Debora and her team are terrific!
She explained the terms and conditions, drove us to our unit to inspect it before we rented (and it was spotless and cool), and provided us with helpful answers to all of our questions.
We were glad for her suggestions to protect the floor of our unit with plastic sheathing and to add DampRid to counteract any humidity issues (we’re in the Deep South).
We appreciate great customer service and that’s what we received. Kudos, Debbie!

Wish I could rate 0 stars. Before i get into my experience, i must say the customer serice is terrible. Dont expect them to do anything in a timely manner, return your phone calls, etc. Our storage unit (along with 13 others) got broken into last summer. The sad thing, I’m sure a bunch of the people who store there stuff here STILL don’t know. We got pretty lucky in that the guy who broke in took identity information and the cops had a search warrant on his apartment so we got a couple things back… Anyways, since the cops were involved they were trying to get info on the suspects and Public Storage would not cooperate. They wouldn’t even give them the video footage they had. Overall, it was a terrible experience. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
