Very disappointing location Tiny, dry wings, room temperature french fries, we had to ask for napkins and a bone basket. Saturday night, tons of open, clean tables yet we had to wait 20mins for a table…

I went to Buffalo Wild Wings and was highly disappointed in the food. The atmosphere is great inside. Our server seemed to be new but not holding that against them but she was nice. But the food was not good at all. The Lemon pepper wings tasted like it was a traditional flavor there was barely any seasoning on the dry rub. The teriyaki was barely decent and the Nachos were a joke, barely any cheese on them,(Taco Bell gives more cheese than they did) Overall great place to have beer and watch a game not to have Wings.

I don’t like to complain but this was a horrible experience. The bartender was complaining about the kitchen staff and maybe that lead to my problem of undercooked slimy wings, when I pointed it out I heard I get you some new ones but never once I am sorry for serving raw chicken. I was told the manager would bring the new ones I thought maybe the manager would aplogize but the bartender brought them too so no such luck. I never asked for a refund or got upset I paid my bill and left but I will NEVER go back.

BW3s as I still call it, or B-Dubs for the Millennials, is still the place to go for great wings. I don’t go for their burgers, tacos, or salad, nope, just plump wings so I can’t and won’t review all their menu items. Today 2 of us went and I had the Desert Heat, all flats, crispy and the lunch mate, Honey BBQ, all flats, crispy. I always get a few ranches to soak my wings in, and can state once again, B-Dubs brings home the wings! I’ve been to their restaurants in over 20 states and it’s always the same high quality consistency for their wings. Also, we had the pretzels today. They’re Ok, nothing to write home about. I’ve had the ‘schrooms several times, Ok, but small caps breaded. I’ve had way better. Again, I give them 5-Stars for the constantly tasty wings. To quench your thirst, they have beverage specials all the time plus if you really want a beer with your wings, ALL B-dubs serve PBR tall boys(that’s Pabst Blue Ribbon for the younger crowd) for under $ 4.00, usually $ 3! I’m just saying… Give a PBR a shot. Ask for a cold pint glass to pour it in and POW!, you’re set. Add to the above — TV’s galore. Lastly, ask for extra napkins! Enjoy. Gabby

We decided to go there yesterday because a member of our party wanted boneless wings. We were seated promptly and they accommodating when we wanted to switch to a booth. Pros: $ 4.00 happy hour on appetizers and the selections aren’t bad. No wings sorry… I got the street chicken tacos and they were good. I’m sensitive to salt so I could finish them. The mushrooms were also good. Surprisingly, the mozzarella sticks were very good. The Breading on them were nice and the cheese pulled out well. Cons: No happy hour drinks.. :(not on Friday anyway.. Just 2 beer options. … The waitress kept serving is from the back. Not sure what that’s all about.. we sat at the last booth and she kept coming from behind to speak and serve us drinks. So we had to reach behind us to get the water. The new drink on their menu was not a hit with our table. We could have exchanged it if she came back at a reasonable time to check on us. She was very abrupt and pushy when she did come over we felt like we were being pushed out. Not sure if that’s her personality or if she really wanted us to leave. Honestly, I was not able to tell. I asked if they did anything for birthdays she said no but they could announce it. An hour later no announcement. …

I have never been to such a poorly conducted Buffalo Wild Wings in my entire life. I’m only even giving them one star to I can write this. I had trouble ordering because the girl had trouble communicating with me for starters. I got 24 wings to share with my husband for carry out, got out to the car only to look at them and realize there is hardly any sauce on them at all! They were dry!!! So I go back inside to ask for more sauce and all they had to offer me was a 3oz cup of sauce for my 24 wings that were given to me practically bare. Seriously? It didn’t even cover half of them. To top it off, the parking situation was awful, I had to park in another business’ parking lot and also the design of the building is so that the waiting area blocks the desk where you pick up carry out orders when they are busy! The employees there also walked past me several times like I wasn’t even there when I went back in for the extra sauce. Horrible experience and I will never be back this location.

Fast and friendly staffers, when we arrived Sunday for lunch(12pm). By the time our food arrived, the place was busy. Chicken nachos hit the spot. Chips, chicken chunks, lecture, cheese, chili, tomatoes with bits of cilantro, topped with slices of jalapeños(next time we will ask for no cilantro). The snack(size) is an order of 5 wings. We went with small and got 10. Two separate flavors: 5 honey BBQ(YES!!) and 5 desert heat(Ehh). Realized desert heat is a dry rub on wings after it arrived to table, not what I wanted but at least we tried it. In taking my first bite, I inhaled the seasonings and nearly chocked, Hahahaha! Stick with sauce! Wings = good! This place needs more televisions.

A group of friends and I came here last weekend to watch the game. The place was pretty busy, but it wasn’t slammed. The hosts, after a few minutes of awkwardly standing there, found us a table among the several open. We didn’t wait long for our food– However, the appetizers we ordered came with the food, instead of before so we were stuffed. Everything was okay at this point. The food tasted great, our waitress asked us if we wanted to-go boxes. We waited there for 30 – 45 minutes for those, refills on our drinks. There was hardly any communication. I didn’t see a smile once. I don’t ask for you to show your teeth constantly, but this girl looked miserable. It was a downer to the whole meal. When I work, I always make sure to check on the customer and ask them how everything is. After we got the boxes, she just threw the ticket down on the table. It was our first time there so we had to figure out where to pay. On top of that, the guy taking our payment had the audacity to comment on our friend’s tip. We tipped for him, and your waitress didn’t deserve more than a 7 dollar tip anyways. I’ll be visiting the Alpharetta location now. Tips: * Visit during a weekday if you want good service. They are too slammed to care on weekends. * Try the potato wedges. These were the only spectacular thing about the place. * Ask for a booth or a table in the back, closer to the TV’S.

Three words~ Ridiculously. Incredible. People. There is so much more to this BWW than just remarkable great wings, salads and thoughtful service. Always staffed with the most friendly and caring people from the servers to the managers. A true hometown vibe and soulful community involvement. The food was good and the waitress was good, it was just freezing cold for some reason. I was trying to eat my wings but I was shivering. Lol

As usual, the food was terrific! And the service was awesome! Only complaint was the fact they have a corporate based policy of no guns(open carry and concealed carry) on the premises. I am a firm believer of responsible carry, so not a fan of this policy. But, that being said, awesome food and awesome service!

I came here on a Saturday evening looking for a good sports bar where I could watch the Hawks basketball game and enjoy a drink and a meal. I found Buffalo Wild Wings to be an excellent choice for this. The restaurant was packed, but I managed to grab the last empty spot at the bar. The restaurant and bar have screens all around and play the audio for the lead event they are showing, which wasn’t the basketball game but the UFC fight. Sight lines are excellent to the screens from any seat, and they show several different games on different screens. As far as screens, audio, and sports watching goes, this gets 5 stars. I also liked the food I ordered. I had a buffalo chicken sandwich with cole slaw instead of fries, and it was quite tasty with the buffalo sauce and cheese. The chicken was moist and tender. The cole slaw was good, not too sweet or creamy. As a rare treat, I ordered a dessert and was really pleased with the chocolate fudge cake. It is extremely moist and rich and comes with a scoop of ice cream. If you are looking for a very rich and intense chocolate dessert, this is good for you. I would almost give the restaurant four stars, but don’t think the menu and beer selection is quite up to what you get at sports bars like Hudson’s Grille and Dantanna’s. Also, I don’t quite like getting served in paper baskets — this makes it a little like a fast food experience. Prices, though, are quite reasonable at Buffalo Wild Wings. Service at the bar was fine, especially considering the place was extremely busy and packed.

Not impressed at all. Lukewarm food. Below par service. Bartender messed up my favorite drink of all… The Bahama Mama. Would highly recommend visiting other restaurants in the area.

I’ve been here SO many times — for the WINGs and the TRIVIA If you like playing Buzztime Trivia, this seems to be the best place in the area. The wings are much more consistently good. My favorite flavor and recommendation is HOTBBQ. Asian zing and mild are good, too. Pretzels are good. I really don’t try much of the other items off the menu. My pals like boneless chicken wings and the wraps. Lot’s of cold beer selections. Cheap wing night is Tuesday. Good trivia games on Tues and Thurs at 8 pm.

Any time a burger sports bar has a good solid vegetarian burger option, it gets a thumbs up from me :) Complete with a truly dazzling array of sauces, which were well enjoyed by the boys who love to sample the hot ones… It hit the spot. So did the Buzztime trivia feed, which gave us some good family fun together as we tried to out-compete other bars across the country. The only ding to note was that the service was a little slow, rendering my partner grumpy until his beer finally arrived, but they gave us lots of little extras to make up for it, and were generally helpful and polite. Hope to be back!

Wings are good, I recommend the Spicy Garlic Wings! Buzztime Trivia is fun, Beer is cold and the selection is pretty decent. Can’t go wrong. Really no complaints here, everything is good and servers are friendly. If you are into sports this is the place to be

So BWW is trying this new customer service tactic via«guest experience captains»… What a joke. The one on while we were eating was more interested in bullshitting with the(very rude) hostess than making it it experience better. All we asked her to do was change the TV to a different sport and she either forgot or completed disregarded our request. Can’t tell you how the food is because we have been sitting here for 30mins and still don’t have our food… We won’t be coming back.

Our last experience left us with a bad taste in our mouth. As you can tell from all my review updates this is one of our favorite restaurants. On the evening of November 22, my husband, younger daughter, and I decided to grab a late dinner here at around 8 pm. We were pleasantly surprised that it wasn’t very crowded and we were seated right away. We thought this was going to work out perfectly because we had to pick up our other daughter an hour and half later. But service was incredibly slow and the food was not up to par. Our waitress Holly was terrible, very slow to take our order and get our food. I understand that part of the problem with food taking a long time lies with the kitchen. But there was no update with our unusually long wait. We noticed that she was taking a long time with a particular table right next to us with a bunch of college guys. She would check up on them more than us. Our wings came with barely any sauce on them and our ranch dip for our wings was nowhere to be found. When we asked to have our wings sent back to the kitchen because they barely had any sauce, Holly instead offered us separate sauce to bring to the table. We agreed hastily because we were already running late. We had two different kinds of sauce for our wings, she only brought one kind to our table after we had to flag her down! Then we had to ask for our ranch again! Our wings by that time were cold and inedible. Our younger daughter already finished her meal and like I said we were on a tight schedule so we gulped our food. Usually the restaurant has several managers on the floor making sure everything is ok. This particular night did not have one in sight. Waiting for our check took even longer. My husband was about to have a fit because of our dreadful experience, but we still tipped our waitress because we’re nice like that.

Mostly standing on price, as $ 40 out the door for three lunches, plus an app, and a 20oz beer is a pretty good deal for sit down table service. Start with the fried pickles — if you like a corn-bread breading over a traditional batter. The change up hit us ok, and southwest ranch kinda made up for the lack of heat in the pickles — no cayenne in the brine here. From there the lunch options — Lunch Madness — are pretty decent. Served from 11−2pm, we are talking a couple slider deals, at 7 – 8 piece wing thing, and a Buffalito, basically a chicken taco topped with wing sauce with a salad on the side. For around $ 7, pretty good deal. The wing sauce breakdown is Hot is hot, but not horrible, while the Medium provides a nice building burn. Service is friendly and competent, if easily confused. Kitchen is a little long on prep, however, given what they are being asked to do. Lunch in particular needs to roll entrees on 10 min. ticket times, not 15. Anyway, wings are good and meaty, which is the money shot. Swing by and see if they hit your sweet spot.

I probably should pay more attention to the details in the menu. Not being a BWW regular — been here like three times over the past however many years — I scanned the menu and found a pulled pork ‘burger’. Cool, I’ll have one of those but with hot BBQ sauce instead of the ‘signature’ honey BBQ. Why anyone would claim honey BBQ for their own is beyond me. Anyway, this thing comes out dripping in sauce and is quite large. Seems like more in there than pulled pork and a few fixins. Of course, it’s an actual burger so the pulled pork is piled on a regular hamburger patty, just as the menu description indicates. That was more than I really wanted but it’s my own fault. Burger was fair to middlin and the onion rings maybe less so. Perhaps I should stick to wings at a wing place but for a foursome business lunch, wing-eating just doesn’t seem the way to go. That’s more of a private or between buddies pleasure to me. Service excellent; music too loud.
