order. Supposedly they have been recognized for their prime rib, but it seemed a bit pricey.
