After dealing with Crystal Clear Quality Improvements, my review has changed, drastically! If you want to be disregarded and given the run around then by all means, this is the company for you. All we need are replacement window stops. Supposedly, they have them and are mailing them to us… they have been saying this for at least 6 months!

Follow through is not a priority for this company. We have been given the run around for over 6 months trying to get replacement stops for our front windows. Jerry said it was no problem getting them and he would either drop them by or mail them. We have called them multiple times asking about them and we get the same story… they will put them in the mail. In the mean time, we aren’t comfortable leaving the windows open at night or while we are gone because anybody can open them from the outside. I’m worried, if something this simple can’t be taken care of, what happens if we have something major needed with the windows? If you expect «quality» customer service, you might want to shop around!

Our patio cover looks great. It is bigger than our original cover and taller with 2 fans. Originally we didn’t want fans but are so glad Jerry talked us into them. They really help keep the flies away as well as keep you cool in the hot weather we have here. We have had it now for almost a year and are finally getting to enjoy it.

We LOVE our new patio!!! We love the close color match to our exterior colors! It is so refreshing, relaxing, & peaceful sitting in our backyard now! Jerry really came through! Just be patient as they are very busy, but once they come out, it’s worth the wait! Nice, clean work! We thank you & my family thanks you! Bbq time! Thanks Jerry & Danette for all you did!

My husband and I are one satisfied customer. Jerry (Crystal Clear) was recommended to us by a friend and no doubt they did a great job! We put up a combo solid/​lattice patio cover. Jerry and his team listened to what we wanted, made suggestions from his experience and explained to us how it would be constructed. We did not feel any pressure to make a decision right away. He actually came out twice and both time answered all my questions before we decided to move forward. He did what he said he would do, they came on time, finish the job in 2 days. Again, they did a great job on our patio cover and the price is very reasonable.
I would recommend them.
