La Primavera Lunch & Taco Truck

This is a great taco truck! There burritos and tacos are both quite tatsy. For a truck they can be a little on the slow side but I can forgive them for that. The ingredients are of a much higher quality than your average taco truck.

Very tasty meat. The place is a good location with plenty of parking. Very friendly staff and pretty fast.

Love this place. Great service and very prompt. Love the breakfast burritos. If you call in they always make sure it’s hot off the stove. Close for me when dropping off my Jr high girl.

I like both the truck and their restaurant location. Good food and super friendly people. I’m in the neighborhood a lot and they treat you like family! Good people, great food! Thanks for keeping my tummy full! My favorite has to be the Carne Asada taco plate and their Chicken Quesadillas are off the hook too!

Can’t go wrong… Street tacos are made to order and inexpensive ($ 1.35 plus tax)…My favorite is the chicharrones… Crispy and tender… Not greasy!
Recommend going before lunch crowd or after 2:00 lines can be long.

My family eats here about once a week, a family of 4 eats for around 20 $. Can’t beat that. I have eaten almost everything on the menu, and all of it is good. My only complaint is that it can sometimes take a long time to get your food. The pastor is a favorite for me

I was SO disappointed in the burrito I bought. it was a carne asado super burrito
there was like 10% beef and 80% rice and 10% all the other stuff
I felt cheated and ripped off.
the burritos at my favorite place in Concord has a burrito that is 10 times as wonderful and only 50 cents more.

Got me a bacon, chorizo, egg, hash browns, and cheese breakfast burrito and it was delicious! Had other items from here before as well. Its a hidden gem thats been here for ages. Price was good just under $ 6 but dont come at the wrong time because there can be a wait! Its got a lot of regulars so u might want to call in your order.

I think there is something addicting in their carnitas burritos because I can’t stop eating them. I keep trying the chicken and carne asana, which are great, but go back to the carnitas, which are the best. I’m tired of places with regular beans. A burrito needs smashed refried beans to meld all the flavor together. I always ask for extra beans and a little less rice. The burrito famoso is my favorite. It’s a burrito with their enchilada sauce poured on it! Oh wow, food can’t get much tastier. I’m not big on soft corn tortilla tacos, but sometimes get them as they give a heaping serving of great tasting meat. Sometimes I cheat, get their very cheap carnitas taco and take it home to make my own taco in a hard shell. Most people rave about their tacos and I would to if they had a hard shell option.

$ 6.51 with tax for a carne super burrito. Overall just a little short of very good but not disappointing. May try the regular burrito next time for $ 4.75 plus tax. Will repeat.

My family loves to eat at this taco truck whenever we are here to visit my Sister. First time was such a treat, now this is the only thing we want to eat when2we are in Martinez.
We have tried the chicken, carne asada and al pastor– all tasty. Something about their green salsa always has us ordering more!

Always get the tacos, I’m sure everything else is good too but these tacos aren’t like restaurant tacos, IDK what it is but tacos from the Taco Trucks are my favorite tacos.

Tacos and Tortas!!! Only downside, it’s cash only. I hardly ever carry cash.
The tacos are amazing. Carne asada, chicharron, and lengua are my favorites.
The tortas are really good too, just wish they have avocado on the truck.
Horchata is hella good too :)

Pretty good food located at the second ACE hardware (Truck Shop) off Pacheco. Recommended that you come early to avoid the lunch crowds

I love the taco truck!!! For years this has been our go to, super quick, basic, Mexican take-​out. The tacos are delicious!

This taco truck has been in Martinez for more than 20 years. It is obivious that they know what they are doing. Taco’s are 1.35/ea and have many options for the type of meats. Chips are extra, but they come extra special. They have beans and hot salsa right over the top. I am not sure if they take a credit card, so bring some cash. 3 tacos, side rice and beans, two chips, one medio size coke, $ 9 and change.
What did I learn today? There is one cook, come early or prepare to stand in line. It is worth the wait.

On. Point. I wish I could eat this everyday. I come here (too) often and it is always fantastic, and always delicious. It is parked in the most random spot, but is perfect for me around lunch time.
I do admittedly have an obsession with food trucks, but this is the best I have been to in a while.

Really great taco truck. My go to after school taco truck. Cheap, filling, and quick. Good salsa. My kids always get the chips while we wait for 75 cents. We have had burritos, tacos, and tortas. All very good. My youngest craves their breakfast burritos all the time. They only serve it until 11 am. I also noticed recently they have added fish to the menu.

MUST stop and Try the tacos, burritos, rice, beans… Hibiscus tea… oh and don’t forget to ask for the CHIPS (.75) while you wait for your tasty food to get ready. Been going to this taco truck for over 8 years now. Great prices, authentic flavors. My favorites are the al pastor tacos, fresh red salsa, rice and beans… mmm.
They recently added more tables and chairs if you want to sit outside!
