I frequent this Starbucks with a small writing group. We tend to stay long enough for me to down 2 beverages, usually chai lattes. They have excellent chai! The service is consistently friendly. The breakfast sandwiches are always good, especially when heated up on a cold day. I took stars off because the women’s bathroom is always dirty and often lacking toilet paper. Ewww.

Really consistent service here. Drinks are exactly how I expect them even when I’m very specific (soy Oprah chai, 7 pumps chai, no water, no foam).
Hey, it’s summer! If you don’t have air conditioning, come here and freeze your tits off! It is cold as hell in here. Brrrr!

This is possibly the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. On multiple occasions they have messed up drinks. I have refrained from posting anything on Unilocal because I tried to talk to someone at Starbucks and that didn’t work very well. The first incident was I came through the drive-​thru, my gf was behind me so j paid for her drink. Once I pulled away she ended up waiting there for 15 minutes before someone talked to her and then when they handed her the drink they told her it would be on the house for the wait. Well sorry bit I had already paid for it. Then just today I went through the drive thru again and they messed up 2 of the 3 drinks. They were supposed to be fraps and when j got them they were hot drinks. Then when I went to tell the lady she just walked away upset and didn’t tell me anything. I don’t care for Caribou but at least I get good service there.

Love this location! I usually go through the drive through and Dustin is usually the one to help me out (purely by coincidence) and I’m always treated with excellence and a smile! Makes my day that much better!!!

I frequent this location often — mostly thru the drive thru after I am done with my morning workout. I usually order a hot, venti Americano with sugar free vanilla and cream. The preparation, wait time and customer service are almost always top notch. Like most Starbucks locations, whenever a new barista is hired on… that usually translates into a bit of a slowdown in the drive thru for a few days.
There is one barista (Kelly) here who works mornings who will often get my hot Americano switched around with a cold one — it would be nice if she kept her head in the game a little better; but I usually get offered the cold Americano gratis to take home with me which is nice. Kelly doesn’t seem to be a «morning person» and yet she works the early morning shift and often lacks focus and seems out of it in general.

You can always count on Starbucks to deliver the same quality beverage or nosh, and this was the same for this location. They have a really cute and super comfy outdoor area as well! Careful on the directions though, the address listed is incorrect.

I love Starbuck in Maple Grove. It is a great place for me to study. The place is not too loud and they have chairs and tables outside, which is very nice in summer days. Also, free parking is a plus. Sometimes, this store has good deal. I got the coupon to buy any grande drink at $ 2 after 2 pm. My favorite drinks here are green tea frappuccino and white chocolate peppermint frappuccino.

It’s Starbucks! You know what you are getting when you go there, no questions asked. I like their coffee and well, the people were chill. Oh… and plenty of sitting and wifi, which is always a plus.

As a Caribou Coffee employee, I was very impressed! The baristas were really friendly, and the service was quick. The barista also gave me a free double shot and a blueberry scone! My drink was delicious, and the espresso is very smooth. I had a great experience and I recommend this place to anyone who is in the neighborhood!

Staff is usually friendly, coffe is. .. well it’s Starbucks. Watch out for the drive-​thru line. It can back up quickly and you can find yourself stuck for anywhere from 10 – 20 minutes just waiting for a single drink.

I go to Starbucks everyday and I make a point to go to this Starbucks. The staff is so welcoming, the store is always clean and they get my drinks right! Seating can be tough depending on the day and time but not terrible.

I am not a specialty drinks kind of guy — I just go for the plain old coffee — with cream and sugar of course. This place keeps the quality and flavor of the coffee consistent — more than other coffee shops i visit.
Staff is friendly and personable.
The hours are generous
Atmosphere is lively
Music is good and they play a good variety
Wifi is reliable and fairly fast — good place to get some work done if you like noise.
