I tried to give them my business, but the initial contact was a disaster. The girl who answered the phone was VERY pushy, wanting too much personal information. I simply wanted a price, first, to see if using their equipment was an option. I was up front and let her know this was a tentative move and I did not have a date yet. She REPEATEDLY pressured me to give my name, phone number and email address. Additionally, she was ignorant of their product information. I felt like I was in a Time Share Pressure Sale and she needed to close a deal. When she couldn’t answer basic questions and it was clear she wasn’t getting a reservation immediately, she couldn’t wait to transfer the call to someone else, which she did. Unfortunately, she transferred to the wrong department. After 20 min of what should have been a 5 min call, with only partial information and the wrong party on the line, I cut my losses and terminated the call.

Would never do business with this location ever again. I dealt with the owner of the location and he was extremely rude. He does not care about the customer. I would suggest using the Uhaul location right around the corner on Cobb parkway instead of this facility.
