Mike is the best! Our door knob broke and we could not get in or out of our front door! Called around 7:30 pm and he was here by 8:15! Awesome service. He came when he said he would. Went above and beyond to fix our door and he even fixed up our botched screen door job! All around awesome experience. Would highly recommend for any lock/​door issues! Thanks Mike!

Aight check this out last night I diped out the house to get my smoke on not realizing my door automatically locks itself cause its a new place and shit good thing my baby was asleep at the time good thing I had my phone in my pocket at the time but I didnt want to call the wife at work cause she she’d chew my ass out over this so I jumed on Unilocal to look at locksmiths first to pop up was lockdocs and a mr ike came all the way out to me about a half hour away from him self to get me into my house at 3:00 o’clock in the morning verry professional man knows how to keep customers happy for sure thanks mr mike saved me from the wifes bitching I know who to call for future dumb ass moves like this again thanks mr mike

What. The. Heck.
I was quoted and then when they showed up, the price they made me pay was much higher because «I was further out than they thought». But I was suck outside of my place and I had no choice.
Frustrating. Never using again.

I called on a Sunday and micheal responded so quickly. Unfortunately, they don’t make keys for my vehicle but told me about other places and was very helpful in directing me to others that might help. I may not have used their services but with customer service like that., I’ll be calling back when I may need a new car key made in the future or referring other people.

I left my keys in my house and didn’t realize that our car garage door wasn’t programmed. I tried calling a bunch of companies local to me, but none of them picked up. Lock doctors picked up and told me they could be there in 15 minutes. They were on time, professional and got the job done. I had a horrible experience with Tracy Lock and Key in the past (completely ripped me off and lied). Lock doctors told me it was going to be 60 bucks and actually charged me…60 bucks! I would highly highly recommend this business. Life saver!

The lock doctor is great! I broke my only key getting into my trunk. He came out to the gas station I was at in lathrop off highway 5. Made me a new key. I thought it was going to cost me an arm and a leg but surprisingly it was pretty cheap… Thanks so much u were awesome!
